The theft protection employee, Eddie, is a strange person. I understand needing to keep the store safe and following customers that he suspects of theft , but it comes to a point where it feels like harassment. He was crouching down, peeking out from behind a display watching my 10 year old daughter in the toy isle. Every turn we made , he was there. It was a very strange experience. I asked an employee who he was (thinking it was a creepy man watching us) , and was surprised to learn he is a was also an employee. I think we will go to merill Walmart from now on. Walmart is going a little overboard. At least Antigo Walmart surly is. There is more to the story but for now I’ll leave it at this. Be cautious of this man. He’s strange.

Brief visit to check out early Black Friday specials. Aisles were crammed full of bargains especially in home electronics and entertainment. Couldn't leave the store without buying a few things. The store was not very busy on first day of early Black Friday so shopping was quite relaxing. Overall, a pleasant visit!

Staff were very helpful and polite, one employee, ( I believe her name was Samantha) was in the tech center and was very kind and very helpful. This walmart is great and mostly has bad reviews from people who don't know how a self checkout works lol

I was going to go through self check out, but they only take cards not cash and cash is all I had. So I got to wait in line. Fun times, lol

I will drive farther to shop in Antigos Walmart because the employees seem a lot friendlier then other closer stores, their extremely friendly and go out of their way to help you.......

Employee made my family feel vary uncomfortable as they followed us around the store as if we were going to steal then at check she sat down and watched everything we did goes without saying well NEVER shop at that Walmart ever again and it's one we've had this problem with numerous times in the past

Well it's Walmart. And the photo is just a fyi. I know there's been shipping and stock issues. But as of right now wet cat food is hard to come by.3 stars because the antigo location dose seem to be a bit disorganized even before the staff shortages, ect..

All I can say is, I wanted to eat my grapes while I was in the store, and the deli lady was happy to take my weight in advance so everybody was happy happy and I didn't get tackled at the door.

There can soup selection is awfull compared to the piggly wiggly. They also dont have a good selection of carpet/upholstery cleaner options.Very little, did Not have wat I was looking for.

Your typical Walmart, with the best employees! Depending who is at self check out is if I use it or not. Sometimes it seams like they never have certain items in stock or run out quicker than they should ( special energy drinks on the shelf or cookie dough bites for example.)

It really seems like walmart is going downhill but being able to do pickup orders is really great and a much better experience than shopping in the store anymore. The people who bring your order to your car and shop for you are A+ and I see Kyle out there every time I go just working hard even on the most bitter cold days. I appreciate all of the pickup order employees and they're making life a little easier for a lot of people! So 5 stars for those guys 😁

Soon to be the next Kohls, poor knowledge of stock in the store. What happened to employees actually being good at their job and having fluent memory of where products are located and services offered by the business. Also, with the level of technology we have nowadays, what's the purpose of having a person check receipts where there are enough cameras in the store to see an ant from anywhere in the store. Just another reason to shop local grocery stores and never step foot in the trashy store y'all have cultivated.

This Walmart has a lot of everything. I always find what I am looking for. Prices are reasonable & the employees are friendly & helpful. The location is convenient with other stores and eateries easily accessible. You will be pleasantly surprised!

Unable to get cash back. Cashier doesn't know how either. Customer service is unhelpful. Go to Kwik Trip if you need an ATM. They don't have a fee but your bank might

I'm really tired of the pickup leaving items out of my order that I pay for. They may refund it, but this has happened a minimum of 10 times since the beginning of Summer. I think it's really lame that they won't deliver to places in antigo because they say it's too small of a town and they don't have enough employees. Except there is a grocery store much smaller than Walmart here in antigo and they deliver for $6. All I hear is excuses all the time from employees why they can't do something or why this happened or why that happened and I've never ever dealt with a Walmart this ridiculous before. I do not have a car so it's very difficult for me to get to the store. I pay for a Walmart Plus membership but I don't get the free delivery. I'd rather pay $6 and have a good grocery store bring me when I need. The store needs to really shape up.

Take self checks outs away and use them lines and put cashiers to work to many Walmarts accusing people of trying to steal when really they just missed something and it wasn't intentional I've seen it happen so many times it's unreal and kinda of sad in all honesty it's lawsuits waiting to happen to Walmart if I'm being honest

Great store, overall. Usually well-stocked and excellent staff. But don't ever try to make keys with the Minute Key kiosk at the entrance. It does not work and steals your money.

Lot of missing prices on items. Most of the staff super friendly. Out of stock on items alot of times. This store has gotten worse. Every time I go there is something wrong. I understand they are busy but when all the workers are working on pickup orders and not doing anything else somethings wrong. I watched a worker get milk from the cooler for his pickup orders. I went after him and the milk was dripping down the front of the sales tags from the top. So everyone was full of milk. Huge puddle on the floor. He did nothing. I had to tell him to do something. And he stinks so bad. I have seen him work many times and the odor from him. is terrible. If there was another place to do all my shopping like Walmart, I would never step foot in this Walmart again. NEVER!

I ordered online for the first time for pick up and everything was perfect. Very caring and friendly staff. All you have to do is order, select a pick up time, check in on your way there, park in the designated area, message with the parking number, then just sit and enjoy!! They come out and load your groceries for you!! If they are out of something you ordered they will either substitute (if you allow) or promptly refund your money.

Alot of employees watching thier phones and to many employees at self check out...and the power chairs are always dead somewhere in the store with an elderly stuck and no employee around to help
