I do not know this owners name but let me tell you he is AMAZING with my girls!!! We took our pup (miniature poodle) there a couple months back she was just a little over 15 weeks old and needed a good grooming. He did tremendously well with her! So she needed groomed again and naturally we took her back to him and decided our older dog a beagle mix needed a bath and nail trimming as she likes to bite me, they both look sooo darn Good and my beagle didn't even try to bite him!!!! This man is a magician when it comes to dogs!!!! Call him you will NOT be disappointed!!!!

I took my Ragdoll, Meera, for a summer shave/bath. Michael was so nice. He got me in quickly. When I dropped her off, I informed him of her claustrophobia and asked if he could keep her in a bigger crate until I came to get her. He happily obliged which we both appreciated! My kitty was peeved about the haircut, but she looked and smelled good! Will definitely be taking her back next summer!

We have always had trouble with finding a groomer who 1. Did not have months long waiting list, 2. Knew what they were doing, and 3. Did not constantly cancel. I called in and got an appointment right away. They did a wonderful job with my doodle (she had some matts from not being able to get into a groomer for months and then the groomer, her vet, just canceled all those who were scheduled during the quarantine without making it possible to get another appointment for a year!) She looked better than any other groomer in this area has cut her and the price was great! I would recommend taking your dog here. They are fantastic!

I had my first experience there today and it was great. They squeezed me in for an appointment the day after I called, early drop off and early pick up, and my dog looks great and smells wonderful. He was also very nice. Will be back!

Took my dog over for a nail trim very nice and affordable and my dog was done within minutes and for a nail trim you don't have to have an appointment which is very convenient I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place

Does a great job with the dogs. They actually seem to enjoy going there. Mike really cares about animals.Maybe that’s because I stop at Hardee’s and get them chicken strips for a treat afterwards.Every once a while even bring our cat who obviously does not like getting groomed like any cat.

I needed a new groomer my girl retired. I was HIGHLY recommended by La Donna. Jazmine has been going to the same person for 13 yrs. She's a Shih-Tzu . She is my World & La Donna recommend Michael at Bow Wow . Had no idea Robin was still there she used to do moms poodle he was 20 when I was little. If I would of known Robin was still there I would of taken Jazmine all a long. I worry about all the horror stories around the dog groomers. Michael said Jazmine would be "SAFE" "SAFE"SAFE". Mom went with me Jaz was a little shakey at first I'm didn't think she would let him do her Shih-Tzu's are fussy around there faces . My Dad is the Only person who could do anything around Jaz's face , But he passed away unexpectedly last July 1, 2020 from cancer Jaz still looks for him. Michael is a "God Send An Angel From Heaven" . Jazmine didn't want to come back home "MICHAEL" was "AWESOME" with her. I can't THANK YOU ENOUGH & I REALLY APPRECIATE EVERYTHING YOU Done For Jazmine" she Loves you & so do me & mom *(Donna Smith). Please don't ever change for nobody you are "PERFECT" the way you are.
