Dr Harold is a very kind and thorough veterinarian. I always feel comfortable taking my pets there and she's very reasonable as far as the fee for her services. She's straightforward and no nonsense but I believe that's what you want and a veterinarian. I would recommend her to anyone that asked me where to go for their beloved pet's care.

Love Long Run Pet Hospital! ❤ 🐈They were so great with my cat & me. He was so sick.Kind & caring staff.Update 04/04/23I had to put my cat down yesterday. All I can tell u is this...Thk God 4 Dr. Harrold & her nurse (I can't remember her name.) They were so kind & caring with my cat & with me.Having to decide when to put a pet is down hard enough but having compassionate professionals with u makes a difficult decision so much easier.I don't know if I'll ever get another cat or not... but I do know this much. I'll b taking any future pets to Long Run Pet Hospital.I'd definitely recommend them. ❤🐈😻

My experience on taking my dog there for the first time, the vet took care of my dog even when my dog was really nervous and barking she gain my dogs trust an that's a win for me that I found a decent place for my pets.

Dr Pam is our regular vet. We also board our dogs with her when we travel. Service is outstanding, pricing is reasonable, and my dogs have no anxiety about going there, so I know that they are comfortable in her care.

Dr. Harrold cares and it shows. She tells it like it is. She has an excellent sense of humor. She takes her time and makes sure you understand everything she's saying. I highly recommend her services.

Dr. Harold is an excellent vet. She is compassionate and caring. She will come in early and stay after hours if it means taking care of a client’s sick pet. Anyone saying she was rude or judgmental probably just can’t handle the truth 🤷🏼‍♀️

Brought my pregnant corgi in that was having some problems , they had told me that because a puppy was breached that she would need a c section , they tried to induce her even tho they knew that she needed a c section . Waited over 5 hours for them to the tell me they can’t do the c section and that she needed to be took to an emergency vet to get it done . They could’ve told me that in the beginning but chose to wait to tell me and it cost my dogs life . I wouldn’t ever trust these people with any dog or any other animal . They are the worst vet I have ever been to and do not recommend them to anyone. She should lose her license for letting my dog suffer like that .

I have gone to this vet for years now. Problems started to arise recently. My dog got cut bad and was bleeding all over and I could not stop it, this vets office was closed when I tried to call. Then 2 days later I tried to call to get him a checkup and it was closed again. Then I tried making an appointment for my other dog about 2 weeks after that and the place was closed the next 3 times that I called. I finally got an appointment made but then I had a medical emergency and couldn't go, needed to reschedule the vet appointment but when I called they were busy and told me to call back, so I called back today and again they are closed.This is a good vet who really works with you, but they are not very trustworthy on being open and or available.

My recently adopted dog needed to be seen quickly with suspected Lyme disease. She was the only vet to get him in on the day we needed. She was great with our pup. Was thurough with us on him and his treatment. My baby boy is doing so much better. Highly recommend her. :)

My cat Benny was (and still is very sick) we still aren’t exactly sure what is going on. I took him to animal urgent care over the weekend and that took most of my money. With little money and nowhere else to turn today I called long run and they got me right in. The entire staff were amazing. So caring to both me and Benny. The doctor was incredible. They are compassionate, professional, and truly care about your animal. We will be going back tomorrow if there are no improvements. I absolutely recommend them.

This vet office would be perfect if only the Doctor was not rude and judgey. She managed to belittle me each of the four times I went there. She just does not know how to say things without sounding as though she is shaming you. It’s sad too because everyone else in that office is wonderful and kind. I would’ve liked to stay considering how great the staff is but i just cannot deal with the rudeness.

It was the first visit for our little Skittles and it could not have gone better! Dr. Harrold listened to my concerns, explained everything that was being done, and took the time to show me how to administer treatment at home! We are thankful and grateful for the care taken to help our little girl!

The people there are very nice and kind. It is very small, but not many people nearby. I can't tell if that is a good or bad thing. I've gone there many times, and they know my dog by name. Everytime we get our dog into the car, she knows where she is going. And she always comes back happy to see us. Almost like we never left! This place is SUCH a great place for a kennel! And a hospital!

