I love our local PetSmart. We are looking at adding a conure or a few budgies to our family and the lady who helped us was wonderful. Now we have to decide.....Update: we bought 3 budgies. PetSmart called to see how they were doing. I appreciate that. Birds are doing great. We really enjoy them.

Beautiful store & very clean. The guy at the register was super nice & helpful, but the blonde headed employee was super rude while we were trying to fit our small furbaby with a new harness and outfit.

I take my dog to Trina to get him groomed. He is very anxious and crazy pibble I am so happy Trina takes the time with him and treats him with love and respect. She always tells me he is a good boy and did very well! He is always happy when I come to get him and is getting excited to see his Trina. He gets many of the treats I leave for him. I will always come here. Keep up the good work PetSmart Groomers! It took me a while to be okay with taking him anywhere but all the girls are so sweet! I am never unsatisfied with his grooming!

I hate that I have to even give 1 star! For a place that “specializes” in pets their groomers are morons and have NO love for dogs! Trina, the supposed manager of the salon, was extremely rude from the moment we dropped our Samoyed off! She worked all day she says only to return a half groomed dog with FOUR BLOODY paws! All the nails were cut through to the quick! DO NOT take your pet there! When I called I was immediately told; we’ll pay for your vet bills! This place needs to be shut down!

I’d like to award a special prize for a complete lack of empathy to the store manager. Here is the situation: my wife booked the groomer for our 2 Yorkshire as we do every month for the last 4 years, but this time, we mentioned to the groomer that the elder (13 years old) is tired and slow because we recently discovered her a brain tumor, and that it would likely be her last grooming. The groomer proposed to come back on Sunday because at that time she could take care of here in one short slot of 90 min, instead of a 4-hour time slot during the week. Done deal! However, 15 minutes later the manager called arguing that “…we cannot take any risk, blablabla… so do not bring your dog Sunday”. Thank you, that was very kind of you and it help us to overcome our sorrow.

Many of the employees care and give good advice here. We have gotten a betta from here as well as did an adoption of a special needs hamster. Both doing well. I like their aquatic plants supply because they are sold in dry containers so less chance of snails or diseases. Good selection of cat food but I do wish they would carry our grass based cat litter, which we have to order online. I would give them 5 stars but they need to stop selling inferior tiny housing for bettas and hamsters and really clearly educate people on the need for larger tank sizes for both of those creatures. Also, need bigger wheels for their Syrian hamsters.

We love Pet Smart in Grafton for grooming. The staff is so friendly and treat Mazie and me so well. Affordable, easy to book an appt (even day of) and just great! Recommend!

This location specifically is a must to go to.. the workers are alert and ready to serve you. The grooming department is amazing and great with your pet. This is a location I frequent often from trimming. To shopping. Next will be bath. Haircut and deshed treatment. I'll review the service when I get it done on my fur baby. So stay tuned.

I've came in to this store a few times and there's one employee who always stands out to me - Cassie. She always uses greetings and is willing to help. She is friendly, patient, and always has a smile on. Thanks for having her apart of your team and thanks for your service, Cassie!

These damn brush their teeth but it’s useless because I had to take her to the vet. They professionally have it cleaner and the vet said they don’t think her teeth are over touched

Went in close to closing time to grab a few things for my larger fish tank. Saw a betta on the bottom of a container gasping. I wanted to purchase him and attempt to rehabilitate him at home but was told by the manager they would never sell a sick animal. I explained the fish was not sick, I would not hold them liable, and that he needed a bigger tank with heat and air. She told me he had air (a small hole in the lid) and was sick. I explained again that he would likely be fine but needed more room — bettas need at least 5 gallons, a filter, a good diet, and a heater. She insisted I was wrong and they do not need that.She also emphasized to me what great care they take of their fish and said they would treat him before ever selling him. I pointed out to her that there were several dead fish on the same display.Other than that, I was not acknowledged by the staff (I assume because it was close to close and they didn’t want to be there). I will not return. The staff is clearly not educated on the animals nor do they care and are rude and dismissive.

