We cannot recommend Floors by Roberts enough! They have been so fantastic to work with. They bent over backwards to help us when another contractor left us in the lurch. The quote they provided us was detailed and accurate so there would be no surprises. They were timely and responsive, and their prices were highly competitive. We feel like we really got our money’s worth.The LVP installer, Gus, and his crew, were meticulous and did a gorgeous job installing the new floor. There was a lot of mess ripping out old flooring but they vacuumed up after themselves every day. They also helped us with leveling a problem area in the floor that others said was going to take a lot more effort and money. Gus went out of his way to work weekends to complete this very large job to make sure that it could get done on schedule.The carpet installation was done to perfection. Marco did a great job, and the stairs looked amazing!There were a lot of details and transitions to install between rooms, stairs, etc., and Harry did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to work withLast, but not least, Nicki provided the coordination for everything and made sure the materials were ordered and delivered on time. We must have called Nicki a hundred times, and she was always helpful and pleasant to work with. I think if it hadn’t been for her, this wouldn’t have gone so smoothly.5 stars!

I was very pleased with Floors by Roberts! Christine was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and has creative ideas. Lance and Jim did an excellent job installing our new wood flooring. The border that divided the two rooms was a little tricky, but their skills and expertise were evident. I couldn’t be happier with the floor, and it was a very fair price. I would highly recommend this company!

We had Floors by Roberts do the flooring throughout our new construction home 7 years ago and couldn’t be happier. Recently we had them install a backsplash in our kitchen. Again the work was stellar. From the showroom staff to the installers, they are very professional and clean up nicely before they leave. I would not hesitate to use Floors by Roberts for future projects. I very highly recommend them!

Service was meh. Installation and product have been subpar. All told we spent $20,000-ish to put LVP throughout our house. Less than two years later, the floor looks like it’s 10+ years old. Scratches everywhere, even in low traffic areas. As the flooring has compressed it’s become evident that the nails in the subfloor weren’t hammered in sufficiently, and they are now pushing up through the vinyl—even cracking it in places. In multiple places, the flooring is slightly warped and pulling up. In other words, we spent an absolute fortune and have been left with a very poor result. I have such regret, and wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time and money with Floors by Roberts.

Had a positive experience with Floors by Roberts. Installer was very good. Had a small problem with nose cap on stair and a loose tile, had someone come to fix it. Still a problem with tile adhering, it was resolved. Would recommend them. They have installed all of my floors, carpet and vinyl floors in my house

I went to at least five local carpet stores to find the best price on a quality carpet and Floor By Roberts was the best price on the specific brand and style I wanted, and as a huge bonus I was happy with my experience from beginning to end. Of all the different companies I've worked with in fixing up our new house, Floors By Roberts has been my most positive experience, so I had to leave a review. Lisa was excellent to work with in the show room- friendly, down to earth, great communicator, and knowledgeable. Larry did the install and he did an excellent job tucking the carpet along a tricky curved hardwood edge and was very thorough and meticulous. Thank you for a wonderful experience and lovely carpeting throughout my new home!

Had carpet installed in my new home 6 years ago. The carpet is now falling apart and I am getting no help from Floors by Roberts or the carpet manufacturer. Don't stand by their product at all. Will never work with them again, and would encourage you to look elsewhere if you want good service and a good flooring product. This isn't the place.

Poor communication from sales/installers led to floor being installed running the wrong way. Nothing was done to fix this by management except a 10% discount. That 10% is a slap in the face as now we are forced to re-do a room that we were not planning on doing due to the mix-up by the sales/installers.We made it very clear what we wanted, they completed the job incorrectly and now we have to live with it.lack-luster communication efforts on all fronts led to their error but they continue to blame the client.Service: Install flooring

Harry was excellent, flexible with scheduling, good with our dog and young kids, and did a great job laying interlocking tiles in a new and rather complex pair of rooms that didn't have a single 90 degree corner. I will definitely hire them again for the rest of the house.

I will never use floor by Roberts again, all they had to do was install new carpeting in my stairway. They sold me carpeting that was dirty and refused to replace it.
