Bonnie, at the service desk, was so so helpful and friendly. She got me in on an emergency (flat tire). She did this even though Blains 800 number said they scheduled an emergency appt but that didn’t show up in their system. I’ll be back here! Got 4 Cooper tires at buy 3 get one free!

The staff is incredible!! They are always happy to help. I would shop here just for the customer service but the products are wonderful, too! I buy many of my dog, horse, and guinea pig supplies here. They have the best candy including some of the timeless candies that are hard to find. They have a great selection of cowgirl boots and clothes. It is just the best!

Went to buy pullets and they had some. Full service farm supply store, Poultry supplies especially suited for backyard chickens. Various small gardening and farm utensils such as shovels, rakes, picks, manure forks, etc. Equine supplies. Plenty of household goods included kitchen cookware and small appliances. Work clothing, steel-toed boots, sturdy gloves etc. Not a fashion clothing store.

So glad they put one in Grafton. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I particularly like the Tire and Auto Service Center. Very good prices on both parts and labor. If I need something done that they do, this is always my first choice.

This store is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I grew up near the Waukesha location and visited it frequently. Now that we moved a little further north I am happy there is a location in our area again.

My first experience at the Grafton Blain's Farm and Fleet was very pleasant on Black Friday. The stores associates were all happy to help me locate sum items. The store itself was very clean and neat. I'll be making more visits in the future. If you haven't checked this store out. I recommend that you do.

Blain's is a fantastic store for any DIY'er, but this review is primarily to give credit to Laura, who could write a book on excellent customer service. Along with Karen, they went out of their way to help me with a purchase problem... and then to help me find a product that was showing up online but not on the shelf it was supposed to be. I'd go out of my way anytime to give them my business. Thanks!! I'll be back!

Very friendly help. Checkout gal was very helpful. Got me a different electric cart when the battery on the one I had was going out. Then, after checking me out, came out to car to help with packages & brought the cart back.

I would rate this store -10 if it were an available selection. They lie and promise discounts to get your profile information. Never go to Farm and Fleet unless you want to be ripped off.Update:I called the number and they could not help me in any way. Again you lie.

Very nice place staff helpful and friendly! Will go there often!Update 01/4/24* I visited the auto service department. The staff there deserves 5 stars. They could have done service I didn't need. Brought it to my attention. But the best thing is they found a problem I didn't know I had!!! Fixed it at a very reasonable price! I hope management see this post!!😀

We took our Town and Country minivan here for the first time because the steering wheel was shaking at higher speeds. Jonah, the mechanic was very helpful when narrowing down the issue and I'm glad that we listened to his suggestion. With the help of his technician, he was able to get our van back on the road in a timely fashion and driving like new again. Thank you Blaine's for the excellent service! We will definitely be coming back!

So far so good! This is a very new store. I have ordered a number of products online and they are always ready in short order to come and get through the drive through. We have gone into the store and it is well organized and well stocked. Returns process is good, and the price and selection for a large variety of items is very good. Most recently we got a maple syrup tapping kit there and the product quality was excellent.

Great experience. Stopped for my order during a blizzard. Pick up is always fast and easy. Realized there was a problem with my car. The staff got me set up promptly with automotive to fix it. Realizing I still had to drive to the UP, the service manager got me in and out fast. The place is very neat and orderly and the staff friendly and helpful.

Great store in the downtown district of Grafton. I went in to inquire about corporate contacts and the staff was more than willing to help. I spoke at length with an employee at the Customer Service desk and she was engaging, courteous and friendly.
