We’d been wanting a new chain link fence and called Valley Fencing, Tim called us, set up appointment and gave us the estimate which was reasonable. We called to let him know we accepted and in 5 days we had a beautiful new fence. The crew who installed the fence, Pound, Paully and Mr. Otto, (I can’t remember his first name) were super friendly and conscientious. Kept us updated and ask our input on specific items like the height above ground did we want the fence, gate openings etc. From start to finish was truly a pleasant experience. We chose the Black Coat Chainlink with Silver Poles which Tim suggested and it really popped for us.Thanks to the whole Team!

I had to wait years to install vinyl fence at my residence. Yesterday, the crew from Valley Fence installed my white vinyl fence and I can tell you that it WAS WORTH THE WAIT! I selected a white "picket-type" vinyl fence and the end result is amazing! So beautiful that my neighbors immediately came around to say how lovely the fence is and what an incredible difference it makes to the appearance of my residence. Tim and the crew were all wonderful. Very professional, on-time, polite, hardworking, and helpful! We called Tim from Ohio Valley to come out and give us an estimate on fencing. He came the next day. He showed us all the options and helped tailor to our needs. They made all the arrangements with the utility company and the fence was installed with 3 weeks of the purchase. We get a ton of compliments! They are reasonably priced the staff is the greatest! Good experience so far! Called and received estimate same night as he came. Started job Thursday last week laying posts, and due to weather just finished Monday. Workers were friendly, and cleaned up after themselves, and I believe the price was fair! Also, he offered a year warranty on the fence, so that’s definitely reassuring! So far so good! Definitely recommend!

I called, ask for a estimate. Was told someone would be in touch. Still not heard from them. Oh wait, one email which I responded too. Still nothing. That was over a month ago. I will find someone who is willing to work with us and have our business. Ohio valley fencing should be ashamed of how they handle clients.I Like to say Thank You to Shannon for calling and asking how they can help. She was willing to help any way she can. I just appreciate the call and talking the problem out.

Well this is my story.I was going to build fence myself when weather broke but I broke my ankle in mean time.needed fence to contain 2dogs.called Tim at Valley fence.He called back pretty quick.set time for him to come out for free estimate.The estimate seemed Fair to me.called hm back.told him ok to do work.He said he'd schedule it and call me back.He let me know when he could do it.I was ok with that.they came on that day.set all posts then came back and put fence in next day. Looks good .the guys that did it were hard worker's as they didn't stop.it was wet and muddy.rained some but finished and dogs contained.Im good with job they did

My parents have tried to have valley fence come out twice now for an estimate. Both times they have made appointments; both times stood up without a call, apology or plan to reschedule. Quite a disappointing and frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

Tim was awesome. Valley Fence donated poles and hardware for my son's Eagle Scout project. He installed bat boxes along the walking trail With the donation my son was able to install 3 poles and 6 boxes. Valley Fence is a class act!

Besides all else,talk about punctuality, just yesterday, I agreed to replace my fence, but by the time I got up today and went to let my dog out to pee, I was astonished to find that they had already come and installed it and gone was the old fence along with all the old vines that had covered it. I felt like I was experiencing a Christmas day present that I never expected. Valley Fence went way beyond punctuality. Now I don't have to stand in the cold outdoors guarding my dog so he doesn't escape from the yard. Thank you guys for all you did.
