Very polite, professional, and helpful service with affordable merchandise. I understand that the bigger hardware franchise might save you a couple of dollars, but, for me, at least, those few dollars are worth spending for welcoming attitude one receives when you enter a small town hardware store. I truly feel that the employees working on the day I visited, (literally the first time in my life) went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and as I left I felt the appreciation given for my, hard earned, money I spent. Thank you for that!

Very wonderful polite people, but please if you owe a bill to pope hardware please go pay your bill this man so caring about others, makes that effort to help you, so you should always make effort to pay your bills.

I love this hardware store. It is one of the few bright spots in the cesspool of Weston. I deeply regret moving to this corrupt inefficient city, but it is great to know that at least some places here are great. If you are familiar with an Ace, this place is similar but better. Always try to spend your money here first before you go to evil corporate Walmart.

Great selection of tools, parts, paints, hardware, etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are competitive with other hardware stores. The shelve and walls are extremely well organized and it's easy to find what you're looking for. I plan on making many more visits here for future needs and small projects.

First time in this store today and I will definitely be a return customer! I was greeted with a friendly hello and asked if I needed help finding anything and then was assisted in getting my items. They had everything I needed today. Such a nice convenience having a hardware store in town!

P&G no longer delivery for free only they don't tell you this until after you have placed your order and paid for it. When they did finally tell us the delivery charge would be $34 we canceled the order only they didn't stop the charge going onto our credit card. I had to call them to request they credit back the charge to our card. When I called, the guy who answered the phone rudely told me I had to go back in with my card. Had I not called, they would have gone ahead and charged me for the merchandise I canceled and they didn't deliver. Driving the extra miles to Lowe's or Home Depot is worth it even though I'm doing a complete remodel meaning many trips and thousands of dollars. They've now lost all that business. No wonder small town businesses don't last long.

All the workers are very helpful and if you have problems with any of your merchandise they are ready to help you with it a great place to shop for all your home needs. If they dont jave it they can probably get it for ypu
