We brought my puppy here when we had her spayed, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They have also taken such great care of my sweet kitty while he’s been sick, and I truly cannot give them enough praises. Everyone is so accommodating and willing to help. I’m always so nervous when it comes to my fur babies not feeling well, but everyone is so great about keeping me updated every step of the way and making sure I’m comfortable with everything they’re doing whether it’s a quick checkup or a serious procedure. So thankful for the whole team at Williamstown Animal Hospital!

We absolutely love the vets and vet techs here. They take the time to explain things with you and work with you on pricing. They are very compassionate and caring. I would recommend this vet clinic 100%. Remmy appreciates you guys and all the work you do to help her. Thank you for all that you guys do. My husband and I moved here with our two cats so we didn’t have a vet but one of my cats had a medical emergency and they were the fourth ones I called by the time someone finally asked what was happening and they were willing to take him in as a medical emergency. Unfortunately we had to make a quality of life decision for him and we left with an empty kennel. Everyone was so kind and I couldn’t appreciate everything they did for us more, even just seeing us despite what I could imagine was a busy schedule. I’m truly thankful for them helping my boy cross the rainbow bridge peacefully ❤️

Took my pet guinea pig in for a check-up and to have an x-ray to see if he had a bladder stone, which he did unfortunately. But the staff and vet were so so friendly and treated our beloved guinea pig with nothing but the best care. Can be hard to find vets who are guinea pig savvy! So I most definitely will be back & am happy I found a good place for my piglets to go. Would recommend to anyone with small animals!❤️❤️❤️Keep up the great work!

Where do I begin...Lost and had absolutely no one to turn to,what a terror when it concerns our fur babies. Until the angels at Williamstown Animal Hospital answered the phone.Pure comfort and open arms Whattt? One place in the whole Mid-Ohio Valley..Folks I tell ya my elderly girl ShihTzu was in urgent need and these skilled,kind, wonderful Angels seen her within a couple hours.I can't sing any higher praises of the outstanding compassion my baby received..As the Angels rushed away our girl..RIP Gigi..And a tearful heart felt Thank you to the professional staff at WAH ♥️

Everyone there that I have dealt with has been awesome. They care about all the furrbabies, and treat them like family. They are informative and compassionate. Joey was so relaxed that he took a nap while there.

We have been with them for almost 5 years now. I really enjoy bring my cats here. They are so caring and knowledgeable. This is a picture of one of my cats napping while we waited for the staff to come in. He was totally relaxed.

My dog had surgery. Incision was twice as long as it should have been. No call to check on my dog. Had to ask to see vet after surgery at follow up! Never had a vet that did not speak to you for questions! Will not go back.

Staff really care about your pets. They helped us out in an emergency situation, saved our dog, when no other vet would. It's an hour drive but I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr Zimmer takes her time and listens to all of our concerns, she's the best!

Everyone was very kind. They took care of Our Fury Baby Sissy Sue like she was their own. This made me feel wonderful and it also, calmed down Sissy too. I’m very happy with Sissy’s new vet. She is kind and cares very much for animals. I will be taking her back next month to get blood work done for the testing of her flea medication Revolution or the generic name Revolt to make sure she has no heart worms and if she’s good to go(which she should be) then I’ll get her her 6 month supply. Then she should be good to go for awhile.

We had a very thorough annual exam for our two senior Boston terriers, Maggie and Rabbi. At my request we did bloodwork, thyroid test, urinalysis and fecal analysis. Rabbi had a fatty liver bump aspirated and was just fat and Maggie had a stomach x-ray ruling out kidney stones, but revealing arthritis in her hips. Both dogs had elevated ALT levels indicating we are giving them too much crumbled burger on top of their kibble so we switched to a scrambled egg. Maggie has a UTI and is on antibiotics. Dr Essing did a great job examining our spoiled pups. I highly recommend Williamstown animal hospital for Fido’s veterinary care.

Couldn’t be happier with the service here. We’ve been coming here for 5+ years mostly to Dr Essig but now Dr Zimmer has been seeing our dogs more. We have been nothing but grateful for them. The service is always fast and friendly, they take such good care of our dogs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet for their fur babies.

Dr. Essig and her staff are an amazing team. We are so grateful for their quick response to our Gabe when he became very ill. He’s still with us today because of their love and care through surgery and his continued recovery. They have been our fur baby doctors for almost 20 years and we trust them entirely with their health care. They are always willing to go the extra mile for our pets and we are so very grateful for them!

He has had vaccinations there a number of times. Has not been I'll. Very reassuring there are such good doctors in close proximity and we can get in quickly if necessary. Also, can board him there if I should be I'll or need to travel. Very competent caring staff as well.

Ashley, Abby, Courtney and the rest of the staff are always so willing to help. It is obvious they love and care for animals and have exceptional attitudes! I'm never worried I'm going to call and talk with someone that is cranky. Dr. Essig always takes the time to talk, and even call, about my pets' visits. She takes the time to answer any questions I have. She has patience, love for animals, and never makes you feel as though she is rushed. She is knowledgeable and takes the time to do research if needed. My experiences are always top of the line. Wait times are sometimes a little long, but I believe this is due to covid-19 precautions. Well worth the wait!
