Called this store because i needed a hammer made of wood. No one answered the phone. It was a half hour away so i drove there. They did not have one. I told the guy i caked and no one answered the phone. He shrugged and walked away. I guess that is an hour of my life I wasted because Tractor Supply could not be bothered to offer the most basic customer support.

I want to think who I believe was the Assistant Manager, Austin. My parents told me they had a flat tire on their camper this morning and were able to get to Tractor Supply to buy a new tire and wheel. Austin came out and changed the wheel and tire for my parents. I want to say thank you and it's nice to know that there are still caring people out there that are willing to help those in need. A+ Austin for a job well done!!

Went for chicken feed. They was out of what I wanted but had plenty of other choices. Cashier was very pleasant which always makes for a great shopping experience.

Some staff team members are very helpful, some act as though you are annoying them. The young man who took my phone call a couple months ago was very pleasant. The lady today spoke as though I bothered her with a few questions. I don't like driving over 35 miles to find out they are out of what is advertised, so I call ahead of time.Most of the time I have a great shopping experience.

Wouldn’t fill my propane tank. They said they couldn’t do it because it was part of the motorhome and doesn’t come off, although tractor supplies across the country have filled this tank before.

Was in on Tuesday and bought a mess of chickens@ 0.50 each said I would come back for the rest of what they had in stock in a few days after I made sure I had a secure area to keep them. Go back in the store today to buy all the remaining chick's and a different clerk was there and raised the price on me to 1.00 ea. I explained what I had already purchased and what I was told I could purchase them at. The clerk would not honor the agreed upon price. I would trade at this TSC fairly often making wood pellets, chicken feed, garden supplies and seed, lawn and garden equipment among other things throughout the year. From now on I'll do my trading elsewhere.

So we went in to look at the chicks. They leave dead ones in the same one that live ones are in. I had to throw a fit for them to get the dead ones out. The customer service is lacking. There is only 1 girl that actually takes time to pay attention to the customers Hailey I believe her bame is. I used to love that place. I feel like some of them need to be retrained. I used to never have a problem there.

They were running low on welding shirts which I can understand. I was informed on when thier new shipment would arrive. I went back to the store the day thier shipment was received and they still didn't have many shirts. The staff was helpful and did apologize for the inconvenience. Maybe next time order more of the products everyone is coming in asking for.

Employees are very helpful. Wish the store was bigger so they could have more selections, especially for hardware and equipment. Glad that we don't have to travel 40 miles total to and from Clarksburg.

I really wish they would stop selling chicks and ducks. Too many people who don't really know what they are getting into buy them because they are cute. Not realizing that they are going to grow up into a full size chicken and duck!! Then they don't want them any more. Then they just let them go and say fend for yourself. I see it every year at Easter. It also happens with rabbits. When they aren't cute and little any more they don't want them. Or the kid is done playing with it. Then they try and bring it back to the store for a refund!!!! Its not a toy!! Please just sell supplies!!

Online stated products I was needing were in stock at Weston WV store...not only some products not in stock but some prices higher in store than online. Traveled an extra 40 miles because my home store did not have what I needed, after making extra effort the other store was worthless.

I'm lame, I usually just get bird seed here, but come May, we're buying gardening supplies. The staff is friendly.
