First time I ever heard of Shoe Sensation so also the first time I have ever been in one but definitely not the last!! I was looking for sandals and when I thought I found what I was looking for, they didn't have my size. The young lady working asked if she could assist me and I shared my dilemma. She offered to check if they were available and when they were, she placed an order for me to get them shipped to my house. Excellent customer service!! :)

My visit to Shoe Sensations in Antigo was the best experience I’ve had in a long time to try on shoes! Friendly staff, awesome customer service and great communication between Natasha and myself! She went above and beyond to help me find the best solution to my foot issues! I highly recommend this store!

Have been in a few times and had the same younger lady each time. Super nice, asked a couple times if I needed help. I'd give her a 5 star review. Last time I was in older lady, who I noticed on checkout was the manager, extremely rude. Never asked if I needed help. Was busy talking to a man at the cash the whole time I was there. Her demener got worse when I started taking the shoes out of the boxes. She said she would do it. I said its ok I don't mind. I got an angry "fine then!!". She definitely needs a course in customer service. The other younger lady, she has the personality for the manager position. This other one should find another career path that doesn't evolve talking to customers.

Did not expect to buy any shoes (when I was dragged along by my wife). Ended up buying two pairs and regretting not getting a third. Decent selection of quality brands. Friendly staff. Great prices!!

Pros: a lot of selection and decently pricedCons: The manager is not friendly and lacks customer service skills. He tried to accuse me of wearing a pair of shoes I was trying to return since there was a little dirt from my floor at home on the ball of the shoe. He was very rude about it and almost didn't let me return the shoes. The shoes weren't even bought from the store for 48 hours and only tried them on and had no signs of wear.I will not be purchasing any other shoes from this store

Firstly I am sooo thrilled to see such a wide selection of shoes in Antigo finally!! So far all my experiences have been exceptional. I purchased really snazzy work shoes for myself and cool shoes for my daughters!There was a mishap and I got overcharged for my own and didnt realize until I got home. I stopped back in a couple days later and they were so accommodating and refunded me the difference which I used to buy socks and an adorable Disney princess for my daughters.So happy to see a wonderful new business opening up in Antigo with friendly and caring staff!

Poor gentleman working the counter was embarrassed because their credit card machine wasn't working. I told him I understand and no big deal. Went and got cash came back and he said I was a ray of sunshine in his back pocket. Things happen beyond there control.
