The ladies are very accommodating at this location. We were able to drop our pet off early do to other obligations. They did not have a problem with this and actually encouraged it. if it's your first time using their service. They like to spend time with your pet to get comfortable with them before they start grooming them. That's very comforting to know they care that much about pets. And they did a wonderful job bathing and Grooming are pet. Will definitely be going back again.

They did a great job with both of our dogs! They both smelled great and their nails were perfect length! The ladies were both super nice and it was like they both treated them as their own dogs! I will definitely be reffering people to them. Very laid back and good hearted women! Lovee this pet salon! Keep up the good work you two!! ❤

Best grooming done for my pets. I love the way they treat my pets as if they were family. So patient and loving with all the pets they work with. This has been our pets groomer for 20years and every pet has loved the grooming and attention they have received.

So beyond dissatisfied. Went to drop my dog off at 10am and she said my dog wouldn’t be done until 3pm. I asked why and she stated the other groomer no call no showed. If that’s the case why wouldn’t you call me and have me drop my dog off later? Gave them the benefit of the doubt and left my dog there. Had no call by 3pm so I called Vicki and had no response. Called again and she said my dog has been ready. If my dogs already sitting in that place for 5 hours you probably should call and tell me my dogs ready!!!! TONS of dogs barking and running loose around that place. Absolutely disgusting. My dog smelled like urine when I picked her up as well. Very very very upset. I told Vicki when I dropped my dog off that my dog is anxious and gets very nervous around other animals. Extremely disappointed and would never bring my dog there again under any circumstance.

I stopped In to see about getting my dog groomed. The smell of cigarettes was so bad I couldnt hardly breathe. By the time she told me the price I couldnt take it anymore and had to leave. I would never subject my pet to that. It was nasty!!!!

Sheila and Vicky have always been good with my Peanut. This was his last trip to the salon and they treated him with the same respect and love is always have. In fact I think a little more than normal

These ladies truly love your pet. I brought my dog in last minute, they made time for him. When I picked him up he was gorgeous!! Best ladies ever!!! Family now!!
