I adore this place! We’ve gotten 3 different breeds of geckos here and they’re all doing perfectly. Came well fed and healthy! Not shoved into tiny containers for the travel. My gargoyle came with a large Tupperware that gave her some space to move while we drove home. Always reliable, will definitely but another gecko when the time is right.

I love Sky High Geckos & Exotics !!! The owner is very knowledgeable on all animals and she shows love and great care to every creature in her store.. she’s super kind and it’s always a great vibe every time I’ve been in there. If any of you guys are looking for a local pet store for supplies OR critters, her store is the place to go! If she doesn’t have what you’re looking for, she most likely can get it.10/10, I recommend going Sky High!

Sky High Geckos and Exotics has consistently sold me quality reptiles! This is my go to place. The only time I go somewhere else is if she is out of the product I need and I can’t afford to wait. There is a certain price you have to pay for quality. Many people are used to big chain pet store prices (you know the ones), but those prices are so low because their quality sucks. Sky High is on par—and sometimes even cheaper— with other small businesses. 10/10 will ship here again.

Disappointment doesn't cover how I feel right now. My husband and I visited this shop yesterday and bought our nephew a beautiful betta fish, a little tank for him, food, and decorations. He was so excited when we got home! We get the fish transferred correctly and he feeds his new buddy. Normally when you transfer a Betta, they don't eat right away. This one was literally starving! My sister-in-law is extremely educated when it comes to Bettas, and she noticed instantly that this fish is sick...he has velvet. So, this owner sold us a fish that is sick, near death and a tank she knew was too small for a Betta to survive in. The Betta is almost dead now. He will float at the top for a bit, occasionally try to keep himself alive by trying to swim, and go back to floating. Now, we have to explain to a three year old that his new fishy that he loves so much is dying. I do not recommend buying anything from here. We wasted $30 and now I have a nephew that is so upset.

Customer Service was great. Very friendly environment I was able to get my Dragon food and if I needed advice she was happy to help if she could. I’m so happy that we have a place to go for our pets. Thank you for being there.
