"Heaven" who works here, is kind, decent, hard working and efficient. The store is almost always clean and they are constantly restocking items cause they are very popular and always running out. Great place to get storage boxes locally.

The store itself is never organized. U can never get to the stuff you came for. When there are sales you almost always get jipped on it. Today they had a 70% off of a $10 item. Plus and additional 50% off of that. And it came to $3.00 for that item I said did the additional 50% come off they said yes. Did the math and looked over my receipt when I got home and I never got the additional 50% off and I even brought it to there attention! This has been a common issue since they opened. And it's the only dollar general I've ever seen this bad. I wouldn't recommend Owens. And some of the people working there have dry attitudes. They need to get it together. 😑

The staff is very kind. However the store is so messy. Kinda of difficult to locate what we need. The prices are good, we can find good deals. They just need to let the establishment more neat.

I am very disappointed with the new store in Abbotsford, There is always garbage in the Isles or carts blocking what you need. Very unorganized. They employee's are helpful when asked where to locate something. But getting to it is another thing. Although it may not be all their fault as I suppose it is hard to find help and the shortage of products. But I would of thought that someone would of set that store up much better being as it is new. It's as dumpy as the Family Dollar in Colby. I wish they had some guidance I actually dread going in there for that reason. Someone please help them get organized. Thanks
