Good luck getting your prescriptions. There's a pretty good chance you're going to be waiting a few days, assuming you get them at all. I can't even count the number of times my prescriptions have been "misplaced", or lost all together.My mother is undergoing cancer treatment, and can't even get her prescriptions sent out for delivery on a timely basis. They basically have a "You'll get it when you get it" attitude. This whole store is a clownshow.

I believe the lovely lady who helped me over the phone todays name was Beth. I called in absolute tears over some prescriptions that my provider had told me they did not have any refills on and they are not letting me schedule an appointment at the moment. Not only did she confirm that I did in fact have refills, she also help me calm down and reassured me that if ever happens again to give them a call and it will be taken care of.

Horrible experience at the pharmacy today. Was stopping by to get an Adderall prescription for a recent attempt to work on my adhd alongside my therapist and doctor. I understand there's a shortage at the moment, but when I asked about a waitlist or any more information I was met with extremely pointed and condescending questions about if this was my local pharmacy or not. It was. She mentioned that my last stop was in 2021 and the dosage was different and said "you know that right?" Implying that maybe I was lying or I guess trying to resell it. Yes it is different that was the last time I was prescribed this and I explained I'm trying a lower dosage this time around. (She forgot to mention my stop just a few week ago for some antibiotics) I left in shock and feeling like I don't belong here. I'll never come back here again. The local pharmacy across the street is much nicer.

Conflicting accounts of when my medicine is ready. Lady on phone said 15 minutes. Husband drove 20 min and found it would be another 45 min. He could not find the lady who told him 15 min.Today my prescription was sent in approx 9:45 am. It is now 4:10 pm. Still not done.Sorry, Walgreens, I have to go elsewhere. Since you bought out RiteAid, service has gone from bad to worse.

Let me just say this... this is not the team at the new Wlgeeens fault... this is Walgreens corporate system at fault.I was with the Rite Aid before this turned into a Walgreens with my severe allergy and asthma prescriptions for a year getting my prescriptions filled every 30 days for that year. The minute they transferred to Walgreens which I was assured my medication would transfer over and I wouldn’t have to do anything has been a complete and utter mess. Every time I call in a new prescription that I haven’t had the new Walgreens fill it’s a dang run around to even find the records and they keep pulling up old record from other states I’ve lived in and of course those prescriptions can’t get filled anymore. You try to call the local pharmacy and it send you to a call center in some other state who has no idea where your prescription records are. I’m just trying to fill my medicines so I can breathe. Imagine being a cancer patient with this going on or an older person who doesn’t understand what’s happening and trying to fill their prescriptions. You all are messing with people’s lives. Some of us can’t wait for you to figure out where are medicines and records are that you misplaced during the transfer. I can’t go 2 days without my meds without having an asthma attack. Horrible service. I just want to talk to a person in the pharmacy that is actually the pharmacy I’m calling. I have a right to talk to my pharmacist who actually physically touches my meds and went to school for this job and not some person in a call center with no idea what this medication is for.This is ridiculous and the third time this has happened since its become a Walgreens.Again, this low star is not for the pharmacy and the store itself which I understand are just as frustrated as I and I talked to the store manager and they are aware of the issue and are trying to contact someone in their corporate offices to fix the issue and hopefully my complaint ticket will get something done. At least send out your community a letter letting them know and understand what’s going on. I’m a young person and found this hard imagine and older person who doesn’t understand technology. It’s a nightmare.

Horrible service if in need of your medication fast if you can wait 24 hours you may be okay! This store just opened not long ago and this is the third bad experience I've had already. I'm switching all of our medicine to another pharmacy!

Trying to call the pharmacist is a joke. I was on hold for 15 min & it continuously said 1 caller ahead of me. I call backb explain that I just waited 15 min she says she will get someone for me. It has now been 5 min & low & behold, 1 caller ahead of me....

Beware getting meds here. They just tried to charge me 3 times what my script should have cost. Had to call my Dr and get them to send another script to the near by walmart.
