Learned our lesson to always watch them make our food and never place a pickup order. The turkey titan we ordered literally had 3 pieces of meat. The bread was dry and hard. We also got a #99 and there was like nothing on it. We live out of town and they closed already so theres not much to do about it. They also gave me double chocolate cookies when we ordered chocolate chip.

We were traveling through Antigo and decided to place an online order for Subway. We placed the order approximately 45 minutes before arriving and was notified through the app our order was ready. When I walked in to get the order, there were no online orders on the shelf. The person working was the only employee that day and told me he hadn't even started any online orders.I understand he was the only employee and don't want to place blame, but my understanding is Subway should be processing orders based on when they are submitted and I should not have received a "Ready Now" notification if the order wasn't ready.There were many people in line and he apologized, but made no effort to complete our order. We left and ate somewhere else.Not impressed with our experience and not intending to come back to this location. Be cautious if ordering online.

This was, by far, the worst Subway experience I've ever had. I understand they were busy but had to repeat myself multiple times. I then opened my sub after driving away and this is what I paid over $11 for. The sandwich was such a mess! I enjoy the drive through option but am truly disappointed.

Sat in the drive-through for at least five minutes had to drive around and go into order my food won’t come here again. When I asked the girl at the register if the drive through was broken she said no there were people in the back that should have handled it. The ladies in the back should be fired for not doing there job! The lady and gentleman in the front deserve a raise very nice and polite

UPDATE 11/14/23: Subway has turned it around. Better service and much better food.In the past six months, when we went in, the staff was complaining to customers and rude to each other.This week we've ordered online twice. The first time the footlong chicken breast sub had no meat on it. Today, we got one of two cookies ordered.We hadn't complained, or returned for the missing items, as dealing with the instore staff has been generally unpleasant.We know work gets busy and places have had a difficult time hiring but that is everywhere, including at our jobs.Subway Antigo needs an attitude adjustment and someone to double check online orders.

Brandon P. At Antigo location was amazing. I have been coming here for years and he gave us some of the best service we have had in what feels like forever! He spoke fluently and clear, he was professional and actually informed you of options before just doing them. I was very happy this visit.Kid-friendliness: Brandon talked to my daughter and had patience.

Food is always delicious 100% of the time! No complaints there at all. However the employees were arguing and it was awkward. Then she started randomly telling another employee a story about her dog and if I hadn't been watching her work the whole time, both of my sandwiches would have been messed up. Not just one but both. I had to catch her twice and tell her that something was missed. But everyone has bad days and like I said the food is always very good! *Update changed my review from 4 to 5 stars because the last two times I went in the service is much better and the atmosphere is calmer and more professional :)

I don't know how they keep their Subway franchise! Rudest manager and employees I've ever encountered while visiting various Subway restaurants. One employee pushed away the employee ringing up my order and bruskly ordered me to leave and never return. This, after throwing food into refill containers like she was handling dog food. She shouldn't be concerned about me returning because it won't happen!

I really haven’t been to a bad subway until me and my husband went here. The workers were just plain rude. One literally was complaining the whole time and even had the audacity to apologize if she sweats all over because they have no ac. Then she proceeded to make faces at our subs because she didn’t like what was on them. The sandwiches fell apart literally after being unwrapped. The only good employee we seen that day was the young boy and that was because he was silent and kept to himself. They boss eachother around and dont work as a team. They need to learn to greet customers too and not bombard them with “how many sandwiches” the second you walk into the door assuming I even want a sandwich. If you hate your job so bad then quit and find something you enjoy it’s not that hard literally everywhere is hiring. Will not be going back there ever.

HORRIBLE service and horrible people.he didn’t like what was on my sub so i was laughed at. didn’t even put mayo on it like i asked. went back in, they didn’t fix the issue at all and refused to refund me. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE. don’t reccomend!!!!!ALSO, the drive thru is never open. no signs or cones indicating they aren’t using it, they just don’t feel like working harder so they just ignore you til you come inside or leave.

My husband and I went in to get lunch. It was rush hour but for one lady in particular that was working was being very rude to her employee even when he was being polite and asking questions. As I used to work here and have worked in customer service this was very uncalled for in-front of customers and an employee should never get treated like that.

Long wait time.No one seemed to know how to make our wraps; however, the cashier who made mine was new, so understandable. We were asked by an older woman 4 times what we were getting.Proceeded to eat & a few bites in, my husband found a very long hair embedded into his sandwich. The older woman who had made his was aggravated & said she'd remake it, my husband politely declined & asked for a refund.Cashier was very polite & apologized saying that this was the third time today this situation had happened...I am in awe.

Ordered the buffalo chicken sub and they used regularly chicken (which is fine), but didn't put the hot sauce on until the end and then put it on the lettuce and not even the chicken. The other sub I ordered was fine. Slow service.

Do not order online. I took them 54 minutes to make a footlong with only tuna. They continued to take walk ins while ignoring my order. They also made two other orders, placed after mine, before mine. They were understaffed and that's fair, but if this is how they handle their online orders, I would advise never ordering online.

Daughter and I rolled up to drive through, sat there for a good ten minutes thinking they were just busy. When we finally pulled away without being served both ladies were just chilling at the counter with an empty store. Food is good but service is always poor.

There is a manager lady that is there that is always rude to the customers AND to her employees. I've seen it multiple times. Corporate should probably look into it because it's not appropriate the way that she acts. Some of the other workers are very sweet and enthusiastic about their job though. I appreciate those people. :)

Occasionally go to this Subway when we grocery shop in Antigo Wi. Always have fantastic service and sandwiches even though they seem understaffed. The man who takes our order with the USS Tarawa hat on knows what customer service is all about. He is always upbeat and friendly. Very rare in this day and age.

Can't say whether my experience was unusual for this location but, the food prep area was unkempt. Meat mixed in the wrong tubs, filthy/smudged glass and their waste chute was overflowing and ignored, rude sandwich artist and their toaster was clearly broken as my sandwich was still cold. I would highly recommend eating elsewhere.

Came in admittedly close to closing time last night, but not an unreasonable timeframe to make two sandwiches. Girl rolled her eyes multiple times throughout our exchange and when I asked for a second sandwich, and the older lady was rude and hurrying me while checking me out. Gave two stars because they sandwiches tasted fine, but that was just the worst service I had seen at Subway ever

worst subway I've ever been to. Worked there so I know first hand. The tuna isn't real. And when you unpackage the meats they smell like roadkill and have spots all over them. The toilets are cleaned with the same sponge the sinks are cleaned with. The employees don't respect customers at all. They even have mice living under the bain where they make your subs. Sanitation is obviously not an issue there. They don't follow the mask mandate and they make people come in when they are puking sick. I don't recommend coming in here unless you want to get food poisoning

I visited your restaurant this past Monday, Aug. 10. I was very disappointed in how you handled the Wisconsin Mandate for Covid-19. It was a busy time of day and almost no customers were wearing masks, except for myself. They were not practising social distancing, nor was there any organization of lining up to order. A guy was walking out when I approached the door and he continued to cough without a mask. Customers not wearing a mask should be refused service. A food establishment needs to take extra precautions.
