Not impressed with the drive though situation we almost couldn't park because of the line but understandable because of the location. They gave us a free value basket coupon on our tray, super nice!!!

Food is usually good but custard is not worth it. Very skimpy when it comes to toppings and mix ins. I got the toffee expressi flavor of the day in a concrete mixer and had maybe 6 pcs of the cake, no Carmel swirl and 3 pcs of heath. It was mainly an expresso milkshake. I was so dissatisfied. It’s happened a lot lately. Will go else where for ice cream next time

Highly recommend this Culver's, clean,nice over friendly customer satisfaction, i went to put an order in for corndog kids meal n triple cheeseburger for myself once served food at table employee said so nicely i take it u wanted cheeseburger (to my daughter as a funny funny)and u wanted the kids meal gtilled cheese i said u mean corndog she said ohh this a grilled cheese u wanted a corndog how bout u enjoy ur fries and i will get that corndog in for you. and rest was complementary on Culver's customer service EXCELLENCE !!!!!! WILL DEFINITELY COME HERE OVER N OVER WHEN IN TOWN. THANK YOU !!!!

Huge disappointment!! So unlike Culver's. Ordered 2 piece perch dinner with broccoli and mashed potatoes to have indoors. Looked wonderful, good taste but barely lukewarm ! Finally requested a reheat, but would remake it instead. Second serving: warmer fish, potatoes were even cooler and broccoli was cooked but refrigerator cold! Worse. Really ?? Pay back? ? Friend's order was also just a warm chicken sandwich?? Nov. 12. 2022, 1:45 p.m. , not busy and plenty of staff. Gave up. Reheat at home. Female manager just said " sorry".

We’ve always liked Culvers but recently they’ve been stingy with their portions. A 4 piece chicken tender is $6.89 and my daughter got two tenders and two tiny nuggets. For the prices you charge, the portions should be legitimate.

We got some ice cream (concrete mixers) and waited a decent amount of time prior to getting our order. That's not unexpected but it was a pleasant surprise that we got some coupons for the wait. They'll be put to use for more ice cream soon. 5 stars!

Enjoyed the food and the service while I was visiting with my mom Kathy in Appleton Wisconsin from June through August. Food was great, also the service. Atmosphere was perfect, wish they had a Culver's in CaliforniaKid-friendliness: My adopted nephews loved it

Ordered 3 ice creams in the drive-thru and waited 15 mintues for them to come out. People that ordered food and ice cream after us were being served. When ours came out it was liquid and you could drink it. I took it to the manager and he was apologetic and "will make a note" but did not want to make it right. We are pretty loyal customers and won't be back. Super sad!

Not Milwaukee's best frozen custard, but they're certainly in the running.I'm not really fond of Culver's fast food selection but if butter burgers are your thing, Culvers offers up what you crave. I DO enjoy their salads, especially the grilled chicken-cashew, the cranberry-bacon bleu and the garden fresco salad with grilled chicken breast.

I love Culver's and this location is always good. My only complaint is that the drive-thru absolutely SUCKS. It almost always gets so backed up that 1- the people who are parked can't get out, 2- it majorly impedes the traffic on Calumet and leaving from Walmart, and 3- it's hard to leave here because of those traffic jams. They sort of helped this problem by making all the parking spots at the end for drive-thru parking only, but the issue still happens A LOT.Parking: Most of the spots are difficult to access/get out of because of the constant traffic jams caused by the drive-thru line.
