Let me redeem myself A&W you are 5 stars all the way! You always greet us right away with a smile. Our food always comes out fresh and hot! The take out line is never backed up. You have impeccable service and I highly recommend your restaurant to anyone that needs a good place to eat! Thank you for your hospitality and great service to the community and our visitors from out of town.Parking: There is plenty of parking and you can stop and get gas if you want.Kid-friendliness: My kids love this spot.

Stopped in around 11am. Clean establishment with fast and friendly service. Cheeseburger with fries cheap and good. Tried their cheese curds and not bad at all for fast food. Rootbeer was the best!Thank you!

Fast food options in Kewanee & Algoma is extremely limited so I was excited for a place to go for my family. The food is always good, staff in the drive thru are always nice & inside booths are clean. The speed of service is always slow. We always have to wait for long periods of time. In the summer after taking the dogs to the lake, we always get some ice cream for them after & it is a very refreshing treat for them, they love their little dishes, thank you.

They were busy when we arrived on a Friday night. Staff worked well together and got our order out to us. Pleasant staff, clean tables and prep area, and food was cooked well and delicious.Parking: Shared space with Mobil. Plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: Burgers and chicken fingers.

Watched a young lady make a mediocre tik tok while it took forever for our three things to get made even though we were the only people there. Absolutely horrible staff at least the teenagers and I would have gone back and said something about the shitly thrown together conny dogs but there a teenager and they wouldn't even take it in if it came from their manager.

Stopped in to order take out about 1pm July 23, the mangers were so rude to two young men they were training. So loud and disrespectful to the two young men whom were Teenagers; that as a customer I was uncomfortable. I would have canceled my order if it not for my hungry travelers and no other options for the rest of our drive. One of the young men asked if he could use the restroom and the manager growled and said yes for 5 seconds. REALLY.. get it together A&W.. its 2022, !!

There's some green space to sit near while you eat. If you have a pet AND cleanup it's useful too.Vegetarian options: A mushroom burger...good on them!!!!

Yes the food but nothing fast about it! Been waiting in line for 30 minutes. And the vehicle in front of me just left the line. I also wish there was something not cook in oil on the menu!! It's also very expensive!!

Root beer excellent just like when I was a teenager, the papa burger and cheese curds were very good. One of the few fast foods in Algoma Wisconsin.

We went through the drive-thru and let them know that we placed an order online and she told us to drive around to the front we have never been here before so we didn't know. I would rather spend my money at Culver's or Burger King. The food is expensive and very very greasy. All four of us had a stomach ache after eating there. 😢😢

The manager is always yelling at the workers whenever we come like please shut up. Very uncomfortable for us "valued" customers. Very disappointed. Never coming back. Feel bad for the workers.

A&W is ok, I went there my first time and I noticed the wait is kinda long, and they messed up someones order which is kinda normal in restaurants that are busy but this is a fast food restaurant. The food was phenomenal plain and simple. The main reason I give Algoma's A&W a two star is because as I was eating I heard a teenage worker say the F word. Highly unacceptable. There were little children present. Overall yeah, a two star.

Man oh man awesome food little pricey but worth every penny. Only knock was the lady giving out the food very negative attitude but other than that perfection. Sorry A&W you lost a star for depressed CSR

Good food but had to wait for someone to take my order they were not up at the front counter had to wait for them after I yelled for help then someone came to take my order.

Waited almost 45 minutes for drive thru. Said accident in kitchen after we waited that long. Sister ssitting. Center of van. Asked twice if I wanted ice cream for DOG. Won't go back
