The last time I visited this location I got screamed at by the cashier for walking in the store at 9:40 pm, then told I had ten minutes to shop and cash out. It was extremely unwelcoming and made me uncomfortable, so I haven't been back since. It a shame too because I shopped there almost daily and was always a respectful customer.

I am at this store at least 4 days a week. I know help is hard to find, but the younger male working the registrar ALWAYS has the personality of a grouch. I picked up trash outside your store today bc it is never taken care of and put it in a bag and he yelled at me for asking to throw it away, even after explaining what I did. I calmly walked out and replaced each piece of trash where I found it. This store is a dumpster 🔥 fire

The review below mine must have went to a different store. Dolllar General corporate should be ashamed of this facility. I stop here to grab a few items, and there is a 30% chance that it’s in stock. The store itself is very unorganized and dirty. Does anyone feel clean when they walk in here ?? Boxes stacked in random places, work carts in every isle that are loaded, and food items just tossed in random places around the store. Hate to do it, but I drive to Warwood to do my shopping

Super nice employees. The guys that work the night shift couldn't be more helpful and friendly. I work in the area install pin everyday for my shopping needs always polite. And a big plus the store is always clean and sanitary

Love this Dollar store. The newer manager is awesome and very helpful with anything you might ask. Good selection most all the time. Clean store most all times I have ever been there. Corporate could help them with more registers and staff at times but, as busy as it gets they keep up as well as anyone could expect.

I love Dollar General!! It's my favorite store to shop in!! The employees are very friendly!! Great prices,, && deals!! The best part of shopping there,, is if you need help the employees will help you!! I shop there every chance I get!!

Great store, employees are friendly. They do the best they can even though they can get really busy with it being the only reasonably priced general merch store in the immediate area (the next closest DG locations are about 5 miles away east, south and west) and lots of college students living in the neighborhood. I moved to this neighborhood about 2 years ago and compared to the Bridgeport, OH location, it's more cleaner, employees are nicer, the store isn't as crowded (the Bridgeport location really needs help with layout. They remodeled last year and made it worse!) and they stock a lot more items. My only complaint is that once they run out of an item they seem to take forever to get it back in! :( I hate running to another one or worse, to Walmart for what I need since I can get in and out of this location most of the time. I'm not sure when the other reviewers are going but I've noticed if you go earlier in the afternoon or later in the evening it's not as busy. :)

One of the better Dollar Generals in the Ohio Valley. There is plenty of parking and easy to get in and out. The aisles are larger than many other DG locations in the area. The lines tend to be longer and the self checkout has been inactive for several months.

This DG for the most part is nice BUT it seems every time I have patroned this location there is ONLY ONE register up and running and about 10 people standing in line waiting to check out!! There are times, like just now, when some of those waiting customers have actually put down their items to purchase and walked out because they don't want to wait forever! As for the one person running the register they do their best trying to keep up and get people checked out quickly but the AGM or GM of this location needs to monitor their checkout line and have someone else (those in the back or those zoning) available to open the second register as needed!

Everytime I go to DG ,it's a lot I live close. The same young lady is working and I have to say I now look forward to seeing her as she is always smiling and seems to have a great attitude and very helpful and she knows where every single thing in that is, great job Heather...

The store itself is cluttered and dirty. The assistant managers hAve no customer relation skills. The prices are good for stiff made in China. Good thing I work in retail and can count back my change or I would have been stiffed 2 dollars. Corporate your people brush up on their people skills. Also while standing in a Long line at this store cashier getting no help from the assistant manager. I witnessed the assistant manager go over to an elderly gentlemen carrying in his little shi tsu type dog. He had a us army paratrooper shirt on from his unit. She went up to him screaming at him no dogs allowed she told him to leave and nit come back. The small dog was quiet in his arms he came in for one thing he told her she still mantained her inappriate behavior. Ifelt so bad for the ex veteran. He left she proceed to talk about him after he left the store in front of the viewing customers in line. I put my stuff down and left. I will not shop at,a store that treat our veterans that way

Two things i like about this place is the workers and the prices other than that corporate needs to give these people more help and more cash registers this place is missing out on alot of money because people will not stand in line for a half hour
