Good store, has organic items to, our family likes that. Employees are nice, Except for the one short girl with the clubfoot she gossips with the other employees but is rude to the customers. We avoid her checkout lines at all costs

I no longer shop here.The customer service is non-existent. There are times when the only option is self checkout.Good luck finding advertised specials if you shop in the evening.The store shelves are partially empty and the greed in pricing obvious.The excuses used during the pandemic are no longer valid.Definitely time for a management change.Prices on non-sale items are obscene.I reluctantly take my money to Walmart

Typical Kroger store layout with some cramped isles and strangely located kiosks. While shopping, look out for employees driving home-shopping carts who apparently have unrestricted right-of-way. Somewhat confusing how premium cheese display and deli fit into store layout. Anyway, I couldn't use my dollar-off Kroger-provided coupon for Kerrygold Irish Cheddar which wasn't available in either cheese location.

I stopped going here for awhile due to the fact I could never get anyone to help me in the deli...I believe in second chances so I decided to go back and give it another chance...deli is still not available to help customers they talk more to each other then helping the customers I also went through the self check out and I realized later that night I had left my sherbet ice cream behind I went the next day and explained that I had forgot to take my item which was in a separate bag because I didn't want my bread and bagels in the same bag as ice cream...to make a long story short they asked me if I had my receipt really...like I'm going to try to scam a 4.49 cent tub of sherbet what happened to people taking others with there word...I don't need to scam a tub of sherbet...now 8m done at this store..treat your customers with a little more trust and kindness...

Self checkouts are horrible. Goes into error/assist often, no scanner. I should be able to scan everything in my cart and not bag it with no hassle. Internet showed you had Boars Head at the deli, but you don’t. Will not go here again. Too much hassle. Not worth it.

Always fun to come to pick and save. Huge selection on beer and sports and many other hard to find adult beveys. Also a huge selection of cheeses. The staff are also very helpful and cheerful

I ran in to get chicken. This time they had the chicken ready and I was able to run through pick up my food and get to the self check. I love self check. It’s so easy to scan, bag, pay and go. That being said, the last two times I went in, first no chicken then get to checkouts and this time and last time I’m waiting because self check means run your cart full of groceries up there and have the girl helping people check you out!!! If you don’t know how to do it go through the regular checkouts!! Man!!! Ten minutes later I’m still standing there waiting for her to run 3 stinking coupons. I’m done!! No more pic n save here in Antigo. Takes to long.

We do most of our shopping here, but recently some thing is wrong with monthly drawing and add 50 fuel points to your card. You are required to enter an ID no. which gets printed on your store receipt. The last 3 times we shopped there, no ID was printed on the receipt. I inquired at the service desk, "that had a wait time of 20 min, just waiting for some one to come. Then as she was waiting on a customer that had been there longer than me, an employee came and wanted to check out his lunch. So she ignored the first customer and waited on him. She had some issues with the transaction and had to be helped. ( I was told things like this can't be done at the service desk once). So when it was my turn to ask about the ID no., she was clueless, and had to ask some one else, who told her ID nos. were given to people at random. Is this a new thing or is there some thing wrong at our store?.

We were a little disappointed with our cake purchase yesterday. We called the cake order in a few days in advance, we were having a retirement party. When I got there to pick it up she was just finishing it up. It didn't look great, but it was fine. When we got the cake back to work and really looked at it we noticed she had spelt Retirement wrong. We could also see a spot where she wiped off one of the letters and started over. The worst part was when we called to tell them about it today, she said ok sorry about that. No offer of a $$$ off, no offer of gift card nothing! Very sad customer service.

Love shopping at Copps!! They have some great produce and their meat department is also pretty good. They now offer free fruit for your kiddos, I am very impressed with this. As some other reviews have stated, they are under going a revamp, but I think its all for the better. I would much rather go here than Wal-mart, but that is a whole other story. :)

I would give five stars if they didn't have so much expired food still on the shelf for sale! great store and sales. the wait is never long because they jump right to opening more cash registers if there are more than three people in line.

I went to the deli. Nobody came out. I knocked on the window and asked for help. The lady was very rude and said she was busy. They lost my business. Went across to Knick trip and got their chicken!! It’s better than pick and save!!!!

This store has been through multiple identities since being assimilated into the Pick'n'Save corporate structure, and the current is simply the worst. In the early 90's there were 4 serious competitors in the grocery business in Antigo. Then, County Market closed up shop and Copp's was acquired by Roundy's. Since then Walmart came to town and it's been a race to the bottom. The Antigo Pick'n'Save has clearly won this race to the bottom and residents of the area are paying the price, literally. As a former resident of the area and a former frequent customer of this store since the late 80's, my recommendation is to go to Lakeside Market or Butch's if you place any value on your time, your sanity, or a healthy small town (kinda) economy.The management of this store is reprehensible. Walking around the front end of the store while being oblivious of the 3 customers waiting in line for over 14 minutes just for the privilege of purchasing food is not good management. The checkers and baggers are more interested in discussing the latest drama in their 17 year old lives than earning the money they are getting paid to move paying customers through the store. That is more the fault of terrible management than their own. Clearly metrics like items scanned per minute and customers served per minute have no meaning at this store, I doubt they are even tracked, much less discussed.Again, who's running the show? Whose job is it to care about the customers? A rebranding with green shirts and catchy phrases on the cart corrals does not a good grocery store make.TLDR - if you want to feel valued as a customer go somewhere else. No one here cares in the least.

Waited by deli for service. Employee behind in back seen me about 20 times waiting for service. Would not come out to help went and said something to other meat employees said they would tell her. No matter when we shop here check out never has enough staff. It takes longer than Any other other grocery store I visit. Today's 30 min wait is the end of my shipping here. Guess Trigs Rhinelander and Wal Mart just got a new grocery customer.

Stopped to grab supper for the family, rotisserie chicken was good as expected. From he deli, The mashed potatoes taste like mushy plastic and the onion rings are basically crunchy funyuns, so over cooked there is no actual onion inside or they have sat there for 12 hours under a light idk. W.e, Tossed the potatoes and rings, Now Here I am cooking.

i save money shopping pick and save, i dont save money at walmart for grocery, but you gotta look at your recipe before leaving, 4 times now the sale wasn't taken off and had to go to costumer service to get the money that was own to me. and its great place to buy flowers from, they last a long time

I ordered 8 pounds of crab legs in advance to pick up several days later and I’m told it won’t be a problem it will be ready for me by 4pm.... I get here and nope nothing is ready and it’s almost 5pm... now I wait.... making me late. So disappointing. 😞

Lots of carts, pallets, etc in the aisles at 4pm on a weekday. Baggers could pick up the pace. Maintained well. Cart corrals had not been shoveled out. Now it's an ice mound.

Coops is currently undergoing a huge transfirmation. It was difficult to locate items and thete are lots of bare shelves. But as always the store personnel and bargains were well worth the trip!

3 12 packs of dew for 10$. They soaked me 5.69 a 12 pack. Didnt notice till i got home, pissed off think they'll drive all the way to my house to reimburse me.
