Just the worst place to get breakfast, I ordered a sausage bagel, the egg was green, the sausage was undercooked,got an orange juice it was just water and concentrate, the people there are cool but the food is 1/10 avoid if at all possible. Coffee barley tastes good anymore here. Zoom in on pics if you don't believe.

A few weeks ago, my son and I visited this place for the first time in years, and it was a delightful experience. My son was particularly enamored with their doughnut bites, and I must admit, I found them just as irresistible. What pleasantly surprised me, however, was not just the delicious treats but also the affordability of their offerings.Moreover, I was impressed by the warmth and friendliness of the staff. They made us feel genuinely welcome, adding to the overall positive atmosphere of our visit. It's rare to encounter such genuine hospitality these days, and it left a lasting impression on both my son and me.Overall, our recent visit exceeded my expectations in every way. From the delicious treats to the budget-friendly prices and the wonderful customer service, it was a memorable experience that has made me eager to return again soon

Went through the drive thru to order some donuts for my family and ended up wasting not only my money but also my time. I tried to order a dozen dipped donuts which they then told me they didn’t have and suggested the double chocolate dipped donuts, which is fine but I had told them I didn’t want those. While I was trying to find another donut to order they then told me they did in fact have the dipped donuts but only 10. I told them I would take those and two of the chocolate glazed ones. I checked out and thought everything was fine. When I got home I realized that they had just given my 10 of the double chocolate dipped donuts, which i has specifically said I didn’t want. I tried calling and speaking with a manager about getting the right donuts or a refund. Turns out this “manager” was the one who had taken my order and remembered me specifically asking for the double chocolate dipped donuts and claimed that he couldn’t do anything about it because that’s what I had apparently ordered, news to me. I definitely won’t be going back there if they can’t even fix their mistakes.

I was very very excited for some Timmy Ho’s. My excitement level dwindled as I stood at the counter as the workers behind the counter swept the floor, wrung out rags and other small tasks. Each time they would look up at us and go back to their tasks without acknowledgement, my excitement dwindled even more. No apology for the wait but just a strong sense of annoyment that we were there. I’ll go to sheetz tomorrow, their coffee is better.

Love them small cake doughnuts and the crushed Oreo top doughnut with cream inside. Coffee was pretty good i was kinda surprised with that I more of Starbucks coffee fan but with their coffee tasting so good i guess Starbucks got competition. Here's the deal breaker they need to include half and half cream on their coffee menu and also as you see in that picture is their medium size cup. I mean make it a lil bigger for Christ sake i take 3 sip and its empty. Do something on this please.

My mom ordered a very simple order and we literally didn’t get anything we asked for. No donuts, my latte was hot instead of cold and only half full. And we literally didn’t get the smoothie we ordered for my little sister. This is absolutely ridiculous. We ordered through door dash and Brian told us he asked you several times to correct the order and take your time and you did not. He can’t wait forever or it looks badly on his timestamp. He literally came to us near to tears because he was so worried about getting a bad review. So not only did you get a very simple order wrong, you were rude to our dasher and played with his job position. Hire new employees or retrain then ones you already have. I am a barista my self, this job is not that hard that you get it this wrong.

I've had the pleasure of visiting a number of Tim Hortons in Canada and I generally like the visits.TheUnfortunately the West Virginia location was less than optimal. Let's start with the basics: the dining room and especially the bathroom were not what I'd call pretty. There is still packing protective tape on the stainless steel for one of the equipment pieces at the front counter, the floors were donut shop greasy and the men's bathroom faucet looked like it came out of a shipwreck. I can only imagine it was years of hard water deposits.On top of that the 'dark'coffee i got was little more than warm water and I'm pretty sure the pre-boxed Tim Bits (donut holes) were not from that morning, if not even from the previous day! We went in before noon so it's not like we were looking forward to getting the dregs at the end of the night.At least the last at the counter was friendly.Really, if the food was good then for stars but I expect better from a Timmies.

Wish I could give this zero stars. The staff here are awful! Rude and not accommodating. It was a great place when it first started but has become terrible. My family and I have gone here a few times because we like the brand, but the experience at this particular shop is just the worst. I can’t remember the last time one of the staff members were friendly. If they stop hiring low maybe it will be good again. Doubt it. If you want friendly service and excellent product go to Starbucks at the highlands and appreciate the friendly staff there!

Hit this place after severe storm as this location of town had power. The drive-up was slammed and so was the shop but the staff was handling it. Despite the volume of customers they provided good quick service. Thank you for the good cup of Joe!

My order is wrong 9/10. Today I ordered 4 items, and 3 were wrong. Unfortunately they are the closest breakfast place not name Hardee's. Their coffee is very good which is the only reason I go back. I was hoping when they went under new ownership things would change, but not so.Just update. Went again 5 months later and another order incorrect. If you are alergic to dairy I would not recommend this place. You ask for no cheese, and they are incapable of understanding. If I owned this place I would be embarrassed at the lack of accuracy and effort.

Seemed busy for a small town. Took a minute to order because they were busy with the previous order as well as drive thru. A gentleman in front of me ordered for his two elderly parents and after he had paid they kept changing their order, the clerk at the counter was very understanding and told him not to worry about it so that was nice. I like Timmy's and their donuts so I'd definitely come back but maybe during a less busy time

Stopped in for a quick cup of coffee and treat. Surprised at the lack of doughnut variety. Ordered a caramel macchiato based on the image on the menu. When I received it, it did not have any visible whipped cream or caramel drizzle on top. When questioned about this, the obviously inexperienced staff person said, "It melted into the coffee. That happens sometimes." Immediately afterward, we overhead the manager use profanity with another staff person. We will not be back.

This is one of the only Tim Horton we ever visit, but we go here every time we are in town. We always enjoy the chili that we get here. We also enjoy the basic sandwiches that you can find here. Our favorite thing to do here is to get the donuts and bring them back to our hotel. They have a nice selection of freshly made donuts.I am quite picky about donuts I will eat and I will not eat them if they are not good because they are just extra calories, but I have never turned down a donut here! They also have a few choices of donut holes. The cream sticks and custard donuts are some of my favorites here. We were visiting in town for the oglebay light show. The employees here are all very friendly. They are also helpful and letting you know times to visit the light show. One of the employees was telling us good weekends to visit and not visit because of times the line for the light show backs up all the way into the street. We did not ask for help the employees were just genuinely friendly and were asking us if we were visiting in town, and started talking to us about relevant information that we were interested in knowing.

Great donuts, LOVE their coffee, but 90% of the time the order is wrong when you order through the drive-thru, or something is forgotten or they give you the completely wrong thing. Definitely need either more staff with adequate training or a different ordering system. Check your bag before you drive away! Food is cold as well most of the time.
