Although the brats are excellent, the smoked polish sausage is great and the fresh polish sausage on the grill is superb. I've bought meats here for many yrs and have always had very good service. I recommend them to everyone. 5 stars to the business

Are used to live in Townsend Wisconsin and when my husband passed away I moved to Oklahoma City. We used to buy the long logs of summer sausage from Peroutka’s in Antigo Wisconsin. One year we bought those sausage logs for every member of my family for Christmas. I sure could go for some of that now I wish I could order some have it sent to Indiana

This is excellent family smokehouse. They use their own recipes and yoy can tell. Outstanding flavor. Bacon is unbelievably good! Brats come in all flavors. Jalapeno & cheddar, Cajun, Mushroom & Swiss are family favorites. Lots of great products! Highly recommend.

I've always loved their potato sausage and met wurst. Numerous other items I've tried r very good too. Someone posted people behind counter r moody. I disagree with that totally. Always friendly I would say.

Always great service here. We love the custom smoked meat.... Chicken, snack sticks, brats........ What's not to love?Their venison sausage and sticks after deer season are there best. I won't take ours to anywhere else.

Wish I could give two ratings on this place. First thing to say is the products they sell are always 5 star. The owner sometimes passes thru and always says hello. What is always a hit and miss are the "moods" of the people behind the counter. That is almost always a one or two star rating and the only thing about the place that will leave a bad taste.

Best butcher shop ever. Their ham is second to none. Everyone who has ever had their hotdogs will tell you they are the best. Service is great. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
