I stopped in about a week ago to grab some lunch. After looking over the hot food selection I noticed that there wasn't any egg rolls out. I asked one one of the employees if they were out. This employee was not sure but another employee over heard me asking. They said that they were pretty sure that they were out. Then another employee come out from in back and said that might be some on the truck that was still unloading. Long story short, that employee went and found the egg rolls from the truck and made some. I was in and out in about 15 mins.

Stopped in at 11:15 pm for a pizza. A lady,named Tara, whom i later realized And learned that she is the 3rd shift manager, was eating honey barbecue, and garlic parmesean wings and an iced coffee. Along with jack links beef n cheese stick snacks under a machine as you go into the kitchen. She had her black rubber gloves on while eating. I watched her go through the door, put her food down and go into the cooler, never once changing her gloves OR washing her hands. And proceed to handle food to package,process or whatever was going to happen. CROSS CONTAMINATION I think corporate needs to step in here. For i was smart n took pictures

Overnight Manager did not change gloves after eating her food before handling food for public. Cross contamination is disgusting

I usually love stopping in new Kwik Trips but when I left this one I was in a significantly worse mood than when I entered. The staff was short with me and overall just did not seem to care and did nothing to hide their dislike of me. I wasn't even asked if I wanted a bag and my stuff was bagged anyways. I was also given a receipt that I also didn't want. I felt extremely unwelcome and rushed from the store. I will not be coming here again unless it's the last kwik trip in eau claire. Terrible experience.

Great place. Clean. Offers a large variation of grocery and snack items, most of which are at a reasonable price. Eggs, milk and butter keep you coming back. Their Karuba Gold coffee is good enough to give competition to Starbucks and Caribou Coffee. Overall recommended.

Love Kwik Trip as a store franchise however this location could use some customer service training. I was here a few months ago and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me. I understand it's a busy store but someone should be dedicated to the front counter at all times. If they can't do that it would be nice if there was a bell or something that you could announce your presence with.That alone would not prompt a review from me but on my second visit to this location on Friday evening I encountered the same issue. I entered the store and an employee was near the front counter measuring temps on soups I believe. I stood there for a few minutes waiting for help assuming her only duty was to attend to the food. When no one came I asked her if someone was working up there. Her response was to roll her eyes and begrudgingly help me. I understand how busy they are and all it would have taken from her was a, "I'll be right with you!" and I would have gladly waited. Not impressed with the attitude.

I go here often, but I'm rethinking that after my recent experience. I know the job market is tough right now, but how do you let your employees talk down to customers and roll their eyes over really simple questions? Lisa needs some serious corrective training for customer service.

Poorly managed. Always out of windshield fluid at the pumps due to "third party vendor" not coming out. Really, an employee can't fill them in the mean time. Bathrooms not clean and the store itself seems disorganized and unmanaged.

I am used to the kwik stars in dubuque, but damn, this one is a lot bigger than the ones i am used to. nice selection, roomy and done up nicely. good food for a quick snack or meal on the road, and nicely priced too. I would recommend going here if you are in the area, Kwik Trip and Kwik Star (same company) do seem to be a good brand

Nice convenience store. Good prices on a wider selection of groceries than other similar stores have. This location price matches the Woodman's station across the street, giving it the lowest gas prices in the Eau Claire area.

Always fast service and good place to get a few groceries and some very good sandwiches. They also have a good selection of bakery items. Most have a car wash in addition to gas pumps. This one has a car wash.

In regards to their car wash it’s a 0. Their bug/salt buster only does half of your car.... I purchased the most expensive wash so I am unsure how you get the other half of your car washed? Repurchase and drive in backwards?Also #2 vacuum DOES NOT WORK. They will not refund you if you use it but refuse to put up a sign...

Horrible customer service. Lady was rude when I told her I didn’t want something because the taste was bad. She tossed the money at me when finishing the transaction. Beyond upset with the service here at this kwik trip. Unacceptable, will never be going back to this one.

Large Kwik Trip store. They've gone a long way to make all the Kwik Trip stores more of a corner store than just a gas station. They've brought in fresh meat and even carry organic milk!

It is nice to know what to expect. Great bread, banana, and hot dog prices. Coffee is alright and fresh but it aint Starbucks.

Great store, beer sales til midnight, usually price match gas with neighboring Woodmans (which is typically 5 cents cheaper than area avg), friendly staff, good variety of items.

This is my favorite Kwik Trip. Everyone is so nice. Great selection of food, snacks, super coffee area. Love the carwash.
