Usually dont have a problem bringing things to goodwill at all and usually they are pretty nice and helpful. 4/2/24 we brought 4 bags of clothes and there was a car in front of us that had a whole car full and the goodwill guy looked like he was trying to do the best he could to keep up, so me and my husband while patiently waiting decided to get the bags out while we wait and put them by the door to try to make it easier for him. He didnt say anything when i put them there but when my husband put the other bags by it he started accusing us of dumping. We tried to tell him we were not that while we were waiting we were trying to make it easier for him he kept yelling around about no dumping and the signs about no dumping (we saw the signs) and going on and on and how we had to wait (our only option was to wait there was a car behind and in front of us, we were not going anywhere even if we wanted to) so we got the bags and put them back in the bed of the truck and waited like he wanted. When the car in front of us pulled out he want to the side smiling and kinda shaking his head at us. We stopped got the bags out again and put them in the basket. I will say he did apologize and say he was sorry but by then my husband was mad at being yelled at and accused of "dumping" which he understood people do that but we have been bringing things to them for years and never ever dumped anything he tried to tell him we were just trying to help and everything and originally wanted a reciept but ended up leaving without one. We totally understand people can be crappy and just dump things but to get yelled at and accused of doing so without being able to defend ourselves without being talked over and accused over and over in front of other customers. We were not happy and also embarrassed to be talked to like that in front of other people. Im just glad my husband was with me since usually its just me and baby. I am the one who told my husband to leave the bags there to make it easier for the people, i have been doing that for years and usually get a thank you and stuff for trying to make things easier for them but from now on will make them come to the vehicle like they want. I understand people have bad days but grumpiness can be contagious.

Sometimes antigo goodwill has great treasures such as these chickens or other goodies. Other times it's like going to a horders garbage sale. However this location has been very exceptional with what they have and have become pretty well organized. You got to watch prices as well. They do tend to mark some things close to new retail. But overall it's worth a good look

I am from Wausau but on Friday, 10/20/23 around 7 pm I was evacuated from the building together with the rest of the clients. I 've had such of fun time and my cart was full. I couldn't purchase my items. I have to leave them there. Dee was very caring and helpful. She assured me that all my items will be safe and well keep it until Monday due to the distance I have to drive. Dee is the best! I am looking forward to go back on Monday to pick up my items.Goodwill is blessed to have such a kind person as Dee in its establishmentGod bless you always!!Many hugs,

This is by far the nicest Goodwill I have ever been to. not only is it clean, but it also has a lot of name brands that are reasonably priced and even brand new merchandise.

I love goodwill! Antigo location is smaller then some other goodwills but they’ll still have stuff you wanna buy. Bought a shirt that just blew me away with how cool it was. And prices are obviously affordable

SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY WITH FALSE ADVERTISING ON PRICES. WAS TOLD I WAS THE 2ND PERSON TODAY BRING ITEMS UP IN THE CLEARANCE RAKE, PAID FULL PRICE! THEY WOULDN'T MAKE IT RIGHT. I ASKED FOR A BAG TO CARRY MY ITEMS OUT, THEY INFORMED ME I COULD BUY A BAG BUT THEY NO LONGER SUPPLY BAGS.HORRIBLE SERVICE, SCAMMING MINDSET, AND EXTORTION! LETS PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS BECAUSE THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLY!CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RIGHT CLEARLY DOESNT APPLY TO THIS STORE. I WONT BE BACK AND IM RELATED TO 75% OF THE TOWN, BEST BELIEVE ILL BE MAKING PHONE CALLS AND POSTING THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIAS.

Goodwill in Antigo WI is ok. I think the prices are a little steep.Also, the cashier was very pushy, but friendly.I had my friends 8 year old daughter with me and she got scared because of 3 employees arguing over one being late. To me this is unacceptable.Other than that, this experience wasn't too bad.

I love shopping at this goodwill, great prices, and great workers. However out of the numerous times I've been there I see one employee who is incredibly rude to all of the other workers. I believe her name is Kristine.. From what I can tell I believe she is a manager. She scolds them and talks to them like they are stupid, in front of the customers. Now I understand it could be just a bad day but every time I see her she is like this. I would hate to work in an environment like this where she is hostile to everyone all the time.

Great finds here! Always able to find something in a half price tag. A bit more expensive than some Goodwills, but if you take the time to look, you won't be disappointed. Clean, brightly lit, high quality. Also easy to donate.

Everything was good but the have name brand stuff priced way to high. I didn't buy alot of cloths I liked because it wasn't worth the money. They need to understand that the stuff isn't in mint condition so don't price it to be....

Goodwill they are all about to same a big yard sale. Okay the mask thing they are over board, the bathroom is nasty so more germs in the bathroom then the air and the stuff you sell is used you think it's germ free

Very unorganized, clothes crammed so tight couldnt move anything. Overpriced! All shelves were too overloaded, waste of a trip. Extremely poor management. Smells like an old moldy musty basement in store. P.s.antigo stl and rtl " it was a**ie"

I like the stores that sell all the pants at the same price, all the glass wear at the same price, all the purses at the same price, etc, etc. This store, all the cute stuff is higher priced.
