Always a great place to shop. Close to home. Staff is very friendly. The store is clean. Shelves are neat and products are easy to find. Very y well kept. Prices are always great. And they always have some sort of deal available. Or clearance items.

This is a little store with very limited offering. However, you can certainly get the basics here. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Great little store. Their high prices is the only reason I hesitated between 4 stars and 5 stars, but their prices are made up for by the fact that they carry a lot of different type of Specialty Foods and specialty cheeses that you won't find at Walmart and their Deli has great hot and cold food, they have stuffed cabbage rolls 1 day a week that are the best I have ever had, better than home cooking. Also their lunch meats are a great brand and always fresh. Also the staff there is always nice and respectful and treat you like your family.

Decent place to shop, especially if you don't want to go across town to Walmart. Never had a bad experience until today. The older lady with glasses that works in the deli is extremely rude. Snapped at the customer in front of me and he walked out. And Instead of asking me "what can I get for you today" or how can i help you. She proceeded to tell me how stressed out she was because she was the only one working, and how the other employees never show up. Upon getting my food, rather than handing me my bags she just tossed it on top of the food case. Talk about unprofessional. I'll go elsewhere for deli stuff from now on so I don't have to deal with her.

Visited this store while visiting in Antigo. Stopped in to get 12 ears of corn for a bbq.Lady inside helped me find the corn, but also found me a bag to carry them in. She also opened another register, so I could check out. Great service.

One of the best Grocery Stores in the Area for getting some unique Items at Reasonable prices I pretty much stop there whenever I'm driving through there and pick up my Favorite items they have that you can't find at other stores

10/5/15'..230 p.m. .was just here buying groceries, everyone was super kind !!! I will pay the tiny bit higher prices for excellent service. Love the option of paper bags. As a person in a wheel chair this store is awesome. Ty for great customer service. Not sure who the male employee was who helped carry groceries huge kudos

Went in for a soda only Sentry has. Got a couple other items and when I got to the counter one of the items didn't ring up correctly. When a coworker offered to help my cashier she was rude and snapped at her coworker for offering her assistance. The other cashier seemed nice and immediately backed off upon being snapped at. I have worked in those kinds of situations and asked a different store if they will supply the soda they have there as I will not be going back unless absolutely necessary. People should not treat their coworkers like that.

What makes Gilberts sentry foods a great place to shop? What makes this a great grocery store are the employees going the extra mile to help customers, extra effort to help customers. I seen employees stocking empty shelfs, doing extra cleaning and sanitizing around the store, and helping in other departments.I had a very good experience and knowledge of ythe deli from Sharon It was a combination of those things that were amazing to see. Thank you for doing your best to keep us safe and happy and satisfied

Butch's may not be the cheapest place to shop in town but they are nice and close to my home and I can get in and out quick when I need something! That is worth more to me, I dislike shopping at those store where I need to spend more time waiting in line than I spent in the store shopping! Never leave us Butch's!

Went in to purchase a pint of tequilla to use in a recipe. They don't sell anything but large, expensive bottles, or shot size bottles. I asked if they had pints, and was told that I could buy several shot bottles at $1.99 each. Uh, NO!

I've recently purchased two items from this store that ended up being expired when I got home. In addition, there are very, very few organic/non GMO items and most of the produce is wrapped in plastic... Why?
