Start checking your receipts people! Last three times I have been over charged for items and or items I never received. Unfortunately I forgot to check receipts until I got home which is almost half hour away. Not anymore. Will be doing it at register or the parking lot. Today I was charged for a coke that I didn't even buy plus I paid regular price on cereal that was supposed to be on sale. I love this store but if they can't get it together, I will not stop there anymore. I know I am just one customer, they won't care but I am sure I am not the only one getting charged wrong.

My daughter with "special needs" began a job there stocking shelves, but there was NO REAL TRAINING!!! The main cashier would report to manager if she asked too many questions (she was brand new). After 3 shifts of working there, my daughter did not want to return and QUIT. Good luck DG getting and retaining staff!!

Ok except prices are high on food items and the self check I am not a fan of. If one has to check themselves out one should be given a discout.

Most disorganized Dollar General I have ever been in. There is no rhyme or reason to the layout and it makes it very difficult to find things and navigate throughout the store. Very disappointed in the overall appearance but hey the price is right since its a cheap store and they do offer a large variety of options. Also the staff was friendly and engaged with the customers so i decided to give them a 3 star rating. Without the staff it would be a 2.

They have a problem with selling beer. Most days you can't buy it because an under age employee is working the register. No wine for me. The store is well stocked and great associates. Friendly and helpful all the time. Needs an outside trash can.

A great place to go when you need to pick up a few things...from greeting cards to ice cream to toilet paper...A bit of everything here. I'm glad to have it in town. And the tellers are very helpful and pleasant to deal with!

Poor decisions or training of the check out person. Despite my suggestion she placed 12 cans of food in one small plastic bag, she would have attempted to put more in if they would have been available, needless to say the bag never made it all the way to the car. She then placed soap and car air fresheners in with the bread even though I asked her not to. This happens each and every time she is working the register and because there's only one lane open so we are stuck dealing with her

I have not had a bad experience at this store. Staff is friendly enough. They always have a fully stocked store with many many items.

It was very cluttered there was stuff in the aisle and you could hardly get around I had my grandson with me and I was having him hang on to the cart so it was very diffacault for us to move around glad I wasn't in a wheel chair would have never made it

amazing is great for this small village and for proplr who don't want to go all the way out to monroe and go to wal-mart sure you dont have produce year round but you can just go to parrfrection produce when its open and i go here often with my grandma to get some items

This has been a great alternative to the larger stores during Covid-19. A bit more expensive than other places, but other places are 20 minutes away.

Dollar general definitely wins the battle of el cheapo..dollar tree is a toss up and family dollar is a joke..Dollar General is where its at..its like a mini walmart with slightly better prices..
