Walked in and talked to Lance about buying a new cub cadet and the information I received was very informative and he broke it down to make everything very understandable. I haven't been inside in over 20 years and I'm glad to see the hometown business still thriving in today's world.I would highly recommend anyone in the market for outdoor equipment to go here. It's easy to see why my dad and his dad came time after time growing up.

Stopped in last week to pick up a part for my father. The place was nice. They have brand new & used where they buy tractors & other stuff. I thought that was pretty cool. Nice place:)

Had to Get a Copy of my Camper Key made, Went to Lowes, All they had where their Self Service Machines, which was a total waste of time. The Lowes guy recommended Kennedy's and not only did they hook me up with what I needed but that place is definitely several tiers above Lowes, If you are a serious Do it yourself'er or contractor, thats the place to go, Lots of Professional tools.

Well for 1. I bought a Cub Cadet tractor and ask the salesman I wanted to add parts to it that was the beginning of Summer salesman has still not called me back, 2. Went in today to get oil filters for the tractor they don't even stalk them yet because it's a new tractor, you would think if you sell the machine you have oil filters in stock and air filters in stock.. not real happy with Kennedy Hardware

Seems like there's some great people that work here at that place. I really don't think that they'll steer you wrong at if you're looking for a sword of equipment. Go check them out I don't think you'll regret it.

I purchased a new Snapper push mower around 3 years ago from Kennedy's and it had problems from the beginning. It was taken in 3 times for service to fix a problem with stalling. Each time mowing, it would run great once then stall out at the next mowings. It was serviced numerous times by their mechanics as well as my personal mechanic.Today, 3 years later. as per Lance's request (see response below) I finally decided to take it in to once and for all determine its fate. Lance's kindness, patience and eagerness to make things right restored my faith in the ability of business operators to put customer service above all else. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens with the mower. I'm very grateful to Lance and the staff at Kennedy's for their personal attention to my mower issue.

Definitely buy lawn equipment here as opposed to Lowes or anywhere where you have to jump thru many unnecessary hoops to repair or return a product. Folks at Kennedy's are top shelf

Was in store on at least 3 seperate occasions. And parts staff purposefully kept me waiting while pretending to look up on computer what I was there to acquire. On one occasion had the mower, had damaged part, but because I did not have model # they did the pretending thing. I will never buy there again

Completely Useless Salesman!Won't call you back.Won't follow through with their Commitments!Went to wheeling store and had Piss Poor Service from a Salesman who didn't know the Product. Went to Barnsville and the Salesman there can't return a phone call.Completely Unprofessional!

Called Kennedy today to see if my 2010 cub cadet has a warranty, was bought new there used. they could not answer any of my questions with out seeing it, and when I asked when they could look at it he laughted and said December. I recently bought a 2012 Kubota and had to travel to Washington, for the same reason, I would highly recommend shopping else where.

The only hardware store I know of that has almost everything. They even have Hilti tools!!
