There was a lady with brown hair working that was extremely rude during Checkout because the ebt didn't work correctly and she had to rescan the items. I was polite to her until the very end when she scoffed when I told her to have a good day.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. For one this dollar general is the most horrendous one I've been too. The manager and workers are absolutely terrible- which I do not know how they are still in business for the service they offer. I would rather go to Mauston than this one.Also a worker took a photo of someone who was sick and posted it? Gosh, that's against any company policy. There are rights to customer and workers privacy that do not need to be sharedAt least ask permission or mind your own business. If you care about your human rights you would not shop here. :)

Has everything I need. It is a great place for a small town store. Really comes in handy for certain things. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is neat and clean. You can't ask for much more out of a Dollar General. I used to live in Milwaukee and the Dollar Generals in Milwaukee where is shambles compared to this location and the staff does not even compare remotely to the quality of the people at this location. So I highly recommend stopping in this Family Dollar. Thanks everybody!

They are a decent store. Fairly friendly. The lines do get long at times and even though there's more than 1 person working, the 2nd person typically wont jump on their register to help check out.

Managers are lazy, they won't answer phones, nor do they scan in FedEx packages so you can get them, had packages on hold for a week waiting at store..asked about them they say there not there FedEx says they were dropped there!!!!

While it has many great deals, it's often physically difficult to shop here even with just yourself and a basket because of all the stock carts and boxes blocking off aisles and narrowing paths. Trying to squeeze through with a cart, wheelchair, motorized scooter, or stroller proves to be an even greater challenge. If not for the clutter and filth, this store could probably be great. As well as that, the staff is slow and often makes you wait for them to stop texting before service is given. Products on shelves may be expired so you always have to check what you buy, as they dont check their stock as all other stores do.

Decent selection. But in slight disarray. Some of the staff are very pleasant while others seem a bit more standoffish. They have all of the basics though and that's what counts.

Watch your cashierss. Items show sales prices but ring up reg price. Seems to be therecway to do business. Only ons employee insidr. Other 2 out side smoking so ii was 6 in linee. Family dollar isnt that way.

I am sad that the owner of this store would require their employees to work without working toilets...I KNOW WE HAD A STORM BUT THE MINUTE YOUR FAITHFUL EMPLOYEES ARE SACRIFICED FOR YOUR GAIN IS WHEN YOU LOSE.CLOSE THE DOORS UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLIED WITH HEALTH LAWS.SHAME ON YOU...Nice people, but the stock was low, and seemed to be everywhere but the shelves. Isles were blocked with stuff everywhere. I think they're under staffed. Wholes where stock should be. My second time experiencing this at the friendship store. Recent visits.

I have had 2 really bad experiences in the particular store. The first was when an employee took a picture of my truck. She pushed the door open. Pointed her phone at my truck. The flash went off. When I could Adam's county police departmen . They couldnt find nothing in her phone imagine that. Then today I go into the store. Not even there 5 mins. The red head manager comes yelling at me. That I cant be In the store. Because one of her employees have a restraining order on me. And I knew about it. Sorry if I knew. I wouldnt go in there. So I get to my car. Call the sheriff department and clerk of court. To no surprise no such restraining order. Employees lies about customer 2 times. Manget listens to her without checking it out. What kind if store is that. Employees make stuff up and embarrass an customers.

Just moved up towards adams. Maybe bad timing or that the other store is doing a remodel, but dollar general is now my go to store rather than family dollar. Staff there has been very friendly and helpful when I have had questions even about things in the new town.

Isles were cluttered and looked like they hadn't been mopped or swept in forever. Shelves were disorganized it was hard to find the scent I wanted in the candles. He didn't even ask me for I'd and I bought alcohol

Store is small, but has a good variety to choose from. Sometimes it is obvious they have staffing problems. ( boxes in the isles) Seems better after they remodeled the front half of the store recently.

A large department store closed in Adams a couple years ago. This Dollar Store is taking a big brunt do to this and COVID19. Stock is consistently low.

The store is always in disarray, dirty. I like shopping there for the lower price but may stop due to very slow service and the poor management of items and cleanliness.

I love Dollar General, the prices are fair, plus every Saturday if you spend $25 you get $5 off. All so get their app you can get bunch of coupons on there as well.

Closes at 9pm but lock the doors at 8:45pm..... if you need anything after 8:45pm this is not the place to go at all..... needed dog food and they were supposed to be open till 9pm got there at 8:45pm and the doors were locked

Was just at the store, cashier was talking on the phone while checking out people I thought this is a customer service business. She should not have been on the phone while dealing with customers very rude and disrespectful in my opinion.
