I love digging through and finding good deals. Unfortunately, the staff is very rude. I have two well-behaved teenagers that shop with me regularly. Today, one was told that he needed to be next to a parent at all times (I can understand if he was a young child that was running around or getting in the way or being problematic...he was just quietly looking in the bins.) Then, when he strayed away from his dad to look in the next bin over, they made a condescending announcement about kids having to be at the same bin as their parents. We have shopped there dozens of times with our teens, and it has never been an issue. They are well-behaved and responsible- they aren't bothering anybody. It's silly that Goodwill outlet keeps coming up with new rules every other week regarding children. Especially since some of the grown adults shopping there are super aggressive and problematic. I would love to know the reasoning for this, because it doesn't make any sense.

Absolutely, horrible place the staff there and management is so rude. They kick people out for simply standing in Wrong spot when carts are being brought out. They change the rules every day. First time there and was unaware of what all the rules were rather than polite, they explain them or announce them. They screamed and hollered at my daughter and I, and when I responded with her, I’m sorry I wasn’t aware of the rules. The staff creates a very hostile environment not the shoppers. corporate office seriously needs to check into the Management of this store

This place has terrible staff. My friend and I decided to try shopping here. While I was digging in the bin I noticed the smell of cannabis in the air. I believe it was the manager, pink hair, about 5’5” then harshly confronted my friend and I, assuming that we were the ones that were responsible for the smell of canabis. I politely told her it was not us, but she would not listen and kept saying “I know it’s you!” She then threatened to call the police and kick us out. Later a man next to me explained how this type of behavior is common from her. I feel sorry for other teens that go there regularly and get harassed. We will not be shopping there again unfortunately.

Go, Pick like it's your last pick! Pickers beware as G.W. does take out most of the high dollar items! Happy picking, wear a mask, & gloves, some items have bio hazards that spread from bin to bin. Signed Health Inspector Consultant!

I LOVE this place but the RESELLERS RUIN IT. Theyre basically the ticket scalpers of the thirft store. Annoying. The blonde guy with the short cut hair thats always wearing really ugly old jeans especially. They roll up in huge groups, hoard everything, and stand directly in the way of stuff just talking, or playing on their phones looking up how much they can resell this stuff, not moving out of the way.

Fun place to go “dig” for treasures & items you didn’t even know you needed! Spacious and clean.

You have to search the bins for your bargains. Stuff comes from lots of Wisconsin goodwill stores so the selection is quite vast. It is the regional sorting station. Lately they are sorting the incoming donations and selling the cream on line so your opportunities are now limited. They recently increase prices 20% which is not well received by regular shoppers but it still holds some great values in used products as well as new stuff removed from stores.

Went to goodwill today for the first time. I am a home care giver for an elderly woman in a wheelchair. I took my patient there in a wheelchair accessible van I'm provided with using from a nursing home I'm employed by. And she is visually impaired. She wanted to dig through the bin next to me because the bin had bird pictures in it. She started screaming because it took her a minute to realize she just grabbed a handful of a extremely SOILED baby's diaper right on top of pile. The diaper was not even taped up. It was lying flat and was absolutely soiled with poop. Apparently goodwill didn't see the poopy diaper that was easy to see right on pile. NEVER GOING TO THAT GOODWILL AGAIN.A soiled poopy diaper wow

Ordered an item off the shopgoodwill site. All items were glass. One arrived completely shattered. Not sure who packaged it, but putting 2 glass bottles together with no padding buffer isn't very smart. That's why they shattered. Paid my hard earned money for broken items. Not good, Goodwill!

Whenever I'm visiting family from out of state, we always stop by. Tons of junk, but also some really fantastic deals. It's by the pound (mostly), so brand-new items are as cheap as the hum-drum. Worth a trip if you love rummaging!

I only worked with them for a few weeks before the world went crazy and everything got shut down. They are some amazing people there, friendly, kind, caring, all-around, wonderful human beings. If your looking for a great place for bargains or a friendly place with a good work environment I'd recommend Goodwill NCE outlet store.

I seen some guy the floor manager without any identification properly being showed with carts among other large objects blocking view of his tag. Not be able to properly identify himself and he did not identify himself as a worker let alone his job title... Just grab and yank a deaf woman's cart because she couldn't hear him telling her to move cart and she fell on the ground when the guy was jerking her cart. She hit her head on a bookshelf before she fell. Omg how embarrassing. That's how they treat disabled folks there!

A very interesting way to shop. It can get very busy at times, especially when they put out new bins. Not my way of shopping, but everything there is very cheap.

Someones junk is someone else's treasure. But there is a LOT of JUNK here. The bins are filthy so wear gloves. I could not go when I was pregnant, I got stuffed up and quickly felt sick. There are days I found some wants/needs, and days I found none. Prices are buy the pound.

Alot of items available in alot of bins. Need to have time and patience to look thru all of the merchandise. Pay by the pound. You can find some good buys.

