I'm from out-of-state, and I was pleasantly surprised by this store.There is a great selection, especially from their own kitchen, deli, and bakery. Tons of grab-and-go options. They also have a nice variety of cheeses and healthier options. I like how they place stickers indicating which items were made in store.Some prices are high, and some are reasonable.The beef selection was lacking. Not sure if that's normal or not. Very little variety.The produce selection was fresh.Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially at the deli counter. The person bagging my groceries was even going to help me carry everything out! I declined, but this is a rare courtesy in my experience.This store's emphasis on customer service is a breath of fresh air in the sea of forced self checkouts I'm accustomed to navigating.

Love riesbecks. Great deli. Great bakery. But only shop there for their sale items. And my sweet tooth and family get togethers. Usually friendly and nice cashiers.

Great place to get your groceries. The service is fast and stuff is courteous. You get all the items you need under 1 roof. The store timings are also very convenient.

Love the fresh baked goods. The deli is also great. Their produce section is well stocked. If you try their store brands, you will save money and most of them are very good.

Prices are a little higher here, but their deli is well worth it. They have amazing selection of different pasta salads, and other food. Also they smoke food in the mornings that you can purchase that are freaking delicious. Got 4 lil pork fillets for $2. They was delicious!!!

Nice store and friendly associates and quick checkouts, plus there is plenty of parking, and I am thinking that the associates will take your groceries and put them in your car.

Expensive. Has great bakery and deli but many many things in this store are overpriced including the deli. They have three days sales but why shop where you have to wait for sales for it to be affordable? If you like a lot of fresh cheap produce this is not the place to go. They do have actual cashiers and people to help you to your car which is great. They charge for "On the Go" deliveries. It has a nice old fashioned homey feel but the prices are just too high.

Prices are 30% higher than the competitors, the deli/ hot foods workers seemed like they rather be anywhere but there . Every time I go there I get asked if I’m a rewards club member - I say no every time but I’ve never been asked to join . The only reason I’ll be back is for the bakery

Employees are rude. Deli workers walk past like they don't see you, I waited almost ten minutes before I gave up and left. Baggers will stand and chat with cashier's and you have to bag your own groceries.

Riesbecks does have very customer service. I normally go in for their sale items bc they can be a little pricey on some items. But at least I know they always have at least 5 to 6 registers open, and that is so much better than going thru a self check out line. When your done after work, it's nice to have someone wait on you. Deli has alot of Amish brand meat and cheeses. Bakery is always fresh and so good

As far as general grocery shopping goes, its your typical overinflated pricing that youd expect for a smaller chain place. Now where it really shines is the hot deli food case in this particular location. Stopping by for a dinner can be the highlight of my day from time to time. The customer service here is always on point as well.

They got very good be donuts, fresh baked goods, and delicious fruit dip. But some of their prices can be very expensive, like cotton candy flavored grapes at over $7 a pound. Or a Gatorade at $2.39 each for warm ones on the shelf. Where they are a $1 at the other grocery stores. But some people like to go there to feel catered to. Because they will cart your shopping bags out to your car and load them in your auto for a tip.

Always receive friendly, professional service here. Prices aren't too bad. They almost always have someone to take your groceries out to the car for you which is nice, especially if your children are with you! Great place to shop.

Store clean bright and well stocked with unusual and different brand name items. Prices however are extremely high and not justified even in current artificially inflated hyper priced for value quantity economic times. Shop elsewhere if at all possible sample items can be secured at other stores for less. No not Wal-Mart surveys at regional Wal-Marts show over-inflated prices for the same items, avoid Wal-Mart as well it is no better!!!

Riesbecks is a family owned local grocery chain with helpful, friendly workers. The prices are a little more expensive than other stores in the area, but not a lot. Their meat is always fresh. They also have very fresh cold and hot deli areas.

Stopped by for lunch meat. The store was clean and the staff were busy. The parking lot is like a warzone. Definitely need to get it fixed by spring. Other than that what more can you ask for! And this place isnt as crowded as krogers!

Very bad experience, rudeness from the employees and management, can't get anyone to work in the deli always have to buy lunch meats out of the cooler. Employees act like they don't want to be there so they don't want to do there job. Seen a gentleman yesterday buy the only white cake yesterday and believe it or not the cashier dropped it in the bag and caused the cake to fall out of the container and landed upside down in the bag and the manager and cashier were both like oh well get another one when he said he can't get another one because all there was,was chocolate and they're allergic to chocolate they totally blew him off. No apologies or anything. I'll be Krogering for now on.
