I went to cvs on oneida st Menasha..on April 1 2024. Around 6 pm .I had the nicest guy .don't know if he was a manager. But I asked for a syringe for my dogs medicine and I pick up my pics I ordered.He went up and beyond to help me find what I needed. So I hope he remains at this location..great customer relations A+.. Thank you so much ....

They do not tell you when a prescription medication can actually be found over the counter for much cheaper and your insurance doesn’t cover the medication, so you end up paying twice as much. Then when you find out yourself, even if it is unopened, they would return it. Try to care about the people and give a little effort.

Garbage rx in every way. High prices, utterly fatuous arrogant parasites at the window and in the store.Everyone in our circle of friends and neighbors hates these people with a passion and has switched to Smith or Walgreens.When medical professionals and learned patients refer to corrupt big pharma, this disgusting corporate rx is EXACTLY what they're talking about.I worked for KCNS, Freed's Omnicare as an rx tech, in med records and as an IT lead. And Home Care Pharmacy in Kansas City as a med records lead. My fiance was a clinical systems data administrator and IT support pro for OC.We understand pharmacy administration well. CVS is rotten to the core. Grade: F.

I had to go there for a UPS pickup I forgot how nice those stores are! The guy that helped me get my package was also super friendly, It was a great experience for a pharmacy!

Nice pharmacy and convenience store. Friendly staff and overall clean store. Pharmacy has a drive thru, which is handy. Prices are a little higher than Walgreens. Also, find it odd that they don't sell cigarettes for health reasons but they sell a bunch of liquor and totally unhealthy snacks. If your business model is to promote health that should be done in all aspects of your business, not just one.

This CVS location is awful. They deactivated my wife’s insurance and claimed that a medication, one that I picked up for myself, which was covered by our insurance, from the Target/CVS on Kensington a day prior (and that they were out of stock of for my wife and had the prescription transferred because they had stock on Oneida Street) wasn’t covered by our insurance. They were rude and short with my wife and gave her the run around stating they didn’t have stock of the drug and then after some holding that they did actually have stock, but it would be $400+ dollars and facetiously asked “Would you like to pick it up at that price?” Instead of the normal $15 dollars… we will be avoiding this location going forward, really sucks that during medication shortages that you have to get the run around and jump through hoops to get the medications you need only to be treated like you’re the problem.

Not friendly staff they ignore you when you want to use the clerk checkout. Guess they hope you will go to their self check outs which i ended up doing. People in the pharmacy totally ignored me. Would of been nice if they said I will be with you shortly but no pure silence. They are also very expensive. I prefer Walgreens friendlier staff.

This place is horrible. Rudest employees I’ve ever dealt with at a business for no reason at all. Closed for an hour during lunch. Will be notifying corporate. All the workers are in there chit chatting but could not help me “because they were on lunch” laughing with each other. I will be moving all our family’s businesses somewhere else. Hate to distract these women from their jokes and fun while at work when people need there prescriptions. The lady was rude as well.

Dr called in two Rx, staff only filled one. They said the other was on a high cost hold, the cost was $10., the one they filled was $12. Clerk got mad and very rude when I asked why they were both filled since they were called in together. Called manager and she never got back to me.

The worst customer service is in the pharmacy. Very rude and disrespectful. There is 1 nice male pharmacy employee and the women talk down to him and are rude to him in front of customers. After talking on the phone the women hardly ever say goodbye and slam the phone down. They treat you like your a burden. I don’t think they remember the customer is paying their paycheck. Or they don’t care. If that’s the case, just a nice suggestion, find a different profession! Most customers that are going there for prescriptions are not feeling good and they don’t keep that in mind. Very terrible customer service!!!! They don’t even deserve even the 1 star. For a whole year I paid for a prescription that was expensive that should have been ran through my medical insurance not prescription insurance but NEVER told me that they do not run under medical insurance. I’ve learned to take their “attitude” and “rudeness” towards me but still ask questions. Good luck to everyone especially new patients!!!!