Amazing!! Would definitely recommend this vet to everyone!!! Squeezed my baby in cause he sliced off some of his pad on his paw. She stayed after hours, was very kind, explained everything, cared so much about my dog, and called after hours the next day just to check on him!!! She truly cares about the animals and the price is very affordable!!!!

Couldn’t ask for a kinder and more compassionate staff! We were traveling west on I-70 when our dog got attacked at a rest stop. NO veterinarian in the neighboring towns had time to help and we were being recommended to travel 2 hours away for treatment! In pure desperation we called Long Run. Dr. Harrold was willing to fit us in and try to help. She was both sympathetic and meticulous when treating our poor pup. She and her staff are true animal lovers and took the time to do it right. We are so grateful to them ! Traveling the extra 30 minutes out of our way was well worth it. Thank you!

We've been coming here for 11 years & love it. Dr Pam loves our dog & cat & couldn't ask for a better vet. Cute little place that's not about tooting their own horn; she's there from open to close taking care of the animals unlike some vets.

Dr. Harrold and her entire staff were amazing! I’m beyond thankful for the entire visit from start to finish. My son's cat injured his foot and was in some pain. Leo was hiding under the dresser and wouldn’t even walk to the litter box. After an eventful drive to Long Run Pet Hospital, Leo had used the restroom in his carrier. He was a mess, the assistant gave him a sponge bath got him all cleaned up. He got an antibiotic shot, some flea treatment and the next day his swelling is down noticeably and he’s walking around a little on his foot! I mean I’m so pleased with this place I won’t be returning to my old vet.

I called for an appt for my GSP, and was rudely given a guilt trip as to why I didn’t bring her in sooner by the receptionist. My pup has had the diarrhea for 2 days. I would not recommend this facility unless your looking to feel guilty and then talked down to by some random stranger acting like she’s your combative mother. Not professional by any means. Just schedule my appointment.Lost customer.

This vet is awful! She told me that my dog was fine and just had an infection. She gave him steroids and pushed us out the door. She was very rude to me because I was asking questions since I was concerned that it was more than just an infection. The prices were astronomical! I started giving him the medications that night and by the next day he was much worse. I took him to the emergency vet in Pittsburgh and I had to leave him there. I got a call about 2 hours after dropping him off and the vet there told me he was very sick and only had at most a week to live. She suggested I bring him home and just try to keep him comfortable and spend as much time as I could with him. She gave us medicine to keep him comfortable and I had him for almost another 2 weeks before he stopped eating and could no longer stand up. I drove back to Pittsburgh to have him put to sleep because the vet there actually cared about him! The Dr. at Long Run Pet Hospital was horrible and did not even care to take the time to listen to my concerns and get a real diagnosis for my dog! I will never go back to this money-hungry, rude, uncaring vet and I suggest that no one else does either! Oh and they were very unorganized as well! I had to wait for almost an hour just to be seen and the receptionist had lost the chart of the person in front of me and they stood in the front talking about it. What incompetence! I guess that should have been my first clue to run out the door while I still could!

Didn't force a procedure on us. Our dog got bit and it was infected. She was put on antibiotics and did so well they cancelled her debridement procedure when we went for her follow up. They also clipped her nails free of charge. ♥️ I would highly recommend.

We have been going to Long Run pet hospital for the better part of 9 years, and I can say with all honesty that it is the most compassionate place you can go. It has a small home town touch, and will do their best for you. The staff is usually the same from visit to visit, so it's like visiting family.

Yea my cat was put down and staff was completely rude didnt care to even want to check her or anything just rather put her down. Smh im so disappointed man. That was my baby….. never will be going back again

They were asked to check a spot on my dog the looks exactly like ring worm. I now have 5 spots on my legs. My family was told they weren’t sure what it was and did nothing to treat it. I’ve been the only one trying to treat my dog for ring worm before he went to long run. I’ve tried calling to see if there’s anything they can do for him so I don’t continue to get it from my dog. They hung up on me mid conversation and continued to hang up on me each time I called back.
