Shame I can’t leave 0 stars! This pharmacy shouldn’t even be operating. They are never open and just decide they’re going to close for the whole day. I have a prescription that I need and I’m unable to pick it up because I was just made aware that they will be closed for the week because they have no staff. Absolutely unbelievable! This is a constant issue with this pharmacy.Their staff are also beyond rude! Last time I was there they told me my prescription wasn’t ready but to come back in 2 hours. Well when I came back in 2 hours the woman working at the window told me it wasn’t going to be ready till the next day and treated me as if I was the dumb one and had the worst attitude as if I had nothing better to do than go back and forth to this worthless pharmacy.I’m taking my business elsewhere. This is people’s health and they obviously don’t see the importance of that.

I believe so e of the problems that occured during COVID+ getting many transfers from Kroger have been resolved They are doing their best during times where it is very hard to find reliable, trained,motivated workers.The thing the National Headquarters need to do is bring down the ridiculous prices that have skyrocketed over the yrs.Average people cannot afford the OTC$$.That is a corporate problem in my opinion .

The worst service. They are consistently understaffed, or they just close the store for a full day with no warning. As patients, we should have access to our medications, emergency or not. Currently, I cannot get my prescription transferred, the store is closed and I’m waiting on the district manager to call me back. I highly suggest not using this location, or any CVS in the area. To hold our prescriptions captive is outrageous and cruel. Maybe practice better management, so you can actually employ staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve given this pharmacy more chances than I should have, but today was my final straw. I took my daughter to Med Express last night around 7pm. By the time we were done, CVS was closed. Which obviously is fine, I know their hours. Med Express call the antibiotic in around 8pm and I planned to get it the next morning when CVS opened. At 9am (when they opened), I called them to ask if they received the script and to see how long it would be until it was ready. The man I spoke to, told me they have received it and it would be ready in 2 hours and I would be notified via text. By 11:30am I still had not received a text, so I called again. The same man answered the phone and I asked how long it would be and he told me “2 hours”!! I said “You told me it would be ready in 2 hours, 2 hours ago!” I explained my daughter has strep throat and I’ve been waiting for this antibiotic and it seems they are just not filling it or they skipped over her script. He proceeded to tell me that they are super busy and there are 30 people in front of me. 🤨I told him to forget it and I would go to another pharmacy. Med Express switched the script to another pharmacy and that pharmacy filled it within 5 minutes of receiving it. Don’t waste your time here. They are unorganized and clearly not managed well.I received a text at 4pm from CVS telling me my daughters antibiotic is ready - 7 hours after the original “It will be ready in 2 hours” remark.

They cannot fill my prescription a day early. Then they continously close the pharmacy anytime without warning and leave you hanging without your medication for days. Totally undependable, unreliable if you are sick and need medication right away don't chance it.

I’d list the reasons for the negative, but I am limited in space here. Lately to even get your RX is a struggle. The excuse of being understaffed is unacceptable. Peoples health and in some instances their lives depend on this service. Which fails on a consistent basis. No more issues for me as I am taking my pharmacy needs elsewhere. I mean it’s nearly impossible for someone else to be this bad. Don’t bother calling corporate about them. It does nothing.

Never get my stuff on time I’m constantly worried about having to withdrawal from my seizure medication because I can never get it filled in a timely manner. Can’t ever get a hold of anyone either. Do NOT recommend this pharmacy. I’m switching to the CVS in ferry.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever done business at!! Nobody EVER answers your calls prescriptions are left go days after due to be filled before they get anything ready or they send notifications that meds are ready and you go to get them just to be told probably won't get to it until the next day.

This pharmacy used to be great! I used to be able to get my prescriptions at least a few hours after submitting refills, but now it takes a week! I haven’t had my insulin or blood pressure meds in days!

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. My insurance makes me use them if not for that I'd leave them in a heartbeat. Forget trying to call 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer only for them to hang up on you without saying anything. Absolute garbage all of them are the same.

