New management at the elm grove location has turned this store around… still have a lot to do to fix the mess she took over but now things are cleaned and organized on the shelves and you can find what you need and walk the isles… they’re opened when they are supposed to be also… So give them another try!!

Sign on door this morning from DG saying the location is "temporarily closed". It should be permanently closed. Stock never put away. Things hanging off shelves. Cardboard on floor. Store is dirty and some employees seem to be wearing pajamas to work. DG should be embarrassed by this location.

Every time I try to come to this store it is closed! Seems to close at 5pm but google says 9!

Cashiers are very friendly, so is Management. Place has been upgraded, is very clean. They do need some more cashier's open after 4 or 5:00. Place is always busy since Benwood has no longer a Benwood Krogers

This place is filthy dirty I can not believe this is allowed to be opened stuff everywhere on the floor boxes everywhere on the aisles. Filthy dirty. Need to get someone in there too organize this store.

The best customer service I have seen! Although it's a dollar store, still the cashier lady was very kind to everyone and was trying to help every customer and ofcourse was super nice to them! Thank you for the great service!!

I am disgusted by what I saw at the Elm Grove location today. A very sick cashier was forced to work wearing a bandanna around his mouth and a pair of dirty gloves. He told me his manager knew how sick he was and still made him work because no one else was able to work.. this man was visibly very sick!!! I will never go in there again
