20230914 Getting sleepy and still have several hours to drive, and another hour to Starbucks. Decided to stop here to get some sweet tea. The ladies' restroom is ok, not yoo dirty, but can be cleaner. The young lady working at the counter was busy, so I helped myself with a cup and then found out there is no more sweet tea. When she appeared behind the counter, she helped me with a smile. Great customer service.

Everyone there was amazingly sweet and kind to my family and I we’re traveling from Newport News VA to St.Louis MO and we stopped their for a food break and had an unforgettable experience my son lost his first tooth and everyone was so kind about it they gave him something to put it in and they even shared their excitement with him as well I appreciated them all so much for it definitely a memorable moment❤️our food was also nice and fresh and the establishment was very nice and clean it was a great environment all together I hope to stop there again when I come back just to experience service like that again.

When my brother and I wanted a coffee after we had left The Greenbriar and were en route to Charleston, we stopped at this McDonald's.Since it was a Sunday morning, it was quiet and not busy. This place is standard and clean. I have never seen such a tall outdoor McDonald's sign as the one at this location. It seemed to be at least 150 feet tall.

This is the McDonald's in Suffolk on College Drive. Good, Service, and parking is plentiful. Set was very good also.Parking: Parking is plentiful.Kid-friendliness: McDonald's is Always kid friendly

Doors are locked at 1 in the afternoon, so I go through drive through.Voice comes on says just a minute. Nobody in the line btw. I wait and I wait!Finally take my order. I'm told to pull to second window. I pull around and there's a lady standing at the window. Not in a car. They are handing her stuff out window. So I wait another 3 or 4 minutes.This place is awful!!I understand being short staffed. But people could do better if they actually cared about customer service!!! I mean there paying them a decent wage now. And they still could care less about there customers!!!!Hartsrun WV owners y'all really need to clean house!!

I had placed on order via the app with several modifications to what toppings usually come standard. It was done perfectly and as I was picking up inside I could hear and see two employees talking it through. The man asked if that was all of that order & named over exactly what was labeled on each stating I want to make sure it's correct because we want happy customers! The female I saw doubled checking what she put in each bag carefully AND included ketchup AND napkins! Honestly most places now you have to ASK for ketchup & more that 2 napkins so I was highly impressed here. It was a larger, $50+ to go order and I appreciate their efforts to make sure I had everything since it was another 40 minute drive home to my family. Kudos! Also, the restaurant looked immaculately clean while several families there was enjoying their dinner!

Unfortunately they were a bit understaffed, the mens bathroom had an overflowing trashcan, a clogged single toilet, and urine all around the urinal floor. The lobby was very busy as it was lunch time, but both teas were out, no napkins, and it was very messy. Again, if they just had a few more staff members that were assigned to bathrooms and lobby, that could be easily taken care of. For how busy it was though, the food was fresh and made very quickly. You can tell that this stores main goal is to get food out as quick as possible. They achieved that, but are lacking in other areas.

Seriously and serially the absolute slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day - if you go drive through, you will likely be sitting for 20+ minutes. No idea what's going on but it's bad.

We stopped in to get dinner while we were traveling back home. The drinks were fine, the fries were fresh, as we had to wait for over five minutes to get our food. When we got them, the chicken nuggets were stale, and my wife's chicken sandwich was not cooked like it should have been. My wife did eat a bit of it, and it made her sick, so she tossed it out the window on I-64.

Prices aren't as great as they used to be . I use the mobile. App w/ the deals or points , saves me a lot considering I have to have a Mocha Frappe daily lol I love the curb side service of pre ordering and not even having to get out of my ride to inside or wait thru the drive thru line !

I find it difficult to give a McDonald's a 4 star rating but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised today. When I pulled in, the line for the drive thru was wrapped around the building but surprisingly it moved right along and before I knew it I was back on the road. All three staff members that I interacted with were excellent. Friendly, professional, and efficient. The food was McDonald's... so nothing special but everything was made properly and nothing was missing! Well except for the ketchup that I had asked for, it was missing. Which made me remember my favorite Joe Pesci line from Lethal Weapon 2... And I laughed and laughed.
