0 stars. This company should close the business if they cannot fulfil a service call. Similar to the review from Whitney Lewis 7 years ago, they sent out a moron(s) who did nothing but complain, did not fix the issue and threaten to sue us for not paying them for doing absolutely nothing.

I love supporting local business and having a neighborhood hardware store nearby. I don’t even mind paying a little bit more for that; however, their prices almost always are double the price of the big box store, 4 inch furnace filters $40 you can get a two pack for $40 at Lowe’s electrical boxes double the price. Everything I buy here is double the price of the big box

I just want to leave a review saying how thankful we are to have Lou Nau Hardware! We live in an older house, and sometimes it is hard to find replacement parts when things need fixed. Twice in the last month, Nau's has been able to not only identify and procure the parts we needed, but actually had them in stock. This makes all the difference when you are already stressed because something is broken and needs fixing. On top of that, the staff is kind, helpful and know the products they are working with, PLUS we get to support local business by shopping there. It's a win-win for us!

Very friendly staff. They do have a lot of household items and everything imaginable. Nice to know there are still places in our Ohio Valley that you don't have to go out of your way...if you ever need to have keys made, or any other fixtures you may need for the home. Keep our business in the Ohio Valley, and keep our small businesses open!

They are horrible. They come to fix a wax ring under my toilet, then the toilet gets another problem with the tank not filling. This should be an easy fix for an experienced. They have given me wrong parts and stay longer than needed

Shady company! Liars! Never again! Stay away! Called them to install a garbage disposal I purchased (I already have electric under sink) and air vent for pipe under sink. Asked how much it would cost and they said they don’t know. Told them to not do anything before I approve cost. They still did the work without approval from me and then overcharged me. Jeff Nau then lied by saying I told them to keep it under $500 which is a total lie!!!! Who would give an open checkbook for $500? Overcharged!!! Dishonest company! Find another plumbing company!!!! Don’t walk, RUN the other way!!!

Small hardware store that seems to have a little bit of everything. Reminded me of the small old school hardware store in the small towns in PA. Friendly staff that were very helpful. If they dont carry it they can help find it for you.

They told me today that they don't make appointments because they never know what is going to be going on. They said they can't come to check out my ac during the afternoon because it will be too hot, but I have to work during the day. So, I tried to schedule sn appointment a few days in advance and they said they couldn't. This place is terrible.