I can't tell you how many times CVS pharmacists can't find my prescriptions after my doctor's office sends my prescriptions using an Electronic device! I finally lost it today while talking to a horrible Pharmacists! I told her I'm sure my doctor's nurse wasn't a liar for saying it was sent And that she actually sent a full year's worth of refills for me! When the pharmacist called me back after calling my doctor's office She said she had the refills I thank her and to my further shock, she didn't say you are Welcome she simply hung up on me!

Worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. I had to switch to this location because I moved and this was the closest pharmacy to get my birth control every month. The employees are careless and rude. In the last 2 days I've been down there 4 times trying to get my birth control. I called it in and I was told it would be ready by 2:36pm the same day.. I drive down there and the lady told me it would be ready the next day. When I told her I was on the phone with someone she was so rude and disrespectful and told me I should have gotten a call saying it would be ready the next day. I never got a call at all. The next day I call 3 times trying to speak to someone to ask if my birth control is ready and no one ever answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour with nothing so I hung up and drove down there. Soon as I get there they tell me to wait 15-20 mins and come back. So I wait then come back and since I don't have health insurance right now they want to charge me $30 so I just told them to forget about it. Its ridiculous cause the other pharmacies I've been to never gave me this many issues, always had my birth control on time and only charged me $10 with no health insurance. Never changed my pills or anything. This place is a joke and I'm currently looking for a new pharmacy to go to now.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Such a mess. I have to call them to remind them, the people with the degree's, to fill my prescriptions. Multiple times a week. They are so unorganized it makes me sick. As soon as I find another pharmacy I can go to.. I will. I have gone to 3 different pharmacy's due to insurance changes and this is hy far the worst I have EVER dealt with. terrible, horrible, and needs to be fixed. Not even worth one star.

Third time now had the same older, heavy set woman as a cashier. Every time she cant do a simple order right and struggles for check anyone out. This time she had to call for 2 younger cashiers who quickly cleared the long line she had made while she checked out 2 people including myself. I bought a bottle of vodka and she wanted to see my ID before I had a chance to set the bottle down or even before I approached the counter. She is very rude and obviously incompetent.

The consistently the worst experience (this store), in the worst chain (CVS), in a generally bad industry (drug stores).Your average crack dealer is more competent and courteous than these folks.Also, if you use technology, use any other pharmacy. The app is horrific and the website is almost as bad; neither work well or often, but the app pretends like it might work just long enough to steal 12 minutes of your life before it doesn't.Overall, if this is your only option, you should strongly consider whether or not you actually need your meds. Dealing with this company should automatically entitle you to some Prozac.

Went in yesterday evening after leaving the ER. I was looking through the supplements for potassium and magnesium. I went there the pharmacy counter and stood where it says consultation for 6 minutes. A pharmacist finally noticed me and I asked is there’s were the same as regular potassium. She never said a word and walked right passed me. The other girl working asked her again and she didn’t answer. I took my business elsewhere. They don’t seem to care. What a shame.

This store is poorly kept. The parking lot is a bumper car lot because lines are worn so that you can't see them. People come in the exit causing near accidents. The facade is dirty, the entance is dirty and the store is usually understaffed. The only reason I gave 2 stars is that the staff is usually pleasant.

This place was horrible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FILM THERE. I had 2 rolls of B&W ILFORD 400 get completely ruined. Little did I know, they can't do it-- but they told me after it was too late. They burned up months of set photography and unforgettable moments of my last few weeks in college. Will not go back to a CVS, ever.

It's strange, you drop off a prescription and they tell you 30 minutes. You come back 50 minutes later and they haven't started. They ask you to circle around and it is magically finished. The convenience isn't worth the lies and wait times.

So a friend of mine has his prescription here, the staff couldn't find the record, my friend was certain that to pick up his prescription here, then after 20 mins they magically found the record, but then they were gossiping about something for another 20 mins before my friend finally get his prescription
