Came here after a late night of fishing just wanting some food. There were 3 of us, all got separate items. Hotdogs were smashed like hulk went down on them. The hotdogs and sandwich both had toppings, just not on the food. The wrapper however was heavily flavored.

Coffee machines are constantly broken. Sugar and creamer machines are broken even more often.Edited to say that I've been going to this Sheetz since it opened. In the 4-5 years, it has gone so downhill as far as employee retention and cleanliness that I do my best to avoid it completely.

Gouging fuel here! its cheaper in PA where the tax is much higher and pilot is 50 cents plus per gallon higher than anyone else and this one is no exception in Morgantown West Virginia update You're charging $5.35 when other places in West Virginia are charging $4.55 people are literally struggling these days

I'd give 5 stars but since new employees came I haven't grabbed any of the boom boom sauce because the ingredients are not correct anymore! Now it's like if you order something with any sauce, an app sampler or even a saled your lucky to receive any sauce at all with the online pick up and I've been eating food from here almost every week since 2019

Disgustingly filthy. I'd leave zero stars if I could. Sheetz used to be clean and inviting. This one is beyond filthy. Dried garbage juice from trash bins in front of store on sidewalk. Sticky pools of God knows what everywhere. Inside floors filthy. Bathroom horribly disgusting. Trash everywhere. Tiptoeing at the pumps to avoid spilled fuel and all kinds of gross stuff or in any parking space to avoid vomit and layers of other gross stuff. I wouldn't order food here for anything. Cleaning things--anything--is absolutely not happening here. I blame whatever passes for management to allow this absolute dump to represent Sheetz. Jeeze.

Service has gone down markedly the past few months. Employees are late to attend to anyone even in an empty store. This evening/morning management couldn't even find half their staff, one item on my order was out of stock but they hadn't even checked to see that it was in the bag(handed me a bag with one box but a receipt with two items on it). My sauce wasn't even with my app 😭. I credit this to upper management hiring employees that don't care about doing a good job.

I requested cold chicken on my salad. It came heated. I found the core of a head of romaine in my bowl. I usually LOVE Sheetz, but this time it was sorely lacking.

The free air pump they have is messed up. I set it to 35 and it would show that is slowly put two pounds of air in and then I checked my tires with my own gage and it was actually putting in 40+ pounds. This is a constant issue with sheetz. They either don't work or put too much air in. This one would read error and I tried it 6-7 times before a guy behind me told me it did the same to his car the other day.

How can you describe the experience at Sheetz other than Good to Very Good? I have never received a food order from this facility that was anything less than what I had ordered and expected. Fuel prices are generally competitive and the Sheetz Reward Program (My Sheetz Card) is worth having for discounts on fuel, food, and more.

I go here so much as this location is on my way home from work! I love the MTO and in store food as well! I save $ on food when I purchase gas here!

This is the worst Sheetz I have ever been to. They only ever have 1 person at the register and the line is always absurdly long. The staff just doesn’t seem to care about getting people in and out quickly - and that is the whole purpose of a place like Sheetz. If you are in a hurry, do not come here. If you would like to waste your time then go ahead.

This particular Sheetz is in a very unfortunate location. It can be very tricky getting in and out of the parking lot. Location aside, my biggest piece of advice is to make sure to check your bag before leaving the counter. It's equally right/wrong, which is unacceptable. Also, when standing at the pick-up counter, you are usually ignored for a considerable period of time before someone actually speaks to you. None of the other locations we have been to has this issue. I can't say anything good/bad about their gasoline due to never using this service.

This location is trash. Went here at 1:20am there was a huge line only one register open then waited 30min to get food then They called our number and asked me if we had a hot dog and I said yes and they said they forgot it 15min later we hear our number called and look through everything when we got to the car and put our hands on the food to see if it was right it was all wrong ordered Mac bites and cheese bites got chicken and tator tots and instead of the hot dog they gave us a wrap. Worse service i have ever gotten and when we told them it was wrong they gave that food to the next person who’s it really was. Even after our hands touched all of it. And instead of apologizing they actually threw the money at my fiancé. Trash place and no food service.

Pulled in to fuel up and talk to a buddy about the route we were taking and how good of time we were making. Well the staff called the local police department and had us escorted off the property for “loitering and criminal mischief”. By far the worst experience I’ve had at any petrol station.

Adam very thoughtful. I had a flat tire while trying to air up tire defective metal valve stem leaking and blew off would not hold air completely flat tire, about 15°F . I moved my car up to let others waiting get air and not block anyone and called AAA. They said it would be 70 minutes before someone would be there so I went inside and told young man I saw busy stocking some items at front counter that I had flat tire and waiting for AAA. He immediately showed concern and said whatever we can do to help and offered me coffee and I thanked him. You have quite a fine young man working for you. AAA/Ace Towing/ Mike came in just 15 minutes did a great job just had to tow accross the street to Morgan Haning/NTB/Charlie repaired it right away. Thanks to everyone.

it was good they have an air pump i was able to put air in my tire free of charge. Located right across Tim Hortons so it's pretty convenient if like good coffee and doughnuts.

They say the scanner on dmv kiosk does not work so you have to punch in info . By hand well neither way works and they won't do anything about it me and three other people try did not work .they keep telling people it works get a grip and call some one to fix it employees help me and it still not work
