Customer service is nice, not a lot of options in kid shoes or clothes but was able to find something. Price varies a lot depending on when you shop. Check out is kinda easy. Just bothered every time they have to ask if you want a kohls charge card and when say no the continue.

Super disappointed visit. I have been here before and the same bad experience.Super disorganized. Associates seem to be on wwwwaaayyyy different pages.Observed cashier having a private convo with customer and/or friend for well over 15 minutes. Time which could have been spent more wisely - i.e. actually doing her job.Then the same person was my cashier - Micki - super rude /borderline offensive. Probably the worst experience I have had while checking out.Asked for the manager…who didn’t seem to really know how to process the feedback of this poor experience.Would recommend going to a different location. DO NOT WASTE TIME. Bad experience!

Well, spent hours with my husband fitting him with jeans and a shirt because I had a 30% only to get to the checkout and be told my coupon didn't apply to what I was going to buy for him. So much for wasting all my time and thanks alot Kolhs, keep your dam coupons.

Kohl's being Kohl's. No marketing changes in 20+ years. Won't buy anything that not on sale, on close out, have a 30 percent off certificate and Kohl's dollar deal all combined.Otherwise I go to Amazon for next day delivery and don't waste the gas.

My shopping was a little disappointing since I could not find an associate in the Men’s department. So I did not know if my coupon would work on a belt. I just took a chance, went to checkout. I waited in line until it was my turn to check out. I got lucky the coupon worked. I would have been very upset if it did not ! Since I had no men’s associate to ask if my coupon would work. The men’s department was not even busy

Messy Messy. Wanted to purchase some clothing but the shells were so messy it was too difficult to find and the ones I wanted look more like used clothing. I did speak to a manager but she said they were very busy did not apologize the store look rather vacant to me and not at busy as she described

Kohls was ok. I need petite sizes and Kohls reduced the petite to a small area. I was looking for jeans and they only had 2 size 4 and 2 size 18! I was told that I should shop on-line. I don't want to shop on-line. I want to try on my item, see how it fits, and then determine if I want to buy the item or not. With on-line, I have to wait for the item, and if I need to return it, I have to go to the store, stand in line, etc.....

Went here with my girlfriend and youngest grandson to waste some time while waiting for our son who was at the dentist across the parking lot. So much stuff! Sometimes hard to tell what was on clearance or on sale. Digital signs are used and many weren't working. We bought the grandson a Mickey Mouse toy (at 2, almost 3, he's crazy about Mickey and his friends). Also got him a blanket for xmas and a foot mask, at sephora, for my girlfriend. All of the associates were friendly.

I really appreciate the ability to return things from Amazon at Kohl's. Most of the time, you get a $5 coupon for Kohl's for using their Amazon return. It is quick and easy.Today, I received a coupon for 25% off an in-store purchase while returning Amazon products.

I came for an Amazon return. The return counter is now as far away from the door as its possible to get, and in the middle of the morning, there were 7 people in line, and it took forever. I'll be looking for a different option next time

Today I scored two different athletic shoes by two different mainstream brands. Skechers Flex Appeal & Asics Gel Excite. I got both pairs for $58.25 , the fit is super comfortable. The style and colors are fabulous too! Lots of good deals/sales going on plus right now kohls is doing the cash back too.
