Best thing since sliced bread. Half of what I own has probably been purchased from Costco. I’ve never been disappointed by a product.They have a an excellent electronics section. Their TV selection has a great variety of makes and models. They have the best policy on headphones and ear buds - LIFETIME SATISFACTION GUARANTEE (if you don’t believe me talk to someone in the store or look online).As a whole the warehouse carries a diverse selection of items. They continue to get new products and do a nice job rotating them throughout the store .If you’re a first timer, just get one of the rotisserie chickens. I promise it’s not all hype, they’re great.My most recent purchase has been a Lasko space heater. Couldn’t be happier. The heater is efficient at warming up any regular sized room in a house or office. It has all the bells whistles and more for only $50. More importantly it’s very quiet.They usually have the cheapest fuel in town. If you play the membership/credit card game right you’re able to earn lots of cash back.LAST THING: COSTCO - Bring back the turkey melt!!!

I love this store. Prices are (usually) better than other stores, buying the larger sizes keeps me from having to restock very often, and the employees are consistently helpful and friendly.

My experience is that the associates have always been very helpful. The warehouse is always clean and has a pretty good selection of goods, however, the stock is never quite the same from month to month. If you see something, buy it then; you may not see it next time you go. I often go with a friend because the portions are larger, and I do need to split them with a friend.You can’t beat the rotisserie chickens, and hearing aid batteries for price!

Very nice place if u want things in bulk. But they also sell plants, clothes, flowers, etc.& they give out samples of free food or drinks.

Friendly staff that are very helpful! Like the selection of products you can't find in a regular store.It is pouring rain today and 37 degrees and a staff person getting carts saw me drop my earphone and it rolled under my SUV. He got down on the ground and crawled to get it for me. Very grateful!

I would like to inform you that I have once again come across expired products at this Costco in Appleton warehouse located (5401 W Integrity WayGrand Chute, WI 54913United States). The first time it was expired fresh fish. The second time it's smoked salmon, it's in a vacuum package and it's already five days overdue. For me, it's terrible how it happens in a store where I pay for membership. That is, I have to pay for it and not receive proper service at the same time. I understand that I can go to the store and get a refund without any problems, but no one takes into account my time spent on this, I live 30 minutes from the store and in order for me to get a refund, I have to spend an hour! Also, since expired products are often found, the desire to go to this store begins to disappear! It can also happen something terrible and someone, without noticing it, will eat expired food and get to the hospital! Does it also mean that I have to go around the store and check the expiration date of each product? But it seems to me that this is the work of the store's employees! We like this store, but we regularly come across expired products and you're already starting to wonder if it's worth going there!

Happy to have a Costco in the area. Clean store, great employees. Always a good shopping experience, here.I love Costco because it has organic options and the seasonal items stick around for a while which is nice. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at this Costco and I've been coming here since it first opened.I have used the tire center and been so happy with them They are efficient and always ready to help. I also use the pharmacy for myself and my family and my pets! The service is so good I honestly could not be happier. We are also considering trying the eye center because, why not? Very happy with this Costco and I think they have a lot more options as far as organics. I used to be a Sam's Club member and I feel like Costco is just a bit of a step up.

Love Costco for selection and prices. Hate Costco for how much I spend here! Free samples get me to buy things I would never try otherwise. Returns are easy and simple. Food court food ftw on nights I don't feel like cooking. $10 for huge pizza and $1.50 hot dog with soda can't be beat

CHECK YOUR TIRE PRESSURE AFTER GOING TO THEIR AUTO SHOP. I recently purchased brand new tires from the store and after picking them up went on the highway and went about 70-75 mph and the car began to shake uncontrollably, almost undriveable. I pulled into the nearest gas station, checked the PSI for this car is recommended to be around 30, what were the tires at? 50! Which is also THE MAX amount. This mistake could’ve easily caused harm to myself or others which thankfully did not happen.

Everything was fine till it was time to check out. I was scolded for doing two transactions on the same card. I am the one paying so why does it matter to you?! You still get your money. Then the associate was hovering around me the entire transition (self checkout) saying very loudly " yeah we have had a ton of issues today with people card sharing". I didn't even card share! This is ridiculous. Next time I go in I will be seriously considering about cancelling my membership. We just got it two months ago too. Every time I come in I get heckled about how I pay. I should not have to show you my membership card and my debit card for me to pay and be on my way!

It has great completed meals in its deli section, frozen choices you don't see in other stores, good bakery items and large package sizes for most items. Prices are competitive. LOTS of walking to get to everything. And I didn't even mention the furniture , seasonal items, clothing, Pharmacy ,Vision and hearing depth. Downside for me, the only store my feet & knees hurt afterwards. Flooring choice?

It was my first time shopping at the Appleton location and I was very impressed with the store. When I got up to the checkouts however, it was nothing but associates complaining about "how busy it was" and "how they couldn't get a break in". Very unprofessional in my opinion. Not what I wanted to hear as I spent $250+ dollars in their store.

Can save on paper products. Their bedroom sheets and towels also are good quality. If you buy in bulk it is a good place to go.

Didn’t like how they only asked me and my wife for our card out of the 10 people that walked in. I wonder what is the process on this? why not just wait till the end like Sam’s club made us feel very uncomfortable and not welcomed…

Switched to Sam’s because the prices were better and the online curbside pickup for Plus members saves me at LEAST an hour of time everytime I shop. I won’t be back until you stop price gouging your loyal members (6 years prior to leaving) and figure out a way to avoid 30+ minute lines especially on weekends.

Today was the worst experience we have so far at Costco. We were welcomed to the self checkout unfriendly face. You could the see the change of attitude between her speaking to us and her speaking white people. I believe her name was Carrie and she had made the assumption on me not having a Costco card.

We. have never had a bad item. at Costco until today.We bought the New York strip steaks 5 for $40.00They looked beautiful but they were the worst steaks we ever had. They were tough and grissley. Horrible to chew Very dissappinted.

At the customer service desk, 4 employees were assigned to help new potential members. While only 1 overworked employee was tasked with processing returns even tho a long lane existed. Lastly, a manager needed to be involved with my $2.40 credit because an item wasn't priced correctly.

I'm glad there was a Costco nearby while I was visiting Appleton, as a member I always find good deals on everything from electronics, clothing, groceries and more and what I really liked about this warehouse is that is very well stocked on almost everything specially on the meat section, something that I can't say about the ones were I live, also there was no big lines to pay so I'm hoping coming back soon.
