I ordered the Fuel Keg kit from this location. I'm in the West Coast and it got to my house in 5 days over the holiday season. Super fast shipping time. No damage to the product with very nice packaging. Thanks guys!

We bought patio blocks and some weighted 26 pounds each. We had 64 blocks to load and not one person to help. I am 70 and my husband 71 had to load it by ourselves. Not a person to be found! And your pricing is bad, my husband had to climb up on a stack of blocks with his phone to get the code for the prices. Just lucky he didn’t fall or have the stack tip over. Shame on menards for such bad service!!

It was fun in Menards because of the Christmas decreations. Then we had to get what my sister and I came to get. The people were nice and friendly to be around. We had two great associates who were very helpful. There is always one fly in the ointment, and that person was from plumbing.

Rented a rug doctor, and it wasn’t functioning properly, the counter person, and manager, couldn’t get the latch figured out, then charged me extra for cleaning the unit, because it didn’t draw all the residue into the holding tank that I rinsed out before returning! I even asked for one that functioned properly, and she said that she already checked it in, I used 2 hours of my 24 hour rental time! They wouldn’t let me take it back to wipe it down! Bad place! Do not rent from them!!!

So something I need to know that nobody at Menards store can tell me. Why is it that no matter what Appliance you buy whether it is a refrigerator or a dishwasher or a washing machine or a dryer. why is it that they do not sell parts for any of the appliances that they sell... I mean I get it there are many different brands but there are also Universal parts that will work. I just don't get it. Maybe I'm just a frustrated homeowner that is tired of buying stuff that when it breaks you can't fix because nobody's got any parts

Of the 6 items I went into the store for 3 were out of stock and 1 was special order with fairly long delivery dates. Took about 10 minutes to find someone who worked in the plumbing department. Person who finally acknowledged my presence didn't have a clue what I was talking about.

Cashier forgot to ringing up one a $200+ item despite being asked twice. Drove back to store 55 minutes away to draw this to their attention. Spoke with assistant manager who was curt and spoke to me as if it was my problem. She didn't ask what she could do just took papers from my hand and processed transaction although found out 10 minutes later by a phone call from Menards it was processed incorrectly. People just don't take pride in their work and Menards seems to have an abundance of these employees.

Needed help with a product, employee from another department notified the department employee that I was waiting. She then checked in with me to tell me the associate was with another customer. After a short while she came back to give me the update. Then was able to help me anyway. I felt my patronage was important.

I made the mistake of providing my email address when I ordered a range. Due to delay , I thought it would be good to know about when shipping would be.But since that day, I receive lots of garbage emails .Obviously Menards sends out and sells or at least shares my info with other companies.my mistake ! Guess home depot will get my business in the future.

I had a typical Menard experience. I knew what I needed and it's location. There seemed to be enough personal today. I'm sure if I was looking for something particular I would've needed to find someone to assist me. In my experience dealing with several Menards store you need to find someone but they're knowledge enough to help you.

They had inventory, which was great. I drove to Antigo because Rhinelander didn't.BUT. I needed help loading slatwall. I had to go all the way to the order desk to get help. Not very physically able, but helpful. Fortunately I only needed 3 sheets and I took the top 3 which all were dinged cause handling 3 was about his limit.Only 2 registers open so I waited a while to check out. And was not asked if I needed help loading.Then after checkout the single customer service rep called on the radio when I asked for a helper to load it - and promptly went back to her phone. The poor lone ranger who showed up 10 minutes later (he had been chasing carts when I arrived to help) did a fine job, not that we're talking about anything difficult. He shone compared to everyone else though because he was friendly, helpful and able.I got what I needed. But the Rhinelander store is better staffed and better trained.

A very nice Menards location. Has everything a Menards hardware store usually carries, barring some exemptions carried by bigger stores. Has a reasonably nice lumber and masonry yard. Faculty is generally very friendly and helpful. I personally frequent this location several times per month.

Why everytime I call management, and it's always a woman (last time was 7:00pm Aug 1st. ) she acts like I should kneel in front of her and brg her for an answer. All it was is a simple question on tool rental. I'm gonna drive 30 miles out of my way so I don't give Antigo Menards any business. She's a B....tch

I have never had any issues or complaints with the Antigo Menards location. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help look for items if needed. Store is always clean and it's s are easily accessible.

Just had what I'd say is my worst experience in your store as far as customer service goes. The young man that helped me in flooring was very friendly, but every other employee I encountered was exactly the opposite. I asked where a certain item was and was pointed in the general direction with a vague idea where to go. The woman in check-out never even made eye contact. I asked her a question and she quietly answered with her back to me. Then stared at me while I loaded my cart with a crying baby in tow. She could've helped. On my way out I had to move my full cart over or run into an employee eating a snack who was coming in the door. On or off duty, if they're wearing the blue vest they need to show professionalism and courtesy at all times. Maybe a staff meeting is on order at the Antigo location...

Rip off of delivery charges! I had to pay $119 to get my fridge dellivered and had to pay $20 for them to take into the house!! Then I had to pay $20 for them to take the old one to the garage. Horrendous service. Home Depot delivers free with no issues. No more Menards for me EVER!!! Buyer Beware.

Staff are treated poorly by upper management so they show their dislike of their job, and they also can be quite rude to previous employers when they go there to shop. Store is constantly moving things around just to confuse customers and get more sales. Staff turnover rate very high here. Some good sales, restrooms are clean.

Bought a lawn mower, it beige in 10 feet, called in the morning to talk to someone about it, was told drain it and bring it back. When I got there was told since it was used we would have to take it to a shop at our own expense. I left and went to flirt farm and bought a new mower. I will not give one more penny to this store. They do not back their product. They basically stole $150 from me v go to fleet farm or home Depot over in Wausau. This place is a joke!

Done better than Rhinelander and Wausau on maintaining stock during Covid shortages. People are friendly and helpful. Usually the “give-away” food specials disappears same day, before noon, in Wausau and Rhinelander.... not here. They had a freezer of $2.32 per pack brats last for days, no one was hoarding?

We are adding a kitchen onto our house, so we spent alot of money and there is a wonderful employee named Darren, he has stayed over late and has loaded us up, this man knows what he's doing. Very good employee.

You think of all Menards stores to be equal but this one in Antigo stands out! It's exceptionally clean, organized, and friendly with helpful floor staff. Certainly a well managed Menards!

Menards is a great store and carries a wide variety of anything you could ever need for your house. as far as customer service, if you can't find it yourself, don't expect any help from their employees! they like to point you in a direction where the item might be or could be located, but who knows where it's really at or if they even carry it.

A staple of any good hardware store is the ability to make precision key copies of common commercial & residential door keys. The gold standard is to hand a key to a skilled salesperson and get keys cut that work while you shop or wait. Not the case at this menards. They have an automated key making machine buried deep in the back of the store that is difficult at best to use. You have to pay cash or credit at the machine, not when you actually check out up front. It has no ability to print you an actual paper receipt, only option is to have a receipt texted or emailed- so they can send you spam to your phone or computer in the future. As a busy property manager and business owner the last thing I need is another pain in the ass. No thanks. Took my shopping over to FLEET FARM instead. Although, sadly the key cutter there mentioned that they may be getting that awful machine soon as well.Hey, and what’s with the rat trap entrance ways at menards? Inconvenient and dangerous, much like targets delayed open emergency exits.

Ordered an air conditioner on the 14th. Said it would be at the store available for pickup the 25th,it was not there last week and still not there today when I called. Now I can't even track my order.
