For being the only grocery in the area, this place is CLEAN. Good meat. Good produce. Good bakery. This town is lucky because I have seen grocery stores in similar rural areas that are absolutely disgusting. The prices are a little high, but that's probably expected for the area.

As I watched the elder gentleman cashier put my lettuce on top of my raw hamburger, I ask him not to do it he says to me with the most disgusted look and more attitude than my 15 yr old that. He has never heard of such a thing all his life. Cool maybe teach cashiers about cross contamination and what can occur from it.

Very expensive but if you need things for dinner you don't want to have to drive 40 miles to Walmart. So you go were its convenient.

Even though this is the only large grocery store in our county, I still like shopping here. I like that they have delivery, in case I need something and can't get out that day. The staff are always courteous, friendly and helpful. They just started a savers program where we'd get cash back just for shopping there. I rarely shop anywhere else unless they don't have what I'm looking for.

I recently visited this store and encountered an issue with payment. Despite my $100 bill passing the counterfeit detection pen test, it was declined with the reason being "many problems." However, the staff couldn't specify what those problems were. I'm unsure if the issue stemmed from a lack of training, protocol, or something else, but the process was certainly disorganized and left me feeling unsettled.Store is handicap accessible, good variety, lots of parking in the lot.

Be prepared to pay high prices ! Chicken prices are double what you would find at Walmart or any other grocery store! Need some competition ! Prices are 30% higher than any other food chain for other items

Our grocery store help use to be so fun, helpful and welcoming. Since the new take over the new staff are very rude to customers and I hear them talking amongst one another complaining often. Everyone has issues at their job but don't show your customers!

Love their bakery. Bakery & Deli always very helpful, friendly & takes the time to check for items in back for me, when I've looked for something I couldn't find. Produce is a little pricey compared to other stores (ex: green peppers) otherwise, 5 stars. I shop here a few times a week when I'm in town. Good variety of items. Always friendly staff. Thanks!

This is the only grocery store in a 20-mile radius, so I'm glad we have it. That being said, they cater to weekenders more than locals, so food is often expiring in one day. Produce is hit or miss... sometimes fresh but not often. Have to make sure to check expiration dates and have had to return moldy or rancid food more than once.

The employees are wonderful here but the prices are getting insane here.....ie...cole slaw dressing 2-3$ higher + Miracle Whip that's almost $8 !!! The bakery case never should have left

Being our only local market it's adequate. It's recently changed ownership. There have been many changes. The prices have gone up not only due to new owners add in inflation and it has almost certainly put itself out of reach for many of our residents. The staff used to be more friendly and helpful they've experienced much turnover affecting their lack of service quality . Visitors and tourists will not be affected by any of these. They're accustomed to paying higher prices when on vacation. It's a small town grocery store with all that entails. Tuesday is senior day.

I have gotten ice cream from here many times but after today I will never step foot in that place. The girl behind the counter was rude and disrespectful. There is no consistency in the serving sizes and when I have said something about it all I got were excuses. That place has gotten more expensive and the customer service Is a joke!!

Since new ownership there is no reason or incentive to shop at this overpriced small town grocery store. Im assuming they have jacked the prices way up to take advantage of the customers that get food stamps. You can drive 30 miles in either direction to shop at other grocery stores and still save money even with the price of gas these days. I hope their employees are smart enough to start looking for employment elsewhere, this store won't be in business for long at this rate. What a joke! You should be ashamed of taking advantage of the people in this town that are on state aid. Will never step a foot in that store again. If I desperately need something, I will go to one of the other local stores if in a pinch. Good riddance!

Chicken strips so hard they are now somewhere on 13. I ate the sides and stopped at dells mc Donald's. You had one shot at me eating there when I drive through. I swear a month later I still see the chicken strips on the side of the road.

