Chicken had a couple of chunks of tough pieces in it. I accidentally selected the wrong toy for my daughter with her kids meal and employee. Let me exchange it for the correct toy which was very nice. They have a really clean area and employees are out cleaning it often. Friendly employees. They have a play area that's very spacious and nice.

I ordered 2 qrtr lbs burgers. I asked for extra ketchup, reg onion and no mustard. I don’t get McDonalds? If I ask for normal pickles and ketchup and reg onion, I would get one pickle, I drop if ketchup and two onions straws. If I order extra on Ketchup, extra Pickle, and normal onio: I get tomato soup all over my burger to the pint where it is running off the bun and it is soaked. There is a handful of pickle on my burger and a handful of onion in my burger(s). I had a buy June get one coupon. With that, I three them away and was out 4.74 tax. It was completely gross. And I am well out of the town and down the road and it isn’t like I can talk to the mgr about the gross burgers. And actually show u how gross this is. I don’t want to order it and then ask for a ton of ketchup packets and get 2 packets of ketchup when I get the burgers to go. What a waste of money and completely disappointing

This one has improved. Quick service. Good, hot food. It looks like they have been able to get more staffing.Parking: Lots of spots!Kid-friendliness: Plenty for the kids to do.

I always enjoy my two cheeseburgers and fries here! No complaints with staff here. It's connected to a gas station, which is another great reason to stop here! It's convenient and a good 1/2 way point to get out and stretch on our way to Mercer! If you have a pup I'd say there is enough area to put your dog on a leash and go to the bathroom.

This McDonalds in particular always seems to have a line at the drive through. I'd say at least 1 out of every 3 times I go there I have to "pull ahead to number 1 or 2" and wait for my food or beverage but it's not a long wait. Usually it's less than 5 minutes. The staff is always bright eyed and bushy tailed, friendly and courteous.

ABBOTSFORD MCDONALDS is a real dive shack the fryer OIL needs to be changed consistently which makes for better FRIES THIS CHEAPO franchise don't do. Bring your own ketchup squirt cause you will pay extra for over 2 packs..The cheeseburger patties are flatter and tougher then a aldis steak yuckkk. The employees are overwhelmed.. Go to Hardees down the road all you fast food hounds.. catch ya down THE road... have a great summer...

Manager Misty was screaming at everyone in this darn place. Feel bad for her coworkers honestly. took 20 minutes for a darn fry and drink. But Dane was a G. drive thru girl looked to be in the clouds high and scared. it’s okay my food wasn’t terrible. fire manager and dane needs a raise.

Took awhile to get the iced coffee I ordered, but it was good so I guess I'll give back one more star than I would have. :) With it being connected to a gas station and off the highway, there were only 2 stalls in the women's bathroom. There was a line of 5 people at least in front of the bathroom when we arrived.

I went in as they were close to closing and got something really simple as in 10 McNuggets and a medium fry. When I was given my fries they were stone cold. Very unacceptable. I work in fast food and you are not done helping customers until closing time. Have some more respect for your customers.

For a franchise that prides itself on efficiency, it's dumbfounding that it took an abnormal amount of time to complete my order for 1 adult, past lunch hour, with only 2 cars ahead of me. Food is fine, but it's a problem of the staff being trained or under-supported that causes this location to be 'slow'.

Three visits and every time I ask for well done/crispy fries they can't figure out that means cook them longer. Other than that they only other problem I ever had was about 20 minutes before closing, couldn't get coffee, or tea, or specially drinks because they had "already broken them down"