This store deserves -10 honestly. The guy with the keys I hope isn't any type of manager because he was the most laziest unhelpfullest person in the store. Went 2-9-2023 about 11ish and couldn't get helpful service to save my life...After the lazy guy was called to help with the dog tags and he acted like I was burden I had the cash register guy just refund my $350.... I'll spend my hard earned money where employees are helpful and happy to have a job. Horrible groomers & horrible service... I will never spend my money here ever again!!!

The Grafton location is great! Everyone is very friendly and always willing to help. I’ve never had any issues here. We love our stylist El’ana in the salon she always makes our pup look great!

During these strange and infuriate times, after checking all local shops, I took a trip to petsmart, the closest store with available dog crate/kennels.The service, product availability, and overall experience was exceptional. The extended drive was worth the time.The price was more competitive (lower)than other similar stores , the selection was greater, and staff was pleasant and helpful.Would recommend.

Just bought some hermit crabs and met the nicest employee i’ve ever met at a pet store. She was gentle with them and had some general knowledge about them. If you’re ever shopping there ask for Una! I’m glad I went there

It's a huge Pet Supply store with a grooming shop inside. People are super friendly and will help you find good products but they don't carry a lot of raw diet or upper scale items for dogs. Some things seem to always sell quickly so inventory doesn't always match online and in store numbers. Ask for help! Most of the employees will gladly tell you how to get what you need or want! That keeps me coming back for certain items only they carry!

PetSmart is a wonderful store in my opinion. Though it is certainly required by company policy to greet customers and to assist them should any questions or concerns come up, it never feels forced to me. Generally speaking, by comparison to other stores, not just pet stores, the employees have always provided stellar customer service and seem to genuinely care.Personally, there have never been any issues when it came to having stock of an item I am in need of. They have a good selection of toys and amenities for both dogs and cats. I cannot speak of other animals as I only have dogs and cats so that is where my attention is drawn. They have great selection on foods as well.

I had mixed feelings about writing a review. Except the first time I brought my dog there when he was very small, they always complain about him ! And God knows what they do to him there because since the second time he went there he acts insane! I brought him once for haircut, they said they weren't able to do it. Yesterday they accepted to do it after a lot of complaints and saying "i will have to charge you extra because I am not doing it for free" ! Of course I paid for the service, she charged me 20$ extra plus I gave tip. Totally unprofessional! Never going back!!

I went to PetSmart to pick up items for the 2 kittens I was getting. Walking in I received a very friendly 'Good Morning'. I found what I needed and at check out I asked if someone would load it my car, which they did. All the employees were very friendly, the store was very clean and organized. I would highly recommend this store.

I normally always had good experiences. But this time I ordered online as I have done in the past, actually it was my daughter and she used her credit card I was there to pick it up nothing ever crossed over from their online to their store even though I had an order confirmation number, it took me over a half an hour to get it resolved in the store which wasn't really a resolution , then I still had to call the bank because PetSmart said they did not charge my daughter's checking account but they ended up doing it, if my bank wouldn't have called me back to let me know she would have been out money. I had to end up calling the store again telling them my story and now she has to sit there and watch for her card to be credited and I had to pay for it out of my account. Very frustrating.

The associate, Jess, was wonderful from the moment I walked into the fish area. She helped me understand my fish and the quality of life they would have dependent on my care for them. I left feeling excited about the knowledge and shared immediately with my family at home. Came back a couple hours later and Jess helped my family find what we needed.

This is a nice store. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. The store was clean. The animals seem to be kept very well. Only downfall is the price of some things, or a lot actually. They could be a little more reasonable. But overall, I'll be a returning customer!♥️

This location is absolutely amazing. The employees are all super nice and always willing to answer questions. They're usually always stocked and if you go in and something is missing, it'll be there within a few days. RECOMMEND!!