Customer service skills sorely lacking. You may be selling second hand goods but customer service should always be first rate! Stopped to pick up an e comm order a day early I understand that it was early but....not even an attempt to check and see? Needless to say I didn't stay and shop the bins

So I’ve been coming to this outlet location for years now, and I will no longer be shopping there. There’s a group of young kids that are extremely competitive rude, leave their carts sitting wherever they want in the store when none of the rest of us or are allowed to do that, but it seems like nobody says anything I feel like this place is extremely poorly managed, and I will be spreading the word to my friends that are also frequent shoppers not to bother, what a joke of a store

Goodwill we’re here to help the community but first we gotta take all the nice stuff and sell it online. This company is just a scam! Wanna round up or donate a $1 so we can pay our taxes with the customer money.

The only other experience I have to compare to is the St. Vincent Dig n Save in Madison. Prices are more expensive. Everything is in bins yes but very very generally separated. It would be nice to have clothing and linens separated, housewares and toys separated. For me not worth the drive. I will stick with my Dig N Save.

Without a doubt the worst online service center of all Goodwill stores. They made a mistake in an item I purchased, refused to admit to it and further refused to pay return shipping to return the item. This would have forced me to pay for shipping 2 ways, resulting in a partial refund less than the purchase price. I get that it was on honest mistake. Fine. But they never admitted to that fact and refused to pay the return shipping for their mistake. AVOID.

I used to love this place and I used to come every day... I don't know why but they have practically eliminated all home goods from here. Pretty much nothing but clothing now. And the whole atmosphere of this place has dramatically changed in the last couple months as well. Again, don't know why but this place has pretty much lost a lot of people's business and I very seriously doubt I will return here unless it changes.

This was the least busy bin store I've ever been to. There was plenty of parking. The bathrooms were clean and the bins full. This store is 2 hours from my home in southeastern WI and I will be back.

The prices are very good, but you have to be patient to dig around and find what you like. It's convenient that they have a weight scale on the side of the registers to see how much your stuff would cost (didn't notice till my 2nd visit). Bring gloves to dig around because of sharp or broken things and it can get dirty.I was disappointed with my 1st visit as to how much I paid for the little amount of things I had weighed in the cart. Gave it another chance to finally see how things flow and got a better deal the 2nd visit with my stuff being weighed on the counter. I feel it's cheaper to have your stuff weighed on the counter than in a cart and weighed on the floor mat.

Felt harassed by new staff! Enjoyed coming here for years with my kids, who always had fun conversation with the older staff. Now they won't even allow mothers to bring children. When my mask slipped momentarily below my nose, immediately approached by staff. While several regulars I recognized hung out and visited together in front of carts, the same staff member walked across the building to tell me to move apart when I tried to show my friend who I came with one of my finds. Customers throwing items into glass-filled (very dangerous policy change!) carts are ignored. What happened to the kind, helpful outlet costumers and register workers???

Probably THE worst goodwill outlet to go to. 2 hour rotation times are you kidding me? Must not care about money doing the bare minimum work. Not to mention the rude and bossy staff make it feel like your back in middle school with how they treat customers, adding new “rules” and policies each day. Also make it feel like they want you in and out, can’t leave your cart parked or bring drinks or food in. NOT EVEN WATER! Hopefully someone higher up see’s this and changes things because I’ve seen the ammount of people that shop here decline heavily in the past 2 years. Get it together Goodwill.

Love the Outlet stores. Hate the mask requirement. If you are exempt from wearing a mask for any reason or have any kind of disability that makes it difficult or impossible to wear a mask, Goodwill doesn't care, you can't get in without one. They will make you wait outside if they reach capacity, so be prepared to wait in line for others to leave. They are enforcing one person to a bin, so you have to wait in line then too. They were not bringing out new gaylords frequently. They replaced a section of 6 bins one time in the 90 minutes I was there. It is less fun than it used to be, the people are grumpier (probably because their oxygen levels are low from wearing masks), and there wasn't as much good stuff either. But, less good stuff means less money spent.

Gotta hunt for stuff and dig but that makes it interesting and youll never know what youll find. I bought 15 dvds the other day, and a bunch of nicnacks spent under 25$ so much stuff to look through

I feel prices should be explain more. I would have never paid a $1.99 for a broken basket if I would have known they were not in with a pay by the pound. I would have considered them household goods and not furniture. We left with 3 grocery bags and 2 Landry baskets and it cost us almost $23.00. I feel you trick people by saying clothing is .99 cents a lb and household goods are .89 cents a lb.

The prices are good. The main problem is that you are nearly digging through garbage. There is some stuff to be found that is usable, but much of the stuff here is badly worn out, incomplete, broken, outdated or of low quality. The usual slight funk of a thrift store is turned up past 11 here and it downright smells bad. If you're determined to shop here bring gloves or grab a golf club from a bin to rummage around, there is no hand sanitizer to use here and you will feel kinda gross and dirty after digging around for a bit. Can be good for a little sport but come prepared.
