Yo guys what in the world is up with the size discrepancy of your bagels?! I mean on one hand, yay giant bagel, but is it going to be any good? And the tiny bagel is just sad. Goldilocks just wants a happy medium here.

The young lady working was very helpful but the older lady that came out from the back is very miserable to deal with. I placed an online order the day prior for a dozen bagels for pick up for the following morning. The younger lady apologized for not having the order ready when I arrived and started to fill the order. The older lady came out from the back saying the order ticket printed off that morning and that I can’t pick it up until the following day. I explained that my receipt said the order would be ready for pick up Saturday morning and she told me “oh well the ticket printed this morning and it won’t be ready until tomorrow”. The younger lady working apologized again for inconvenience and for her coworkers attitude.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich (sausage, egg, cheese) on jalapeño bagel and it was outstanding!!! Everything made fresh to order. Everyone super friendly. Clean restaurant. Bagels are thick and soft and chewy - just how bagels should be. Undoubtedly a 10/10 experience and I will absolutely be returning! I highly recommend this place.

This place is on another level. This would be an A team breakfast situation compared to the microwavable Starbucks, Caribou, and Scooters in this area. Don't get me wrong, you will find me time to time at those when convenience is a priority as you have to physically get out of your car for this gem. If you truly want a good am pickup and fill-up check this place out. If you want to be like the other squares, go to the other establishments.

Fresh, delicious - simply the BEST! My husband and I love BAB. My favorite is the everything bagel with regular cream cheese. Hubby loves the chocolate chip bagels with strawberry cream cheese. Staff is always so kind and we have never been disappointed with breakfast here. The bagel breakfast sandwiches are HUGE and extremely filling!

Very cute little place with great breakfast and great coffee! The Cinnamon Crumb Muffin was everything I wanted it to be. I had an Oreo bagel and was slightly disappointed in the lack of sweetness but it was still delicious. The amazing cream cheese masked the flavor of the Oreo. My husband got the Southern Tradition and onion bagel and enjoyed both!

I got the southern tradition on a bacon cheddar bagel. They were so polite and happy! My little girl got a small chocolate muffin and it looked so good. Apparently it was as good as it looked because I couldn’t even get a picture! Will definitely return again

Best bagels in the valley. However, don’t mobile order - I showed up 20 minutes after my order time and it wasn’t ready. Waited 10 minutes and watched 10+ walk-ins receive their order before I had to go and ask on the status. Had to wait another 5 minutes for them to actually make it after asking. I would not have ordered online if I had known this - what’s the point of ordered ahead? Still woulda got the bagels, tho.

Overall experience was pleasant.I also agree with many of the other reviews that the quality of the bagels are great, howeverthey do lack in the flavor department.I personally prefer the other bagel shop, Bagelicious because of the flavor on the bagel.The smoothie was drinkable but I prefer tropical smoothie.The shop is clean and nice and staff was friendly.I will be back, but I might try a different bagel and hope for more flavor.

I ordered online. You choose 2 options for bagels. I didn't get either option and was given a plain bagel instead. I had requested that it be toasted and I didn't get that either. My bagel sandwich in general did not appear very fresh. The berry smoothie tasted terrible. I took one drink of it threw it away. We use to order from Bagelicious and are now trying to find a new bagel place.

Positively delightful! I read a previous comment about how the Oreo bagels were underwhelmingly sweet, but that will happen if you put normal cream cheese on them. Get the Oreo cream cheese! It makes all the difference. Their bagels are flavorful, the atmosphere is very pleasant, and the staff is friendly. We will absolutely return!

The service was amazing! They helped me pick a good variety of bagels and muffins to go for a group. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My vanilla chai had excellent flavor and due to the snowstorm they met me out at my car with my chai so I didn't take the chance of slipping. The bagels and muffins were excellent! We will definitely be back!

Holy bajesus is this place delicious! I would eat here every day if I could. The bagels are soft and flavorful and there are options for everyone. Even dog bagels :)Staff is friendly and quick. Prices are reasonable.The only downside is how noisy it is. Not the best place for a conversation if they are busy.

Big Apple Bag just did a very large order of us and we couldn't be more happy! The service was friendly and fast! The found was amazing and at a great price. I highly recommend ordering from here. Thank You Dan and all of your staff! Kudos for such an amazing job!

Food quality is acceptable, but their attention to detail with the orders needs to be improved. I ordered the classic morning sandwich with bacon and it came with sausage, then we ordered 2 bagels to go with cream cheese on the side as I was not sure how soon we would eat. I received the order with cream cheese on the bagels. 2 simple requests, and could not be followed. We will not go back.

I love this store, but I was very disappointed with my visit on Sunday. I was at the Appleton store with my husband and daughter. We were getting bagels and my daughter was the only one who was counting. She said that we only had 10 bagels. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if we were good and without even looking said that we were. I thought nothing of it until we got home and I was taking the bagels out of the bag. We only had ten. My nine year old had been right. We live over an hour away and I was not going back for two bagels. I just wish the worker would have checked the bag to see if we had what we paid for.

The bagels are fresh and have good texture which is why I'm giving 2 stars. Having said that the cinnamon sugar bagel I got barely had any flavor in the top half, the bottom was basically plain and flavorless. My husband's onion bagel had most the onion falling off and the onion was kind of burnt. These are pretty basic flavors and I would have been happier with the same flavor from Kwik Trip which is just disappointing when you're going some place that's supposed to specialize in this. If you want a bagel where the flavor is mixed in (like chocolate chip) it will probably be good, but if you like the kind where the flavor is a topping then go somewhere else.

The bagels have always been good but the customer service is lacking.I recently picked up lunch for myself and 2 coworkers. After checking out I realized I had been mischarged. I waited until the other customers were through the checkout and brought it up to the cashier. After adding up with the charges should have been, the cashier told me, "well I just entered it in the computer and that's what it came up with . . . I'm not sure what you want me to do." I politely said, that I just wanted them to know that I was mischarged and that it should be corrected. She suggested that I call back another day when her manager was in and talk to him because she couldn't do anything.Again, the food here is always fine, but I think I'll wait until I'm in De Pere if I want Big Apple Bagels in the future.

Great place for not only bagels, but smoothies, coffee, capaccino, breakfast sandwiches and lunch. I highly recommend the pizza bagel or the chicken salad. Very reasonable prices and friendly staff. Not quite as cozy as their previous place, but not bad either...very clean.

I came in 30 minutes before close to order a smoothie. Was told by the staff they didn’t want to bring out the stuff to make it because it was put away. They refused to serve me. The hours say open until 2, so I should be served until 2. Terrible customer service. Unreal.