CVS is the most expensive pharmacy I have ever experienced. They asked me to pay $450 for four antibiotics since I did not have an insurance at that time. They gave me some discount at that time. But a week later I got an estimate of only $70 from Meijer for the same antibiotics. Wao big time difference. Since then I always say bye bye to CVS.

Pharmacy service was slow and at times needlessly rude. They charged me for a prescription that was clearly covered by the MISSION act for vets, but I was sick and really didn't have time to argue over it. This is not the first time CVS has lied to my family about coverage on medical supplies and prescriptions. The full story has a lot more nonsense/ unprofessional activity but having to drive to a different city to pay for a 100% covered rx that should have been filled a few blocks from my home is simply not acceptable.

Not very impressed at all with this location. Some employees are nice, others watch me as if I'm going to steal even though I'm just looking around. I like looking at the makeup there because they offer some brands that other stores do not carry but there will be massive sections of empty shelves for literal weeks so I just buy cosmetics elsewhere. A lot of the pharmacists are friendly though there is one that has been ringing me up for a few times recently that does not come off as very friendly. She never asks if I have questions about my medications or asks for someone to consult with me on my new prescriptions.

CVS sells Xylimelts only store I can conveniently go to to purchase this product! I use it for dry month, excellent product! It’s a little more expensive then other products but with coupons and store credits it is more then a good deal. Highly recommend this product.

The pharmacy staff are amazing. Very understanding and will go out of their way to make you feel you're their only customer. They made me feel at ease when my son started taking his medication and never have they seemed to judge me or my son. Thank you Oneida CVS Pharmacy staff!!

Trying to redeem the $10 coupon that didn't expire for 4 days and it clearly said on card with a code and the grey hair man and older heavy set woman at the register we absolutely no help. I wasted 30 min trying to use my coupon and never got to.

Female employee walked around the store coughing and coughing and coughing. As I walked up to the register she walked around the corner ahead of me and into my space - hacking and sputtering, cheeks puffed out, mouth open, mask down around her neck.I was not happy. I wear a mask everywhere, for good reason, clearly. Now that I know the way this CVS manages covid risk, I will not be going back.

Do not make online immunization appointments! The staff will have no knowledge of the appointment and does not do courteous calls to let you know that it's not possible to get it done there even though your contact info was clearly available as you have to enter it for setting up an appointment.Pharmacy staffs were pretty unprofessional about the situation and didn't know what vaccines were in stock. They weren't willing to listen to what I have to say and kept pushing me to just go to a clinic because it'll be "convenient" to have all the immunization done there and be recorded. First of all, the reason why I resorted to a pharmacy for immunization is because my clinic didn't do immunizations and my insurance have coverage at CVS. Two, I'm quite aware that the immunizations I wanted have multiple doses and some were live vaccines. Three, I am capable and willing to track the vaccinations myself even if CVS doesn't have a system to record the progress of a patient's immunizations.Anyways, I won't be going to that pharmacy ever again.

This place is ridiculous and lazy and slow amd unprofessional and rude. They some how got my insurance on file that they run for my prescriptions primarily but when I am on a budget and limited income and they refuse to look up my secondary state insurance just so they can take my dinner money and charge me out of pocket for a cough suppressant that contains codiene which is supposedly an otc which means over the counter sense when is codiene over the counter anyway!?! This place dont actually care about people. I seen the pharmacist make inappropriate sighs and rude noises regarding an elderly couple slowly coming threw drive threw! Don't go here I am finding a new pharmacy as well asap.

Time and time again the Techs, and pharmacists have helped me with my grandmothers Rx's. Medicare drama, prior auth, dealing with narcotic pain meds and hand delivered Rx's. These people bend over backwards for a 94 year old woman with chronic pain. They offer guidance and speak to you like family. I would specifically like to call out Jimmy and Chris for their outstanding customer service and kindness. I hate big chains and prefer small business is my local area but this pharmacy in particular has an amazing team and we are so happy to work with them.

Dont waste your time for a COVID test. Took 4 days to come back as "cancelled" due to an "inadequate" sample. In other words "inconclusive"... Waste of time and money. Go somewhere other than a CVS for covid testing.
