My husband and I were in the area on a lunch date, so we decided to take a so in to see what we could find.The parking is a little off to the side of where you pull in but is accessible to anyone.Is a large, clean store. Has a restroom available to customers and large isles to shop in.We had stayed in the store longer than we thought we would be due to all the different items they offered.It's also pet friendly.Over all it was a nice time to spend together.

Went there yesterday bought a few items, the cashier, young, major attitude, over charged me. She stated my amount was 26.43. When I saw the receipt she had charged me 29.58. I was looking at my receipt as I left the store and walked out to my car. I looked at my items and noticed she charged me for an extra item at the last minute, after she had told my original total. I went back into the store and spoke with her and she had actually accused me of stealing an item. I was livid. This young girl, with stank attitude had accused me of taking an item from Goodwill.Another cashier came out of the cashier's room and she called her over to help and explained that I said she double charged me but I had another person with me and she took something. Nope, first her story was I stole something, then it was someone I was with stole something. Really kid, you made a mistake own up to it and move on. If the cashier would have had a better attitude or even had a bit of decorum, I would have let it go but she had to throw the stank attitude. If this is the kind of service Grand chute Goodwill has to offer it's customers....nope, pass, there are three other stores in the area with better customer service.

They seem to clear out their knicknac, books and dishes shelves quickly, 1/2 the shelf can be bare spaces, which is disappointing. However, they have beautiful displays in clothing which include better clothing and home decorating items. I'll always stop to see what's new.

Melanie and I are out and about today 2-21-20 made a stop here at this Goodwill. Got a few things in the basket and took some pictures. They had this store set up nicely . 😁

They have a fox tail dress on display. (Was being sold)Supposedly too many people wanted it and they decided not to sell it.They want it only for decoration.Seems like they want to see how many people are interested in it and make the price higher.

I can understand the changing to no bags.....but yesterday Sunday 1-29 23 half of the shelves in decor were empty. The other complaint is not only do I not get a bag but the checker didn't even attempt to fold the items I purchased.

A little over price nothing like before, now you have to pay $30 for a used jacket really?? Better go to Walmart and look for much better deals and new not used.

Spent $67 and they were still too cheap and lazy to provide us with a bag. My wife and I had to carry our books and clothes out to the car in our arms. I will NEVER step foot in this place again.

Prices seem to have gone up a bit from last time I was there. Still fair prices though..Register staff was nice. Store was and felt clean from covid and everyone was wearing a mask. Some people had there noses hanging out of mask but overall felt safe.

Pretty good prices, well organized. Friendly staff, great selection(I mean, it's all donations but still). Masks are required, but you won't be accosted aggressively about it. I am thankful for the respectful way the workers behave. Merry Christmas everyone!

This by far is one of my favorite Goodwill's. Especially because they always have a clearance racks from 99 cents to 2 dollars! Clothes and stuff. My favorite section when I come in. Usually the only one I really ever need to get too. It's always stocked up too with some awesome name brand new stuff. I love it. A lot of other Goodwill's do not offer this or are more expensive or not much to chose from so thanks you guys

Went in to buy a few candles, they have candlesticks marked at $1.99, even though the retail sticker was $0.77. I would seriously consider what something is worth and retails for before purchasing from here because they are out to rip people off.

We were picking up a last minute Halloween party item and James was our cashier and made our day! He was so enthusiastic and was almost as excited about our find as we were! He made sure to ask about Good Points and Round Up and made our experience a great one.

Disappointing...the staff was almost all kids who were wandering the isles pretending to do stuff and had attitudes. I asked one of them to see if they had electric heaters and his response was everything we have is out on the floor and I had to ask again to see if he'd run over there to double check for me and he was visibly annoyed and I'm not even sure he did but a few moments later he came and said everything we have is out on the floor. Awesome experience.

They do not change their prices the colour of the week I came and shopped and then realized after a purchased the green tag was supposed to be 99 cents but they charged me regular price. Also prices are way high you could buy new clothing for 4.99 at carters and they charge you for a used shirt for 4.99 and sane even 7.99

I would not recommend ever going to this Goodwill they take your stuff when you're in the checkout line and tell you that the prices are wrong and then they jacked the prices up. The person putting prices on the goods is not professional at all. And this is how they do business with stuff they get donated to. The other Goodwills in the area maybe a little better than this one. My entire shopping experience at this place was completely wasted. And the people that work at the store or very happy to inconvenience you.

I am a huge fan of Goodwill and it's programs for differently abled folks. Also The amazing work they do for the miracle league, the mental health and physical health as well as dental health programs that they help fund. And job seeking skills. I will always shop at Goodwill before I go to a store to buy new items. It's also important in my opinion to let them round up! If you could splurge to buy another candle to join your 500 candles in your collection you can do the extra 34 cents! Thank you Goodwill for your contributions to our community.

This store is hilarious. $20 for a used DVD player with no remote? I’ll get one new at Walmart instead and it will guaranteed be working. And now. Or how about an old 7.2 megapixel digital camera with no charger or battery for $20? With prices like this, they won’t be around much longer, unless they get a little more realistic.

Worst Goodwill I have ever been to. Rude cashiers and managment, store staff uneducated on store policies, was told I could return an item within 14 days if I had a recipet and the tags still in the items. When I went to return the item was told that I had to take store credit. Store credit was given on a paper receipt. It is a well organized and clean store but rude staff make this a no buy zone for me in the future.

Hey was alright I didn't have as many sound making toys as I would have liked and the book section was totally full of books which is cool display one alone hard reading in some day not learn but start reading again to my me is resolution this year 2018 all in all it was A-OK visit.

This place is to high priced!!! They want $1.99 for a single glass! And they put $5.99 on a plain glass serving bowl not fancy at all! Salvation Army has much better prices. A single glass there is only 65¢. Just ridiculously high prices at Goodwill!!!

Typical Goodwill store. BUT note to "Marketing Department": What the H*LL do you use for matrix that would tell you to use loud, headbanging obnoxious music? I was in the store and couldn't wait to leave after getting a giant migraine! Shouldn't the music be lower volume and more mellow to entice shoppers to stick around? I couldnt wait to get out of there and will go to SVDP next time.

I was unimpressed with everything about this store. Not only did the prices reflect items you could buy brand new on sale but there was poor organization. Long sleeves shirts were all together with short sleeves and sweaters. Only organization was loosely by color. Considering these items were donated they were priced like they were being sold at a consignment shop. I would go somewhere else if your looking for something inexpensive since you can buy new and clean cloths at places like tjmaxx for the same cost

Went there to see if they had any speakers for stereo system they had one and I got it but it did not work until I hardwired it into my stereo instead of Plug and Play

Scored again!! Bought 4 very nice leather dining room chairs for $10 a piece... couldn't be happier, to get rid of my old nasty chairs. Thanks Goodwill!

Love this place, great for shopping and pretty cheap. Deals everyday. Loved my cashier James he was really good at his job and he was quick and effeciant.
