First time at a Kroger and I was impressed.The store was clean, easy to navigate, and had a good amount of products.Found an old brand of seltzer water I haven't seen since childhood.Decent beer selection and okay prices.Really liked how everything was behind glass.

This store has completely gone down hill throughout the day they only have one register open and the is self check out services when it is night they need to have a register and not just use the self check out because some people do like to come out at night to do there shopping due to kids at home or maybe anxiety issues this place really needs employees to work on there there customer service skills

It's a good store and all, but it lacks staffing and can often lack variety and the shelves can be nearly empty. It's awesome for this area, but compared to other cities, it sucks bad.

Excellent selection and variety. Sale prices are good, regular prices are comparable with other stores. Easy to check out and cashiers are fast.

2x I have needed help at the self checkout and you have 2 of the crankest people working there... One time the guy kept my ID he said he didnt have it when I knew he did. Checked with customer service and they had it. Today the heavy set white Lady got rude with me because the self checkout wasnt working so I moved to another one she got very rude with me and said I shouldnt use it if I dont know how to use it....done venting ...A lady named Robin is terrific friendly always smiling laughing .... you need more Robins in your store ..Krogers in Wheeling wv

Great variety of products, shelves & products very well organized, when stocked(*When there are sales this store gets shoppers from Ohio, W.V. & Pa. residents). Workers, stockers, cashiers/(in self check out lanes as well have helped), & customer service employees are very friendly, helpful, patient, and have asked if we needed a bagger to walk us to the car & help put items in the car! *Never had that happen before, and was extremely appreciative since this was after surgery. Thank you🙏✨

The employees are great. My beef is with Corporate. When a store is shorthanded and items I need are sitting in the back but can't be put on shelves you might think. "why aren't they hiring more workers?" And guess what? It's not because people don't want a job. That's corporate b.s. It's simple math. Kroger entry pay per hour is $4 less than McDonald's!

I swear they screw up your pick-up orders on purpose. Some of us have kids, care for the elderly, and/or feel unwell. No one wants my screaming toddler in there throwing a tantrum so give me a break.

I went to Kroger three times at three different Krogers this week to get a product that was featured in their ad. Every time the product was sold out. I never did get the product. So if you want to make shoppers mad so they do not come back to your store this is the best way to do it.

Workers were rude and unhelpful. Refused to give us our pickup order even though we were there at the end of our timeslot. Ridiculously bad service. Who in any customer service field doesn't serve a paying customer in those circumstances.

Produce was fresh and fairly priced, however I'm disappointed in Kroger for not having a single checkout clerk, or bagger. They are forcing us to check ourselves out and bag our own groceries. This costs human beings their jobs, while Kroger makes a higher profit. Shame on Kroger and its corporate greed. I will not return to a store that has no regard for human livelihood.

Ordered a delivery. Never received the order. Used Krogers online chat help. Found out the order was delivered to the wrong address. They refused to have the person go back and deliver the order to the correct house. I asked to speak to a manager. Said they couldn’t help me with that. They said all they could do was give me a refund that would be back in my account in 7-10 business days. That’s it. So I called the store directly and spoke with a manager at Krogers. She very quickly said it wasn’t their responsibility and I needed to call Instacart. No apology nothing. Just rushed me off the phone. Called Instacart. They said sorry and they will make sure that person would not do any future orders of mine. That’s it. Both of these companies cared so little about my order. So now I have to wait 7-10 business days just to get my money back and find a new place to shop for groceries because I will never spend a dime there. Zero customer satisfaction.

I live 1 hr away from Kroger's but when I go & visit my sister, who lives pretty close, I try to stop on my way home. Kroger's has a wide variety of items that aren't sold too much here in Pittsburgh. They had in stock something as simple as Knorr chix bullion cubes (Pgh stores=don't sell or sold out) & Boar's Head lunch meats (some with low-sodium) wow! However, the whole reason I am mentioning this is bc of 2 employees, Sabrina & Rayna (I hope I got it right)went OVER AND ABOVE in customer relations/help. NO lie, they were literally SO nice & SO helpful that on my way home, I got stuck in traffic on 70 & wanted their boss to know how valuable those 2 employees are! I'm doubting they'll get a raise from this but it SHOULD be recognized. I swear I NEVER met them before, but with all this $h!t going on in the world today, it's a nice change of pace to receive TRUE kindness & GENUINE employees wanting to help AND accommodate you!

I have always had a good experience shopping here. However, my mother had a bad experience this evening that I feel the need to share. As a hard-working mother of 3, my mother does not always have time to complete her grocery shopping during the day, as some mothers can. She usually is able to do her shopping in the later evening. This particular evening, i had asked her if she would get me some bottles of lemonade & a couple other snacks when she went shopping. She had a business conference call & did not finish until the late evening, but still wanted to run to the store for me. When she arrived, it was 12:45am. One employee looked her up & down when she arrived, pressed her lips into a straight line, & told my mother in a rude tone, “We close in 15 minutes.” My mother has never taken very long to shop, so she went on her way after letting the worker know that she knew that. As soon as she walked away, the same employee got on the loud speaker & blared the 15 minutes til close announcement. Then, as my mother was grabbing my lemonade, another employee walked down the aisle she was on & snarkily said, “8 minutes til close.” By the time my mother checked out, it was 12:55. She took 10 minutes to shop & was out before the establishment closed. Next time, maybe she will take her business elsewhere to a place with nicer employees.
