We are so happy to have found the team at Gentle Paws. They are talented groomers but are also compassionate, patient and wonderful with the dogs. We appreciate how they away the needs of dogs as individuals while making them look and feel gorgeous. It is such a delight to know that our dogs are cared for and cared about while they are at Gentle Paws.

Don’t bring your dog here. If you have a dog that has long hair this is another grooming salon that doesn’t offer the matting for dogs even though they’re a grooming salon what good are you? You should probably put this on your website so people don’t waste their time having to leave work to bring their dog to your salon when you don’t even do de matting you just recommend shaving your dog down all the way. What is wrong with this place? Are there any good groomers in Appleton?

My pup has gotten to the age that nail trims are difficult to do at home. Everyone at Gentle Paws is so kind and patient with her, and they do a great job at getting her nails trimmed. Very happy to have found this spot!

They do an AMAZING job. My pup looks like a super model after he goes here. I had tried another in town to save a few bucks and they didn't even do half as good of a job as Gentle Paws. You totally get what you pay for.It also smells very pleasant in there, which is not an easy task for a place full of wet dogs. It just proves how well maintained they keep the facility.

These groomers go above and beyond, not only that they do a very nice grooming but our dog is very fighty but they get the job done. The shop looks nice and is very clean.

Hands down the best groomers I’ve ever been to! I have a sassy Pekingese who they handle with such care it’s no wonder they’re called gentle paws. My fur baby feels and smells amazing! Thank you!!!

By far the best place in town to get your dog groomed. They’re professional, do a fantastic job, and I was over 15 minutes late (my fault and I felt terrible about it) to my appointment last time and they STILL got my boy in to be groomed and didn’t let me feel rushed or seemed upset even slightly. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend. Sarah has been my dog’s groomer but I trust everyone there!

I'm always on the go. Running errands and stuff. But I always have Abby girl riding with me. So today when I remembered Abby needs to get her nails clipped. I stopped in to see if they could trim her nails quick. They did have time and Abby is Happy again. Thank you Gentle Paws

Luann is awesome my rescues now my fur babies love her and trust her which is huge. They go in looking a mess and come out so cute and well groomed. Paws , nails ,cut just can't say enough. I highly recommend this place and Luann.

The best in classThis place is our go to for our dog. Erin and her staff are caring and curtiousThe do the little things that are asked for and listen to your needs or desires for your pet. Gentle Paws is always booked because they are that good. If you can't make it in sooner than later get on a standby list. I love it when I see my dog after Erin puts her talent into making my dog looking the best she can be. Bella loves it too!

So sweet!! They no longer take cats which is completely understandable but the worker took time to give me recommendations for other places that would help take care of my cat. Almost want to get a dog to work with this kind and amazing workers

I have a rather vocal and anxious dog that can often give groomers a run for their money. He's not "naughty" per say, but obnoxious may be the better term. The staff at Gentle Paws has done really well with him. They've figured out how to make him a bit less anxious and have accommodated him quite nicely. He is NEVER fearful to visit. In fact he gets excited in a good way when he realizes where we are and that tells me everything I need to know. He's HAPPY to be there. Erin is typically his groomer and she has done a fantastic job every time.

We have a Cockapoo puppy who is afraid of other dogs and is super sensitive to grooming. Gentle Paws was fabulous with him (and me!) and had even taken him for a walk with their own dog to help with socialization! Wow! They really care! 5 star experience!!

Sadly, we were more than disappointed with our first and last visit for our 7mo Golden Retriever puppy.My husband dropped our puppy off and learned of the price and haircut... so he called me while there. First I spoke to Holly about this haircut.. she explained they normally cut a Golden's hair, I said please don't as he is just a puppy. She then confirmed only paw trim. We then discussed price and she passed me onto owner, who BECAUSE we weren't giving our pup a haircut, we received a $5 discount.We specifically told them (spoke to BOTH the owner and employee to NOT give him a haircut, around toes is only ok) and not only did they (Holly) give him one, it was terribly done! Our handsome dog, over a month later, looks as though he got a haircut by a toddler. This and they cost twice the price as any others in the area.The only bright side is perhaps we could get him in right away... though this probably saying something.Normally I refrain from giving poor reviews though I called and left a message, no acknowledgement or response... plus, what can they do? Grow his hair back quicker?ETA: Asking whether the facility had any coupons or discounts is normal, not a crime.

They ruin my Pomeranian’s coat. I thought I try them because I spent a lot of time in Wisconsin and unfortunately they are not good groomers for Pomeranians. My regular Groomer made me aware of how bad the grooming was in I realize they created a lot of problems for her undercoat. Her topcoat will never be the same. Very upset
