Bought over $1000 worth of appliances, and found out we were overcharged because an item was on sale and they didn't honor it. When we brought it to the managers attention, he still wouldn't honor it. Called Lowe's home office, they refused to honor the sales price as well. So will be taking all of the items back for a refund, and taking our business elsewhere. Be careful if you shop there, and closely look at your receipts, they may overcharge you as well. Horrible business practice not honoring their own sales prices. I'm glad there are many other choices of home improvement stores around the valley.Edit, the assistant manager didn't do what was claimed. Nice try.

Have had multiple visits to this location. The staff are friendly, easy access to all your home-buying needs, and their self checkout systems have gotten better over time. Very quick location to get all of your services done quickly and efficiently. 10/10 recommend

So I baught these drip plates for my stove about 8 days ago. They don’t fit so I called asked for assistance in returning such item and they just hung up on me! Tried again and when I asked the lady how to go about returning them she hung up on me again. See I will make sure I tell everyone to not go to Lowe’s instead go to Menards to buy anything because the employees here are incompetent and very rude to customers, I guess they are allowed to get away with it because the company doesn’t do anything to help, Or even solve a CUSTOMERS problems

It's ridiculous that we drove over 50 miles to get a washing machine that you listed you had several of on line hours before we drove to the store, to arrive and you don't have any Only floor models that you say you can't sell....I find it hard to believe that you sold ALL of those in the 1 1/2 hours it took to drive there. Very disappointed in the service as well as the gasoline wasted to drive there to leave with nothing. I called customer service which is a joke, she took the information so this wouldn't happen to anyone else, that's laughable, I'm sure it happens a lot and will continue to happen. You sure can use the Internet to make sure you get your products visible to customers but you can't seem to be as diligent in making sure the products SOLD are marked as out of stock once they are no longer available. Seeing how you are a major chain, I'm sure ticking me off isn't concerning to you. Just making you aware that you suck, and I work hard for a living and don't appreciate wasting gasoline to try to purchase an item you advertised as having to purchase.

We bought a refrigerator and gas stove. The overall experience in the store was good. The problem I have is with the delivery service. First they canceled on us so we had to wait another week to get our refrigerator which by this time all our food was no good. The delivery guys did not speak any English at all. Bent my storm door to where the bottom does not shut right and scratched my new refrigerator door bringing it in to the house. Left trash in my driveway and to top it off they backed out my driveway when I told them not to and ripped down our cable lines off the house, then drove off without stopping. From now on we will not be purchasing any appliances from Lowes or any other company that employee 3rd party delivery services.

I stopped at the wheeling WV Le's rather than going to Menards because it was closer to my house. I knew exactly what I wanted but couldn't find it. The first gi department sent me across the store to find a torch solder for plumbing copper pipes. She just said they are up there and pointed. I got up their and searched for the solder and it wasn't the right type.. waiting another half hour to find persontoaskanRymemt d was sent to the plumbing department again. When I finally got whneededi got the the registers and the were lined up about 8 people back. As I was Checking out someone at the other register was complaining about the same issues. I could have been to Menards and home in the time it took for a convenient run to Lowe'sAfter 20 + years shopping there, this definitely willbe my last. Menards is not perfect as no store is, but if I can't find something I go to the Plumbing desk or the Electrical Desk and the Managers on duty will walk me to the item or items I need. They have at least a couple people working each department all day. The lady to.e I went 9peopje asked me e if I needed help

I love this Lowes. I go often I'm a do it yourself guy and artisian. The staff here is usually very helpful. Nice along the Ohio River location hard to miss.

Don't go to this Lowe's in South wheeling if you don't know exactly what you need bc not even the manager would help us. And then to top it off I couldnt buy the tree with a price tag directly in front of it. I'll never go back

Lowes in Wheeling is rocking! Had 6 staff members show up to load our washer and dryer. All smiles, extremely helpful and fun!While in the store, I had lots of help. Very clean and organized! Furst impressions land hard and they hit a homerun.

I left there irritated. I was there around 430-5 o'clock. When I went to checkout they only had one line open. But I could see multiple employees at the end of the checkout lines standing around talking to each other. And the line was long. I had at least 5 or 6 people in front of me not including who was already at the checkout. I just plut my stuff down and left

We ordered fencing around our house in May. They gladly took our money but did not finish the job. They said it would take 2 days!😡 it is 5 1/2 later. The 17 bags of cement is ruined that is lying under our carport, along with poles and their trash. We have to park our car in the yard! The workers arrived at 11:00am and left at 2:00pm, never to return. They kept ordering the wrong gates. At one point they ordered a 12 ft gate! That is a cattle gate! We live in town! My next resort is corporate, channel 7 news and then court. This is a warning to anyone who wants a job done by Lowes. we went to court and they wanted to settle out of court. so that means they were in the wrong.

I was in the light bulb aisle and found that there are clearance stickers on certain bulbs. I thought a handful of Wi-Fi light bulbs that was on clearance for 97 cents regular price was $4. Great deals there just got to look for them

Xavier from the Flooring Department is absolutely wonderful! He helped us thru every issue and question we had and was so patient and friendly. I bought a new washer and dryer from here. They were both delivered on time and in great condition. The problem is that they don't tell you at the time of purchase that you have to buy the power cord for the dryer! So now I have a dryer and no way to get electricity to it! When i called customer service , I was told " Like , they should've told you like that ,you have to like buy like a new cord." I asked to speak to a manager and they picked up the phone and the call went back to their customer service "like" person. So now im here. Do better with training your staff please. And maybe we could all be satisfied with the sale.

Hope you never need to return something delivered. They make you call and deal with their delivery department directly, they won't set up return delivery from the store. Prepare for wait on hold for an hour+. (No callback service)I set up the delivery in the store, I should be able to return it thru the store.Store itself however is fine, standard Lowes. Relatively helpful and friendly staff.

The actual shopping experience was terrific. The staff was both helpful and knowledgeable. Everything I needed was in stock and priced very reasonably.HOWEVER!!!! I tried using the website for my local store and it kept bringing me to a different store in a completely different state, no matter how many times I updated my zip code it kept bringing me back to Homestead PA, which I'm sure is a lovely store but not worth the 3 hour drive. Other than that Itty bitty inconvenience my lowes experience was awesome
