Have most things there. My only complaint is the useless hours. Most people work Monday through Friday, and off Saturday and Sunday. Saturday they close early and Sunday they are closed. I believe they are pushing people away.

I used to frequent this place quiet frequently, as it’s the closest hardware store to home (even though also the priciest, but convenience counts for something) and have always found the staff friendly and knowledgeable (save for the older woman) I’m not sure whom she is as far as the store goes, owner perhaps?, but she has always had a habit of following me around the store as though I’m a thief, and this last time was the final straw not only was she down right rude to my wife child and I she is rude to other staff members within the store, I thankfully can take my business else where, and will going forward, I feel for the staff whom are treated as incompetent and inferior when just trying to do there job as well as provide a pleasant experience for the customers that come into the store. If I could divide stars individually I would give the store itself a 3.5 due to higher prices but being close to home has its benefits, the staff minus the woman mentioned earlier i would give a solid 4 as they are always helpful and friendly. And the woman mentioned earlier a negative 4.5 and would perhaps go lower seeing as I now find myself driving north to the ace hardware in kingsford or home depot in iron mountain or south past this location to wausaukee to the lumber company (really is sad isn’t it how one bad apple can ruin a location) when you add the three numbers up and average them you end up with a 1 so that’s the number of stars I will give them and will not be returning until she retires or moves on (voluntarily or otherwise) as I will drive further for service when I’m also able to find a better price it’s a bonus. I hope whomever owns this place sees this and takes notice as I know for a fact there are other people in the area that avoid this place due to her (some have actually gotten to know her schedule/ vehicle and just don’t shop there when they know she’s in others like me avoid the place all together)
