Awesome shop. A little tight getting in (narrow streets), but once we got there, they got right to work without the seemingly prerequisite two hour diagnostic that most other Volvo shops want to do. No attempt to find extra problems. Pretty damn refreshing. All we "needed" was the speed limiter adjusted. (OK, the boss needed it. 🙄) We were in and out of there in 15 minutes. Great work!

We went in for trouble with our parking brakes. Not only did Dave quickly fix the problem, he found a couple other issues including one we didn't even know about. Dave's professionalism and attention to detail is some of the best that we have ever seen. I will not hesitate to come to M&K Truck Centers again if we're ever in the area need any work done.

Mr. Chris is the best person for any driver to deal with over the road, They came to me less than 20 minutes fixed my truck by a top professional and safe mechanic before I even know He told me I am good to go, they understand that we want to go home for our families and the surprise Was their rates are less than any other service center,I really recommend my brothers and sisters over the road to Call Them any time they deserve all the best.

I had a great experience with Wheeling truck center. Great customer service and service department. mechanic name Tom done an excellent job diagnosing my truck, repairing it, and getting me on my way in a timely manner with minimal downtown. Service manager Heather was kind, courteous, and made me feel comfortable knowing they were going to get the job done and I would be up and rolling in a timely manner because time is money. I’d recommend them to anybody without any hesitation, because I know that they would get the job done.

I had a major DEF leak. They were fast and courteous. They got me on my way quickly. It's downtown, so I highly recommend bobtailing in and not trying to bring a 53' trailer up in here. The truck entrance is on the back side of the building off 24th street.

This is the worst truck dealer yet! This truck was purchased through them less than 2500 miles ago and it has had nothing but downtime. This truck is nothing but complete crab and even the air dryer has been bypassed because its entirely full of oil and constantly leaking. They had complete disregard towards me and I personally would never deal with them ever again.

I'm in process buying my truck from here. All I see so far is honesty - especially from Donnie Daugherty from sales ( this guy picked me up from the airport all the way in Pittsburgh to the dealership and after I finished looking at the truck I'm interested in he bring me to a local motel , a few hours after he text and ask if everything is 👌🆗OK. Even they are going to put new EGR's on my truck after we agree for a price( just a reminder this is about 2000$ )UPDATE - So far so good 2 months on the road truck runs great no problems at all THANKS Donnie Daugherty 👍

I just want to commend Chris Geller for his awesome customer service today helping me find parts I have been looking for over three weeks. I explained what I was looking for after finding a pressure cap on your website. Looking at a part diagram on your site did not match, what I was looking at in my vehicle. Chris said let me go look at the part, he did and found what I was describing matched what he was looking at. I measured an opening on my expansion tank and he did the same there, and they matched. I asked it they had the radiator pressure cap for the tank, he looked and also found it. After spending several minutes on the phone finding exactly what I have been looking for, key parts that my vehicle could not operate without, Chris found them all and assisted me with the part numbers so I could add them to my cart on line. The Service writer Heather was Great she really knows her stuff, She kept me updated on my repair, gave my driver a ride to the hotel and even tracked the parts needed for my repair. I am really tickled with my experience there, I limped in with a bad water pump on my Freightliner truck. Working together with their parts folks we found a pump in Indianapolis and it was overnighted. I was driven to the hotel and given a special rate for the night for my dog Molly and I. The next morning they came and picked us up when we called. The water pump was already there and being installed when I got to the dealership from the hotel. The staff is first rate!

I ordered a truck thru them. Truck was not ordered right. So I had to settle for the truck. I spoke with the owner and sales person and was pretty much told "to bad so sad". I told them I would not buy any thing else from them and would not recommend them to any one. I was very disappointed with this whole experience. The owner said "I'm sorry it happened and I don't blame you for not recommending us"If you buy from here, I hope you have a better experience than I did.

'Back-alley shop' is the best way to describe them. I awarded them only one star. However, even that is too high of a rating. Very unprofession. Very racist. And incompetant.They never fail to take payment. But fail to actually fix the issue with my truck. I suggest if you do break down, go to a different shop. A high towing fee is worth not dealing with this company.Money knows no colour, so please treat every one equally. And do your job professionally.

They was working here on my problem with electric and charged me 600$ for nothing. They didn't find the problem whit wires. After that i was in other volvo dealership in Ohio and they find a problem after 1 hour and fix me for 400$ total.

I was stuck on the expressway truck stopped busted hose Chris was driving by gave me a ride to get antifreeze brought me back to truck found out I had busted hose drove back to shop to get it fix Thanks to Chris for him stopping if he hadn’t stopped I would have been stranded
