We really like this little store. We always bring our UPS packages here to send back and always look at the cat toys they have, so we can spoil our cats. In the past we bought guinea pigs here and items for them. They have a great variety for all kinds of animals. The employees are very nice and always helpful.

My brother and I were trying to rush here after work today with this bad weather. Decided to call in and ask if it be possible for them to wait a couple mins cause we were coming up hill from Amery Family restaurant. Mike answered and I proceeded to ask him our question and inform him where we were. He asked what exactly we were looking for so he could have it available for us when we showed up. To come and find out that they had closed early and left @ 4 pm and that he stayed to finish up some work before he headed home, he deserves the nickname Mike “Da Awesomeness “. We greatly appreciate you sir and love coming and and spending our money and conversations with you folks!

I’ve been going there for years without any issues. But today my daughter and I had a new person check us out. She definitely showed my daughter how we don’t treat people. Never had anyone be so rude and talk down to me like I was bothering her.

Very friendly staff! Large inventory, with quality brands. The company is all about the customer, no matter what location you're at. Also countryside co-operative is dog friendly!! Take your dog in to the store for socializing! The staff is very informative about products. I'm very thankful for this company!

Tried 4/5 times to patronage this store, 1 good experience vs 3or 4 poor ones. Price & rude employees makes me steer off.... They do offer a store for desperate shoppers in quick need of product.

My dog gives it four paws... 🐾🐾. He loved coming in to check out everything and all the "loving" from the girls. We try to stop at least once on our visits from Colorado. :) We get our treats here. It's nice to be able to get good food and treats for my dog close by.

I lowered my 5 star review from 2 years ago down to 3 stars. Me and my dogs still absolutely love it here because of the selection and the unique items and a few of the staff are very friendly with a smile on.REASON for star change...About 6 months ago i had this experience...I have a dog with special needs and was buying single packs of a specific item. I asked about ordering a case because it is the only thing i can use for distributing medication to my dog which she needs 3 times a day for the rest of her life. I told them my story so they knew why I needed cases. When i went to pick up the case that came in 2 weeks later, the price was hiked up to twice the amount of which they would have costed in a single piece. When i asked why i was being overcharged. She said, "The wrong price has been on them, this is the actual price so i returned the case, and found that I am able to purchase 2.5 cases on Amazon with a subscription, for the price i was being charged unexpectedly for 1 case.

The cashiers and deli girls here are the best. They always have smiles on their faces, actually make an effort to make you feel right at home. They go out of their way to help you no matter how busy they may be at the time and the Pizza's that they make are the best in town(Amery, WI) and definitely the best prices. Worth the trip you got to take to pick up your lunch or dinner.

We purchased a pair of Much boots from here for my daughter. When we got them home and she went to try them on they were full of seed, nuts and mouse poop. The insides had been chewed as well. We brought them back and the staff told us they would be in the next week. When the check out lady showed this to her manager, she just stated that they would put new liners in and it would be fine. Ummm.. gross. We stopped in to get them and not one person knew what was happening going on, but maybe they were on back order. Really. Way to take care of your customers.

Countryside Cooperative's Country Store in Amery is a great place to get all of your farm, pets, bird, work clothes, bait, and other country living type items. The staff, especially Scott, Bobbi, and Yvette, are very friendly and helpful and will help assist you with all your needs. Large feed orders can also be placed and delivered here. They also have a nice variety of pellet grills. The bait shop is a great recent addition and they also sell beer and wine!