Unfortunately I have to change my review. Since new owners have taken over prices have gone way up and there is no more rewards program for customers. No points towards holiday ham/turkeys. I realize prices have gone up everywhere but not like this. Went to buy cod today and all they have is IMPORTED fish! Most of it from China. Do we no longer have fishermen on this country, that we have to buy our fish from China and other countries? Sorry not me, I'll drive the extra miles and shop elsewhere.Produce is not the best quality and way over priced. Bakery is awesome! Meats are pretty good, a little pricey. Deli is ok. They have a great rewards program and pretty good sales.

My husband stopped here on Sunday evening. And the employees were following him around like he was going to steal something then the employees told him that he has to go cuz there were closing. If I could I would not have given them any stars.

Very well organized grocery store. Staff is friendly and helpful. Can find everything you need, plus some. Large variety of to select from. My highlight is....we come here to camp every summer. This is the only place I have found chocolate coconut cake doughnuts. They bring back memories of being a kid. Because we don't have a doughnut shop near us anymore. Doughnuts are amazing and a large variety of flavors also.

The only reason I go there ....is if I need something REALLY BAD,OR QUIK. This is NOT a good store. Prices are horrendous, and quality is awful. Your Lucky if you find any good produce too.

Customer service seems to have improved, but I personally prefer the people checking me out and now that you put self service lanes in, the regular checkout lanes have gotten busier and longer lines. Doesn't make sense, you didn't lower prices to justify the customer ringing in their own groceries. If anything, offer the self check out customers a discount for doing all the work themselves. Need to watch the fruit and vegetables, they have started looking worse, they dont last 2 days without going bad.

This grocery store is exceptionally clean, and usually fully stocked with everything that I need. It is nice that we have a grocery store in this area that I can count on. They’re fresh out of the oven Italian bread made in house is delicious if you catch it on the right day.

I used to think very highly of the store and the staff. Slowly during the past five years I’m sad to say things are slipping. It seems they don’t care anymore. Specially with the parking lot. I mean do they not realize it causes extra wear and tear on our tires not to mention the things our tires pick up. Would’ve given four stars but, your lot cost me $280.... You also don’t label deli food correctly, and I got sick. Also your customer service desk is right at the front of the store, what happened to being greeted. There’s always at least three ladies by register one and two as well as customer service counter just standing around like a bunch of cackling hens. So of course I’m a little sarcastic when I say hi ladies welcome to County market. And they roll their eyes.

$8.00+ for a bag of grapes is a little to much. Over all cost of products is a bit elevated. No competition other than kwik trip to bring their prices down. Some staff very cheerful and eager to help others not so much. Management not real friendly. Store very organized and clean.

Great small town grocery store, meat department has good variety & quality cuts. Nice deli and bakery, good selection in liquor department. The ready made food is good and the run good sales, pick up a weekly flier on your way in. It's worth it to get a A-F County Market store card

They have all the basic grocery items you need, and all of it for great prices! There is a red box there as well, in case you ever want to rent a movie. The staff there is always so friendly, and all their stuff in the deli (Lunchmeat and salads) are also fresh from the kitchen and taste delicious!P.S: Make sure to join their rewards system, you can use the points you get to get things like free strawberries or soda.

Good place, I saw a bad review of produce and meats. I have never gotten deli meats, but their butcher cuts are always good, much better than the grocery stores at home (milwaukee)Good people, good service, and you can use your points for gas which is always cool.but like any other isolated grocery shop for sales if that's important.

For being a grocery store in the country, they are very well stocked and diverse. They keep a clean store with very friendly helpful service. What I love is when a line forms and gets to more than a couple of people, the open a new check out line. The produce could be a little fresher, but I've noticed that it has gotten better and they are getting more diverse produce.

A-F County Market always has a good selection. I am not sure I like the new self checkouts. I really like a person to check me out. There are still enough checkouts manned so I still go. There meat deli always has a great selection or sale. Watch the sales and get a rewards point card. It is really worth it. I get something free almost every week! 😉

This store is more of a convenience for the locals, the produce section is terrible, the food is going bad if not already. The meat and bakery is usually pretty good, however. The workers are also fairly pleasant and helpful. Would be 3, but staff is kind so 4 stars.
