The staff here are amazing! We had such an amazing experience. I was so nervous to try another boarding facility due to a really bad experience at a another facility. Asher was so happy, calm, clean and looked like he had a blast. We loved being able to see pictures of him while we were gone a long with the daily report card updates from staff. Our grooming experience here was amazing as well. We had asked that he was groomed with a nail trim before pickup. He was so shinny, silky, and smelled amazing. Started taking our shy rescue doodle here about a year ago. She is now so much less skittish and more happy and social. She loves going here and the staff is so positive, upbeat, and really treat her as an individual. We tried our first hoteling experience with her for three nights recently and she did just great; didn't really seem that interested in coming home with us! They send cute report cards every day, often with pictures of her looking very happy. Recommend very highly!

I boarded my dog here for 2 nights and it was awesome! They sent a daily report card that had pictures, a summary of what she did and let me know if she ate. She looked so happy! There was an option for daycare or one-on-one play time and we went with the latter. We will definitely be back!

Very sad experience. I dropped my dog (he’s been there before, not the happiest but it worked) , they took him in the back , and brought him back in about one minute , I heard them screaming really loud in the back and recorded that , then they came out with my dog (he was acting so weird) saying they cannot keep him because he tried to bite them (he’s a really small breed) . Needless to say that I was going on a trip in 1 hour so I needed to figure out what to do to him. After giving them a call telling them I actually recorded their screaming, they offered to take him back , obviously I didn’t bring him back anymore. Thank you big times, contacted my attorney about the whole situation with the screaming and we are going to pursue this. I paid deposit, that’s not going to be returned either

My friend recommended Charming Paws in Grafton as they use the West Bend location for day care and love it. I have taken my terrier to Charming Paws several times for a complete grooming and just recently for a nail trim. The staff are personable, professional, and so great with the dogs. I am so happy we found them.

The managers Courtney and Hannah are amazing. The other ladies are wonderful as well. And every time I see the owner she knows who my dog is! They treat our dog like their own. Our dog jumps in the car to go in the morning and they are always happy to see her. We wouldn’t take her anywhere else. Thanks ladies.

Our Dog Steve is over the moon with the love and attention he receives at Charming Paws! We have left him there for as a long as week with never a care or concern, he is treated like family and comes home clean, happy and tuckered from all the fun and play. Absolutely love the care and attention that is given to our dog when he attends puppy camp and has his puppy sleepovers. The detailed report cards are so helpful and also love the accompanying photo of our precious pup. Would highly recommend.

I have been taking Flash there for boarding the last 2 years! He likes it so much that he can’t get into their front door fast enough!! I love that he can play with other dogs supervised and the private rooms are amazing! The price is right and I like that you only get charged every 24hrs and you don’t get charged the full day if you pick up earlier that day. Also open for pick up on holidays! Only used for grooming and was very very unimpressed. I have 3 dogs all went in the same day. I asked for a deshed on 2 of them, which was not done, they are husky’s so believe me I can tell then they are desheded they looks so much thinner! I asked for them to cut their tails into the Pom Pom style, they did not do that. She didn’t cut any of my dogs nails which is supposed to be included and I requested it to be done. They didn’t even smell good when I got them and they weren’t even close to being drying. I could have done a way better job at home. I am not an overly picky person, but paying $200 to just wash my dogs, not really dry no nails nor deshedding is insane. It also smelled in the shop like a ferret cage. Over all a tad lazy team here, I would not recommend for your fur babies.

Charming Paws came through for my 8 m.o. puppy and me in a major pinch while I was on vacation! My puppy got sick and needed to be isolated from other dogs. I called several boarders/vets to no avail. Charming Paws not only said "absolutely" but they also provided transportation! Ashley was top notch and I highly recommend Charming Paws. I am grateful to such a fantastic business that allowed me to continue on with my vacation with peace of mind.

My best friend takes her dogs here everyday and I recently applied. I was given a tour and I can’t believe how CRAZY CLEAN AND GOOD IT SMELLS in there for being full of dogs all day! The rooms they keep the dogs in aren’t like regular kennels but actual rooms w/ dog sized beds in them! Staff was really nice and kept close watch on dogs. I can’t wait to work here!

I bring my 5 month old Rottweiler puppy Raven to daycare as OFTEN as I can. As soon as we pull into the parking lot she knows where she is and her little trail starts wagging. She’s very shy but as soon as she sees the girls that work there, she is SO happy. Savaniah, Courtney, Alex and Sadie make you feel so welcome. They truly treat her like she’s their puppy and it makes me feel great knowing she’s in great hands when I’m working!

The people at Charming Paws in Grafton are always happy to see my dog in the morning, they let me know how he does during the day, and he is completely exhausted when we get home. He seems genuinely happy to go to visit this place, so it is a great option for people like me who feel guilty for their long work days.
